Had to call Bryant on a Saturday to see if they could diagnose my 22 year old system. James arrived quickly, diagnosed my issue and sold me on replacing my entire system. He got me a great price and same day installation. The installers were very meticulous and worked fast to get my new system up and running that day. Thank you Bryant for great service!

I initially called Bryants to have my neighbor's HVAC serviced which ended up needing a total replacement. Then I asked about my hot water heater, turns out it was 20yrs old and needed replacing as well. I have lived 6 years with enough hot water for a 15 min max shower. The teams came out yesterday to both our homes and did a FANTASTIC job and I got to chat with both teams, very professional, meticulous to every detail and great personalities. We enjoyed them and their work. Today, my neighbor woke up warm and I got a long, hot shower. Thank you so much for everything, it may seem small but it was a big change for us and we are forever grateful! 10/10 recommend!

Dustin was fantastic! As first-time homeowners, it’s always scary when you think something might be wrong with your AC system. He came out, made a thorough assessment, and clearly explained everything to us.

Outstanding Service!

Tyler, Rodney, and another tech from Bryant arrived right on time, were very professional, evaluated the situation in minutes, explained everything clearly and efficiently, and got straight to work removing the old unit. At the same time, a team member retrieved the new 80-gallon water heater in Lexington. They installed the new tank quickly and left the workspace spotless. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. This replacement was the best in-home service experience I’ve had in a long time.

Our air went out the weekend of the 4th. This company came out Saturday and had us up and running in minutes! Great service and will definitely use them again!

I liked the honesty Dom showed throughout the process. He didn't try to complicate things, He went straight to the what I wanted, he gave me options to make a choice on my own based on my financial situation. And after the work, they cleaned up everything. No mess. I have a 1 year labor warranty, so until I'm proved to be wrong, they deserve a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I highly recommend this company and their services.

As we're entering the "dog days" of summer, my HVAC died.. I was in such a panic to find a company that would be reliable and won't break the bank... After doing a quick Google review search I stumbled upon Quantum Comfort Heating and Cooling. I quickly went to their page and submit an online assessment with pics included just to see what type of quote I would be given... My hopes weren't that high as I've been mislead in the past.. Within seconds I got a call from Mr. Dominique (owner) and immediately he put my soul at ease, he came out to my location the following morning, explain the issue thoroughly, once we decided on a option.. Dom got right to work; by the evening my parts were ordered and within 4 business days, Dom and David got right to work; the speed of the entire HVAC install was amazing.. They got the entire system in and running within 4 hours (no joke) and for the price... Let's just say don't hesitate to call them 1st...Quantum Comfort Heating and Cooling, you have a customer for life..

This is a long review, but the details and Quantum's speed of response are what truly put them above their competitors.

I had a 2-ton 14 seer American Standard unit installed during the first few months of 2020 (limited supply and availability, so it was the only choice). Constant problems with the defrost control board and refrigerant leaks set me out a lot of $ as soon as the 2 year labor warranty expires

Signature Heating and Air installed the unit and then went out of business this Feb. Sure enough, the first time I try to use the A/C, I get fault codes because the refrigerant is nearly gone.

I call Quantum at 8:45 that night, Dom answers the call and he's at the house first thing in the morning. He tops me off enough for functionality (doesn't charge me anymore than necessary), and explains the process he needs to go through to inspect the unit for leaks. I got more details on pressures, vacuums, leak rates and how they change as the system operates than any repairman has ever shared with me.

He finds the leak in the coil of the outdoor unit and contacted the dealer (which is not a brand he installs) for a warranty replacement part - lead time 2 weeks. He offered me the mobile unit from his own office temporarily. A very fine gesture, but I borrowed one from a neighbor. A little over a week goes by and he hasn't gotten an update or response from the dealer and notified me that things may not be on schedule.

After contacting the dealer, I'm informed the part is obsolete and has to be ordered from the factory - now a 3 week lead time. Daily calls, by myself and Dom, to the dealer, for escalation and expediting go unanswered.

In the meantime Dom has prepared a quote for a replacement unit, with different options for thermostat, capacity, and efficient (he covered all the bases).

At the one month mark of hot, humid bedrooms, I determined that a warranty is useless if the company backing it won't honor it's commitment.

I contacted Dom at 8 in the evening, he answered the call, as always, and was at the house by 8 AM.

It's just after lunch the following day and I have a new, more efficient, indoor and outdoor unit.

I highly recommend Quantum, they are honest, always answer the phone, call you back before deadlines aren't met, have alternative options prepared, and always treat your circumstance with the highest priority you would expect.

Quantum Comfort provided the best service I could have asked for. They went above and beyond on making sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. Dom and Derrick were great and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend!

We can’t recommend Dom and Quantum Comfort enough. We called 5 other HVAC companies in the Lexington area for quotes on a unit replacement. None of them were even close to matching Dom’s customer service and cost. He provided 3 different options for us to choose from and helped us determine which option was best for both efficiency and our budget. It is evident that customer satisfaction is paramount to this company, and they worked hard to get us back running less than 24 hours after our first conversation. Dom was not pushy with trying to “make the sale.” Instead, he was honest, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to help us. We’ve worked with several HVAC companies over the years. Quantum is hands down the absolute best in the area. You won’t find another company that treats you as well as this!

Dom and Derrick provided awesome service! Prior to making a decision on receiving a new AC unit, I spoke with Dom first who answered all my questions. He broke all the information down to where it was easy for me to understand. He also made knowledge recommendations. When I decided to get new AC unit with Quantum Comfort, Dom and Derrick both came out together (on time) installed and cleaned up in a timely manner! I really appreciate their sincerity and compassion for the job! I will definitely be calling Dom with all my HVAC needs!

In and out in the jiffy they wore foot booties. Very professional within hours we had a new carrier gas furnace and a Honeywell thermostat that lights up I'm so thankful thank you dear Lord to have heat.

I am a do-er. And Dom is a do-er. We don't mince words or wait for others to do the right thing. Don't choose Comfort Heating/ars or those other losers that don't call you back and leave you hanging in a heat wave. Choose Quantum Comfort Heating and Cooling because Dom cares and gets -hit done. I had a frustrating experience with Quantum. I called them out for a simple thermostat installation quote. After looking at my home, the technician (later realized he was the owner) spent the rest of the visit trying to up sell me on expensive equipment. I consider myself a savvy shopper and do my share of online research, so I knew how much the thermostat was he wanted to sell me should have been. His price was hundreds OVER the retail price, plus the installation fee.
Fine, I understand that buying the product from you saves me time and a trip to the store, but its not worth that much to me.
I asked him for a quote to install a thermostat that I purchased myself. He flat out refused. He told me the van sitting outside my house was 57k and he had to pay for it somehow and by not selling me that thermostat, it wouldn't be worth his time.

This kind of hard sell approach is really off-putting. I just wanted honest service and advice, not a sales pitch. I won’t be using Quantum again and wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for straightforward, trustworthy service.

Highly recommend ! I called them around 4:30 pm Friday afternoon and Dom the owner showed up within 30 minutes. He was very quick , in and out in less than hour . Very professional and informative.

Dom is always on time and does good work at a reasonable price. He is very friendly on top of that and helpful too !
