We have used Engineered heating and air for replacement of 2 furnaces and 3 air conditioners as well as follow-up service of the units. The process was seamless each time from the quote by Mike Egan to the installation of the units. The install crew were on time, cleaned everything up and showed us how to use the thermostats. Service techs are Matt and Tim. We see one of them every time which is nice. They are very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Brad diagnosed my Carrier 2-ton unit. He was thorough in his diagnosis - checked the capacitor per the compressor - tried a new one, but compressor failed. Also checked my Goodman unit, and gave it a good operating report.
