Derrick was very friendly and professional during both the estimate and service visits. He did not shy away from answering any questions and made sure to explain everything to me. I appreciate his ability to also just be friendly to my dogs when I accidentally let one out on him. My dog kept begging to go back outside to play with him while he was working on the hose bib. Will recommend Derrick to anyone I know that needs their services!

I contacted Peterman Brothers to get a quote on a new hot water heater and the sent out Derrick Hagen to perform a thorough audit of my entire water system. I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge base. He was great!! I totally recommend the company. Also the quote was reasonable and premium.

AC had not worked for a couple of days - when Collin came out, he was very thorough and professional in addressing not only the current HVAC system issues but other issues around the home which had been in dire need of attention. Collin spent many hours taking apart the AC unit, cleaning it out, also the outside condenser unit, put everything back together, replacing parts, adding components to make the existing system function optimally and the house was cooling off nicely later that afternoon. He presented several options and walked us through the pros and cons of each. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system, took many pictures to document the before and after and sent all pictures and notes in an email for our reference. I’m so grateful Collin came out on this service call - his expertise and assistance were desperately needed and appreciated. I plan to call him again when I need service in my own home.

Corey did a fantastic job installing my new heating kit! He was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I really appreciated how clearly he explained the system and answered all my questions. The whole process was smooth from start to finish — highly recommend his work!

I stated my concerns and what potentially needed done, replace/work on water lines original to the house because we were unable to shut the water off under our sinks. After changing work schedule and waiting (because they don’t give schedule blocks) the technician arrived, states they were only able to do emergency jobs (should not have even come to the house then in my opinion and should have asked to reschedule at this time).
While frustrated I understood because we had a snow storm. He assured me since we were scheduling a week out he could allot a time frame so I could plan work around. Come to find out, this was not done and I needed to wait around all day again. I canceled the job at that point and our monthly membership and will take our money elsewhere

I love a brand that works hard at being part of a community, shows they care about making the right impression. I also appreciate how easy it was to schedule service using the website. When I’m laugh-sobbing on the floor of my kitchen after trying to DIY my own sink repair, gallons of water around me, and a bad YouTube tutorial playing in the background… it was nice to just click a few buttons and easily see where I would be in their schedule.

They got me in within a week! Derrick Hagen came out and got everything cut, fixed, replaced SO FAST and well within my budget. He was prepared with options and costs, super knowledgeable on troubleshooting what went wrong, and very very kind. I get nervous about service folks coming into my home, but Derrick was professional and courteous. Even easily fixed my toilet after we commented that it made a weird moaning noise.

I was convinced enough to sign up for their membership plan, but Derrick was never pushy or over salesman-y about it. I felt like everything was so transparent and respectful that I would definitely trust them in the future.

Corey went above and beyond when he came to my home! He was very thorough and explained each item that my system was in need of to repair it. Had an appointment to have our garage drain worked on. Waited all day with no communication. Had to call at the end of the day to ask what was going on. I was told they were hung up on a call. No phone call to let us know. Had to take a day off for this appointment. Now I have to take another day off. Really disappointed. We've been happy with all work from them. This time they really dropped the ball. Disappointed.

John is very knowledgeable in his field of working on drains !! He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions! On top of that !! He is a very nice person. He has a great personality! Made me feel better just knowing he could fix my problems with the drains !
On this day 2 days after the first time John came over . He had Derrick with him . Had to get into my crawl space ! Bith these men as as nice as can be ! They got right to work fixing my sewer drain ! They are the BEST !! Ill never hire anyone else!!

Derrick Hagen, a Peterman Bros. plumber, recently installed a combination sump pump with battery backup in our basement. He installed the pump promptly and expertly. As a bonus, he left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived and is a genuinely nice guy!👌 I should mention that the wiring for the sump pump and a septic (muck) pump were previously brought up to current electrical code by a Peterman electrician, who also did excellent work.

Derrick Hagen installed a whole house water filtration system today. I was very impressed with his knowledge and work. He genuinely enjoys his work and takes alot of pride in it. The system was not cheap but Derrick was worth every penny. It looks great and I can already see and taste the difference in the water. So happy I hired Peterman Brothers. Very professional start to finish.

We had a completely clogged drain in our kitchen sink which is detrimental to doing life lol! So I called around a couple places and the pricing was not unexpected but still expensive for our financial situation. I found a deal online with Peterman Brothers and I just decided to make a call and they were super kind on the phone. They were able to get me in the very next morning and this young man Sal came and did an awesome job! He had a great attitude from the moment he walked in the door from the time that he pulled out of the driveway. He went above and beyond with clearing the clog explaining everything as he went along. He was very respectful and helped me to understand and translate all the plumbing lingo to something I could process. The drain is absolutely clear and I am very well pleased with the work. Would suggest this young man a particular to anyone I know!

This place is quite pleasant they let me sleep in that parking lot overnight to do an early morning delivery had me offloaded in about 30-45 minutes the only bad thing was asked could I use their bathroom and I do understand covid-19 and the precautions people are taking but it's not nice when the guy behind the counter tells you you can go behind the dumpster and use the bathroom that was so unprofessional
