Arriving back from a three week trip to no A/C with temperatures as high as 90 was not fun. After quotes from six companies to replace system, Quantum's offer was much less than four of them, but offered more than the lowest quote and included a respected brand of equipment. Their timeliness and efficiency capped the deal, and the job was done by 10.00 a.m. the next morning.

Dom is the only person you want to contact for any HVAC needs. Don’t even bother calling any other company. Had an old system that was constantly having issues. I decided to do my due diligence and reach out to several places for quotes. Not only was Quantum the best, they were also the most professional and timely. I will never call anyone else!! Our ac went down today in the middle of a heat wave. We have 4 special needs dogs. I was calling everyone to try and get someone out. Dom, the owner, texted me within 15 minutes. My husband explained the issue and Dom was pretty confident he knew exactly what it was. He was close by and was here within 30 minutes. Fixed it in 10 minutes. And on top of that, the nicest most humble man. That is customer service and we will only use him from this day forward

Dom came out for an overtime call because our unit froze up during the hottest part of the summer! He was kind, professional, and helpful, giving us suggestions to keep this from happening again! We will absolutely use Quantum again in the future to keep our unit in good working order.

First cold snap of the year and our 20 year old furnace was finally shot. Dom was able to come over same day and give a fair quote for a new one, which he then procured and installed within a day of us accepting the quote. A+ experience. Highly recommend.
