We had a badly clogged drain, and Sal arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had everything cleared out in no time. He was professional, friendly, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. The quality of his work was excellent, and the price was very reasonable.

I called due to standing water in tub and someone was able to come out same day. Sal was great I appreciated him taking off shoes off at the door especially since it was raining. The pricing was very reasonable a lot less then I thought and job was completely fairly quickly. Thanks will use again in the future

Associate came to house the day after we contacted them. Was polite and explained everything to us fully. They were so good that we signed up for a membership with them to take care of all our Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC work.

We've had an amazing service from Peterman Brothers. Cory came out to fix our defroster and the issue was fixed in a quick and timely matter. If anything happens we will definitely be calling them back to fix any of our repair needs.

Kari did an excellent job performing the necessary repairs to a leaky faucet. I know that the cost for the repair was more than if I had done the repair myself and it only took minutes to complete once the parts were available. But I am happy

Had a leaky toilet that a competitor couldn't fix. After three tries, turned to Peterman Bro. Derrick was attentive to my concerns and walked me through the process. We decided a new toilet was the best option and he installed in a timely manner. Overall A+ experience. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Motivated me to do it myself.

Cons: I called this company to replace four existing ceiling light fixtures. Instead of doing the requested work, the technician insisted on a full home inspection that took about two hours. After that, he said he needed to go to his truck for around 30 minutes to write up “options,” even though I only wanted the light fixtures replaced. He then sat in his truck for roughly 45 minutes listening to the radio and or talking on the phone.
Without my request or approval, an HVAC technician from the same company was also called out and parked outside my house, which made the visit feel like a coordinated sales push rather than a service call.
I was ultimately presented with quotes ranging from over $1,500 to more than $6,000, packed with upgrades and services I did not ask for and that had nothing to do with replacing light fixtures.
The entire visit was a huge waste of my day. I declined everything and installed the lights myself without issue. I would not recommend this company for basic electrical work due to aggressive upselling, inflated pricing, and a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time.

Jamie handled our electrical diagnostic professionally explaining each issue and preparing the diagnostic follow up that was needed for our home to assure our peace of mind and safety as well .

Corey was a kind and professional young service man. He was neat and clean with his work. He explained all my furnace issues and possibility of future potential issues. I can recommend Corey and this company as they do what they say and there is no pressure.

Derrick Hagen is the epitome of excellent customer service. If you could look him up in a dictionary, his picture would be there! His stellar knowledge and skills stood out too. All of these were demonstrated in his determination to solve my cast iron tub water line and faucet issue. Sounds minor. Multiple plumbers prior to him could not fix it. Truly impressed. Ask for him!

John was very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to point out other things that I may want to keep an eye out on in the future and a way to help keep my pipe clean so that it possibly wont stop back up again so soon. Highly recommend!

Sal unclogged my main sewer line today, He was very fluent with his communication and respectful of my home. He also got me signed up on the Peterman Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical Protection Club and thoroughly explained my benefits. I'm grateful to receive the service Sal and the Peterman Brothers have to offer it's definitely one of a kind. No doubt that great service runs in the family with this company!

Due to the expertise of David Chhakchhuak and his side-kick Branden W., the installation of our new HVAC system went very well. David did a great job of communicating what to expect and when they would finish. They protected the floors and carpet and worked 7 hours on the new system. I hardly knew they were in the home. Although I cannot review the efficiency of the new AC until warmer weather, the furnace is working very well. They did a great job!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting SAL with Peterman Brothers and he took my plumbing issue very seriously and respected my home. He was able to restore flow and repair my kitchen sink with ease. He also cleaned my kitchen spotless which was not necessary but very professional!

He also signed me up on the Peterman Brothers Protection Club and discussed all the benefits, If you’re looking for a 5 star plumber I would definitely recommend SAL with Peterman Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical!

John was amazing. It took him literally five minutes using only a plunger to fix a clog that another company had quoted at $350. He clearly knew what he was doing and didn't approach this with "let me give this fix a try and let's see what happens".
Can't thank him enough!

Arturo and Josh replaced our furnace and AC unit. They did a wonderful job, they were very thorough and went above and beyond to be sure everything was in perfect working order.
I would recommend them to anyone for all of your HVAC needs.

I purchased an entire HVAC system 23 months ago. Since then they have canceled 2 appointments (part of purchase/service plan) for service of that system within minutes of the scheduled time. The Goodman system (only one they offered) is minimally sufficient & stopped working in the second year during coldest weather. When called (2/6/26), they refused to send a service person. I will NEVER recommend this company for system or service.

Derrick came to check on my tub drain that was draining slowly. He was on time, knowledgeable, and he made sure I understood all of my options. I was very interested in their membership service and Derrick made sure to take his time and answered all of my questions. I am now a happy membership holder and I am excited to have Peterman Brothers to help with any plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs!

What a great dude!! Riley advocated for me and came with 6 different price options, he made sure I wasn't going to be without hot water!!! Called this morning, had it fixed within hours!!

The company itself was very professional. I made the appointment and the sent me texts to remind me and to keep me in the loop ahead of time with my technicians names so I knew who to expect. The price was VERY reasonable. I honestly expected more.
Sal and Derek were great. Very nice and even willing to comply with my weird demands to stay as quiet as possible. (My husband works 3rd and was asleep) They were as clean as possible. I have had other plumbers WRECK my basement in that area doing the same job (they were cleaning out a pipe) and they left very little mess. They kept me up on everything they found, and gave me tips.
I will DEFINITELY be using this company again.

Dillon Nelson was excellent! He was very professional and explained everything very well. He also offered extra services and loyalty programs that I didn’t need at this time, but appreciated the offers. I have had multiple companies over the years perform this service and Dillon did it the best yet! Seemed very thorough and took his time. I felt bad I didn’t have more for him to do!
