We had really poor airflow at our registers because old ductwork was leaking conditioned air into our crawlspace. Dom and his crew replaced all the old ductwork and we can feel a huge difference! They cleaned up all the disintegrating old material really well, always arrived on time, and good communication. Thanks!

Our heat pump went out in 90 degree weather. Because of my husband's health condition, I was very concerned. I looked at the Google ratings for HVAC, and liked what people said about QUANTUM Comfort Heating & Cooling. The owner, Dom Stevenson, came that day to help us. Our 15-year-old heat pump was shot, so Dom handled everything very quickly and installed a new heat pump the next morning--today. They've just finished and my husband and I are sitting here in blissful coolness. As well, everything was cleaned up beautifully. He and the gentlemen who work for him are polite and kind. Because he owns the company, I can tell Dom really cares that everything is done right. This is a quality company.

If I could give ten stars I would. While helping my mom her 20 year old furnace fan broke down. We called all over Lexington and although it’s below zero outside we couldn’t get anyone who could fix it same day.
Dom himself answered my call, when I told him I also have a two year old at home - he gave me his word that he would do everything he could to get it fixed today.
He did. He was fair and honest and fast. I would refer him to anyone. Top shelf service.

Dom did an amazing job handling a special request of evacuating the charge off my after market ac on my 1963 Chevy II. He was very professional, personal and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for you residential or commercial HVAC needs.

I’m someone who likes to understand how things work, but a lot of contractors just gloss over the details. Not Dom. He knows his stuff and was willing to dig into the nitty-gritty with me, which I really appreciated.

He installed a new unit in my home. I gave him a 5star because of the customer service and i was pleased with the install but 2 years later he was out of business.

If I could give a higher review I would. They installed a new AC at my house and went above and beyond to get it installed quickly and professionally.
