I highly recommend! I called in the evening and they were able to schedule us the next day. The man who showed up was on time and professional. We had an issue that ended up not being our hvac, but our roof, but he was able to take pictures and document everything so we could get the right people in. I would definitely use them in the future!

We are very pleased with the service we’ve received from Titan HVAC. The original new installation by another HVAC contractor was very problematic and they were unable to satisfactorily solve the issues. Contacting Titan was the best decision we’ve made. Jesse Graham was able to properly diagnose and correct our problems. Their response for continued routine maintenance has been exemplary.

We got a same-day appointment, and Jonah had us back to cold air in just a couple of hours—huge relief in the early days of summer! Super fast and professional. Another company totally misdiagnosed the problem the day prior and wanted to charge us nearly triple. So glad we went with Titan—they’ll definitely be our first call for any HVAC issues from now on!

Thanks to Titan HVAC and their technician TJ, for diagnosing and repairing our unit. My previous technician that took care of my rentals and primary residence retired. AC went out during the middle of a heat advisory. Called on Thursday morning and Jesse was able to come by on Friday. Jesse was able to diagnose and get the unit running within half an hour. Had to replace a couple of capacitors. Very nice and professional. Will definitely utilize their services again. Thanks!

I had an issue with one of my air conditioner units. A different company took care of repairing it. The next day my other unit went out.
I called Titan and received excellent service!
The owner showed up and diagnosed the issue quickly. He explained the situation in detail and was very polite and friendly. It was a great experience working with Titan.

Great job from Titan heating and air. They notified us while they’re on their way. Very professional from the beginning to the end of their visit. In a timely fashion, they diagnosed and corrected the issue regarding our geothermal system and contacted me directly via text to give me precise specific details on the repair as well as recommendations for maintenance in the future. We will absolutely switch over to Titan heating and air from our previous company moving forward.

Titan Heating and Air came to my house yesterday per my request. My service tech was prompt and courteous. The communication with email and text was terrific. I had a pic of the tech that was coming to my property before he got there. Price was very fair. I will definitely call Titan for my future needs.

Titan Heating and Air was responsive when I called after finding water on the floor of our utility room upon entering our new home. They came next day (charging a $199 after hours fee which would have been taken off the price if we had chosen to go with them to replace our heat pump). We chose not to go with them because after getting a second opinion, I felt that their price was too high and I didn’t appreciate the attitude of their technician. Their estimate for their top end Amana 4 ton heat pump with a variable speed inverter air handler for a 3400 square-foot home was almost $20,000. But the main reason we chose to go with a different company was the attitude of their technician, Jessie, who came to assess our system. His attitude was arrogant and cocky. He basically kept saying “well, what do you expect for a 20-year-old unit“. I did not appreciate that attitude. The other company that came out took the time to show us the inside of the unit, the coils that were oxidized and very rusty. They explained why this would affect the current system’s efficiency, and why it might be better to choose to replace the system rather than replace the cracked pan under the coils. I appreciated the time and explanation of the second company and that is why I chose not to go with Titan.

Our AC Unit decided it had enough on Sunday evening. Called a few places, including our usual company, but everyone was booked solid. Titan was able to get me on the schedule the same day and had the AC flowing again in under 30 minutes of getting on site. Thankfully it was just a capacitor. I would definitely call them again!

Outstanding service from Jeff Burnett and Titan Heating and Air. When our air conditioner went out during one of the hottest days of the year, Jeff was able to work us into the schedule quickly to get our AC back up and running. So grateful to be able to use a local business that combines knowledge & professionalism with quality service & integrity. We will definitely be calling them for our future heating & cooling needs. Phone call for estimate was answered by a person, not a machine. Appointment was set up immediately and text reminders sent. Picture of technician sent ahead of time, along with their background. Technician Jonah was awesome. Arrived early, texted ahead of time. Super friendly and professional. Listened to what I wanted and gave me options and ideas. Explained things well.

I had a new thermostat installed. The technician brought a new one for me to look at. It was exactly what I wanted. He installed it and checked the operation. Everything worked great he was very nice and professional.

Drip pan in the attic was not properly draining outside and overflowing into the backup drain into the garage. Purchased the maintenance plan and the tech came out, found the problem, unclogged the main drain and insulated the cooling line coming into the attic and vacuumed out the excess water. Service call covered under maintenance plan. Always fast, friendly, professional, reliable and affordable.

It has been a pleasure working with Titan Heating & Air. The owner, Jeff Burnett, set the tone for his business. He promptly responded to my call regarding replacing my HVAC unit, met me in person, and provided four detailed estimates so l could make an informed decision on the selection of the new unit. While awaiting the arrival of the new HVAC unit, he temporarily installed a portable air conditioning unit at no cost to alleviate the overwhelming heat in the house. Today his technician, Jyden Graham, along with an assistant installed the new unit. They were prompt, polite, knowledgable, and did an outstanding job in the installation, removal of the old unit, and cleanup.
This is a well run business.
