Donnie found the root cause of an issue and made adjustments to solve the problem. I had another company out earlier who wanted too replace parts which would have cost me $250 on not solved the issue.

Prompt service -- call on one day and came early the next morning. Quickly diagnosed the problem -- blown fuse as the result of a short in the unit. Repaired it in less than an hour. Best of all covered by warranty -- no charge!

Came out on time. Diagnosed that the thermostat was not working properly and replaced it . He did a pre season check and found only a small amount of freon was missing. He will not make you purchase anything or talk you into work you do not need. Extremely pleased. Price was as expected but not over priced.

Donnie Rowe and his crew epitomize professionalism. They were respectful of our property and courteous through the entire install process. We were very particular about how we wanted the new vent to be ran, and the crew exceeded our expectations. Everything was done neatly and cleaned up.

We bought a home in the summer and it has a large extension, but the HVAC was not updated, so most of the house was rarely below 80F in the summer and got into the low 50s this winter. This is not really how I like to live, so I knew we needed a serious upgrade to be comfortable in this home! I called Donnie Rowe and they quickly sent someone out to diagnose our problem and provide recommendations/quotes. As it turns out our duct work was also a mess, which explained why our master bedroom was boiling hot while the rest of the house plummeted in the winter. They recommended redoing the ductwork and installing a new furnace and AC unit. I new this would be a the best solution in advance because anything else is just a bandaid not fully solving the real problem. My dad is a retired HVAC mechanic, so I called him after I got the quote and he agreed that it was the best/most permanent fix and that the price I was quoted was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. They completed the work in the same week and on a faster timeline than originally projected. Donnie himself called me afterward to followup and was very timely in his responses. Our experience was very positive, and I would recommend giving them a chance!

After a little communication error on both of our ends, Donnie go ahold of me and sent out a technician in a timely manner. Unfortunately the compressor was out in my AC unit and they had to order it. Compressor came in next day and unit was fixed before noon. Luckily unit was still under warranty and was covered. Would recommend his services.

Donnie and his team, including his son, Wyatt, installed a new Carrier HVAC system. He corrected a system that for years had failed to cool the upper floor. It works great, is efficient, and, while very modern, is easy to operate. Donnie uses technology where useful but not to excess. All his techs were all as professional, neat, clean and pleasant as were the Rowes. Very easy to communicate with and always on time. Highly Recommend.

We previously used Donnie Rowe and his team for an HVAC repair and were very happy with their response and service. We finally decided to replace our two 30+ year old HVAC units and got several quotes from different companies. Donnie quoted multiple options to fit our needs and budget. His team showed up on time and finished a two day job in one day! We're very happy with Donnie Rowe and will continue to use them as our HVAC provider.

I've spent a number of years renting somewhat cheap places, and when we bought our home 2 years ago we knew the AC system was on its last leg. So it's safe to say that I've dealt with a number of HVAC companies over the years. Donnie Rowe is far and away the best I've ever dealt with.

When our old unit finally gave up the ghost, it was a Wednesday evening after hours. We found Mr. Rowe's company through the carrier website, because I knew that I wanted a higher end system that would last. I emailed Mr. Rowe through his website after business hours, not expecting to hear back until the following morning. Within an hour I had an email and a scheduled appointment for first thing Thursday morning.

When Mr. Rowe arrived, he was the epitome of professionalism. He advised me on carrier's product line, and gave me what I felt was an extremely honest opinion of my options. I was looking to convert from an electric heat pump to a gas furnace unit, and Mr. Rowe said that would be no problem at all. He even walked me through financing options and explained every thing that would have to change and be updated as part of the replacement process.

The replacement was scheduled for the following Tuesday, as that was the first available date. Mr. Rowe's crew arrived on time and were efficient and professional in their work. They were friendly and didn't make me feel like I was in their way when I asked questions or wandered out to check out the progress. When they came inside the house to change out the thermostat unit, they even took their shoes off, which was wholly unnecessary but a very considerate thing to do.

While I can't say I was happy to have to spend the money on a new system, I can say that I was thoroughly pleased with the experience all the way around, and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Mr. Rowe to anyone who asks.

Donnie put in a new unit in our home when we bought it 3 years ago. He gave us a great price and it was the same as what he quoted us (no hidden fees). He was very professional and did a great job. Everything about my Donnie Rowe Heating and Air experience was positive. My installer, Greg, was punctual, professional, took time to answer all my questions, and was meticulous about keeping my home clean during the installation process (even on a rainy day). The quality of the work was very high and I will absolutely use their services again if I ever need them in the future.

Exceptional service! My wife and I purchased a 100 year old house and the AC went out almost immediately. We put up with it for as long as we could but couldn't take it anymore. We got a few quotes from a few other companies but decided on Donnie Rowe. We had a new AC system put in today and Donnie Rowe and his crew was excellent. Very polite and quick and efficient. I was pre-approved for financing but he was able to increase my credit limit AND get me much better terms while at the same time offering a better price than the competitors for the same type of AC system. Donnie and his crew were at my house for a full week to completely rework all the ducts and registers and to replace my very old A/C and furnace with a 2 stage heat pump and 2 stage gas furnace. They were extremely professional and responsive to my questions and actively sought to ensure our needs were met. Even coming back a couple times after the fact to tweak the system and make some changes after it was in use.

I don't think I'd call anyone else for HVAC in Lexington. Honest, thorough and detail oriented.
