It was a great experience with Eden heating and air . When their was an issue
getting the part for my air conditioner I knew what was going on. Didn’t have to sit at home and wait all day wondering if they were going to come and fix it . I was informed when they would be sble to fix it.

Prompt service, nice young man. May be somewhat overpriced. Almost $300 for $10 condenser and 30 min labor.

Th AC went out during the current 90+ degree heat wave. My usual guy wasn’t available, so I called several companies who couldn’t come the same day - until I found Eden. They sent someone within just a couple of hours & got the unit up & running for us. Showed up ahead of schedule & were very professional. Highly recommend!!

Tyler was great. We have multiple units and a mini-split. Took his time, cleaned and checked everything. Very nice, explained everything. No over-bearing sales pitch for new systems on the house. Thank you!

Eden has always been a call away for us. Making sure a new system is correct, to fixes, service, to even construction needs recently. We needed to renovate our add on den and move a mini split. Highly recommend them for your work, service or new !

We had Trevor come out and he was on time/early he was soooo friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time using this company and omg they are awesome

Great service! Happy my landlord uses them. Super upfront with what they are doing, and most importantly they listen to issues we have as renters. Ironically we don't have many issues because they take care of things timely. Would recommend for anyone in Lexington. They say they will show up at 8am and are there at 7:58am. Appreciate everything they do, professional and punctual.

Came out the same day I called, no AC in the house due to our recently purchased home never being serviced since 2017 & unclogged it. Safety switches were replaced as well since they didn’t work properly & did it very fast. Great work and great tech!

I have absolutely not one negative thing to say about this company. I was in desperate need of AC repair and most of those contacted couldn't even find the time to come quote me. After a post on FB Tonya found me and REACHED OUT TO ME TO ASSIST! WOW! 72 hours my problem was diagnosed...parts ordered and within the same 7 day period my unit was back up and running. Absolutely fantastic top tier customer service. Will absolutely recommend and continue to give them my business.

Amazing! I called on Monday, they came out Tuesday, found the problem and fixed it same day. I called 2 other vendors and had work done on our unit and no one seems to fix the problem. Alex and his team is really amazing. Tyler was our tech, he was very confident that he could fix it fr us and he did.

Brad Irvin always does outstanding work when maintaining or upgrading our hvac systems at our home. He is very professional, prompt and detail oriented in his work.

Matt gave me a call when he was on his way, and he arrived on time to perform a winter tune-up on my furnace. He finished up in about 45 minutes. He was honest, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Matt, as well as the other technicians from this company I’ve had work on my furnace & AC have always been great.
