Very Poor customer service. They have you take off work to be home and do not even call you and let you know they are not coming. This happened twice. And when you call they tell you "YOU WILL BE FINE IT IS COOL OUT TODAY YOU DON'T NEED AN AIR CONDITIONER". and refuse to let you speak to a supervisor

I had researched, and gotten at least 6 estimates from other companies. Service Express beat every estatement! Cory and Keifer were my installers! They were great! They were serious, explained things well, cleaned up after they were finished. Two great guys! They were friendly, funny, serious and I do recommend these two and this company!

Don't call anybody else if you're having HVAC problems! I cannot recommend this place enough!! They completed the work for HALF what one of the bigger companies quoted!!

My furnace stopped running in January, and I called one of the larger HVAC companies first because they had more reviews online. They charged me $90 for the diagnostic, and quoted me hundredsssss of dollars to return and replace one part. A friend of mine recommended Service Express, they came out on Tuesday, and completed the work for $500 LESS THAN THE COMPETITION!

I found the unit that I had my heart set on, one that was more efficient that my old Heat Pump. This was an upgrade, the old one was just costing me money every month so I thought if I could find a great deal on a 17/18+ seer model I would pull the trigger and buy knowing that I'll enjoy the comfort, it will increase home value if I sell and over time it would help pay for itself while lowering my monthly budget. So I called around and no one could come close to the price I got from Service Express. They hauled off the old unit and installed the new outdoor compressor unit and indoor air handler in under 8 hrs. They were super respectful to the property as well.
