It was a quick and efficient service, he explained what he was doing and expecting out of our system and then fuided through the results. Was clear and to the point. Showed up on time and was quick and simple.

Bryant's gave same day and next day service as needed. Their tech's accruately diagnosed the issue. Tech Anthony Moore finisned the service with efficiancy and a great attitude. I will contact them again in the future for HVAC service.

Thomas was awesome. He knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem. He did make other suggestions to be made. As soon as we can that will be fixed also. Thank you for everything. Awesome people to work with.

I am writing a review today, and it is mainly for the young man named Ryan who came out and serviced a furnace last week for my 89 year old grandmother! I mean it when I say he didn’t give up and went beyond the call of service to make sure her furnace was running properly and I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone that calls Bryant for services!! You guys have a genuinely great human I can’t sing his praise any louder!! Thank you Ryan!! You made our mamaw a happy person.

Great experience. I needed both plumbing and HVAC on the same day, and they accommodated me. They were punctual, wore shoe coverings, and even showed me how to connect my unit to wifi. Very happy with their service.

First time using Bryant. New house for us— equipment issues with smart thermostat. Bryant was quick to get someone out and quick to assess that someone with higher-level smart thermostat knowledge should be called in for troubleshooting.

Travis came and gave us the best service ever! He is a skilled technical expert with persistence and patience to get the job done right. Plus, he’s a great communicator during all of the steps fixing the issue. What’s more he’s a veteran. Great job Travis and the Bryant team!

The gentleman that completed this installation was courteous and professional and wonderfully understanding since I had back surgery two weeks before. Great service, speedy service, next day response! They were prepared to send someone the same day that I called but I had to go to a post-operative doctor appt so they sent someone the next morning.

William King was really helpful in explaining his inspection and in recommending a replacement configuration for us. Much appreciated. (I could not figure out the service performed section below. This was for a furnace replacement, a humidifier, and an air filter.)

I called their office in Lexington, Ky because my heat pump had shut down. Within a couple of minutes I got a call from their technician (Josh). Josh was at my house in less than a half hour. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, bust mostly HONEST! He had the problem diagnosed very quickly and me options to fix it. He made sure we have a heat source while we’re waiting for parts which was very nice. . I highly recommend this company⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When Larry came out to give us the estimate he was friendly, professional, and thorough. We actually enjoyed his visit! Bryant HCP, Larry is an excellent representative for your company.

William King came and gave our heat pump it's annual inspection. He arrived right on time, was as nice as could be, and had the job completed in under 30 minutes. Would definitely like having him service our unit anytime!

Ryan, did a great job! Found the source of the blown fuse in under 20min. Ended up being the outside unit, wire exposed rubbing against the coils causing it to blow out. Fixed the issue and the heat is back!

Our outside unit kept freezing over. Ryan came and spent several hours trying to fix it. The next morning it froze over again. Bryant had someone here that afternoon and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it.

Fast, Professional, and Reliable Service!

I had a leaking toilet valve and had to shut off the water to prevent damage. Bryant Electric, Heating, Cooling & Plumbing sent someone out the same day — a huge relief! Jared was the technician, and he did an outstanding job. He replaced the valve and supply line, reset the toilet, explained everything clearly, and left the area spotless. Super professional and detail-oriented. The whole team was responsive and dependable when it mattered most. Highly recommend!

Jared was an outstanding serviceman regarding my water main's issue, and took the time to educate on how the problems started, developed, and then provided a cost-friendly solution. Certainly would recommend Bryant if you want a full proof alternative. Thanks again Jared!

Charlie was very professional. Bryant’s plumbing is everything the television commercial says it is. Everyone was very professional including Tiffany who works in the office.
Charlie repaired my hot water heater and actually did a callback checking to make sure that my hot water heater was working properly again, I was very impressed and I will definitely use their service again.
Also, there was another gentleman who gave me the initial estimate of my water heater repair. I don’t remember his name, he was also very professional and polite.
I would like to commend Bryant’s for their professionalism. You just don’t see the professionalism in businesses anymore.
