This company came to our rescue quickly. Our old system that we had for about 15 yrs. went bad and they came out gave us a quote and we’re here next day and got it replaced in a day. Corey and Devon were very professional and they did a great job. We are very happy customers and would definitely use them again.

The owner Najad still gets out in the field and works hard to support his team. He answers the phone when he is on a roof or on vacation. Thanks.

Mike has now came out to fix my heating unit on two different occasions for two totally different reasons and both times he got my heat back up and running, doing so quickly. He is very freindly and answers any questions that may come up.

Just hire them. You won’t regret it. MIKE IS THE BEST. He is honest and explains exactly what is going on in a simple way. Fayette heating and air told me I needed to replace both units( 35k) and he came over and took care of the issue for 200 bucks. This company is honest and trustworthy, they do the best for the customer. I am converted.

Two men from Service Express HVAC Co. removed the old gas furnace and installed a new gas furnace in the crawl space of the house I'm renting. They did an excellent job. The guy who put in the new thermostat took the time to show me how to work it. He also removed some items that were dropped in the cold air return by previous tenants and told me how to clean out some dust etc. that remained in the cold air return. Also, they removed all the old furnace parts from the crawl space. I'm very happy with the work they did. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done on their furnace.

Note: I answered not sure about price because this was billed to the company that owns the house.

I consider myself very lucky to have found Service Express through a builder referral. I have lived in Lexington for 40 years and knew all the big names. But Service Express has proved to be the best, most competent, quickest, fairest company I have found. They aren't looking for your money; they are looking to provide quality service at a fair price. If you need HVAC assistance, call their number and ask for Tara. The very best. You will not be sorry.

Great experience! Mike showed up on time and even waited outside in the rain for me to arrive home. Previous companies told me I needed a whole new system but Mike quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what was going on. Compared to the “replace it all” quote, service express was a fraction of the price not to mention fixed in the same day. Kudos to Mike and his knowledge of reprogramming my zone controller.

Sal came bright and early and had my tub fixed within the hour. Would highly recommend to my friends and family. Definitely worth the standard $83 price!

Had some issues with my bathroom and I google for plumbing service and Peterman Brothers came first with good reviews so I trusted the internet and I couldn’t been happier.
Since the moment I met with Kacey for her to do an estimate and see what the issues were with my bathroom she was super patient, knowledgeable and she explained everything so transparent. They have done the repair in my house and she was amazing! Will def recommend this company and ask for Kacey she’s amazing!!!

The electrician who came out to look at my home was awesome, however a few days later I called in to get the estimate, in the lady who answered the phone refused to give it to me over the phone or email it. Arguing with me that they would discuss it at the follow up appointment. I tried to explain to her that I'd like to know the amount before we had another appointment however she refused to assist me.

We called and they sent Corey to our home the same day to help us with our heating issues. Corey has excellent customer service skills and is very respectful. Also the person that took my call has great customer service skills (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name).

Taylor was absolutely the sweetest. He came in got the job done… chit chatted with me for a short time and then off to the next job… whoever encounters him is in for a treat!!! I’m sure his mom is proud of how sweet, respectful and polite he is!

We just had Kholton come for our maintenance check. He was quick, polite and professional. Great service!

Collin was exceptional! He cared, listened and really helped us out with determining the best option for our hvac needs. We felt very well taken care of. Not sure if we would have felt this way with another tech. We will definitely ask for Collin again!
