I'm very pleased with R&D's quality and speed of service. I was having a problem with my AC unit and they came over and quickly diagnosed the problem and performed a refrigerant leak test on the system in about an hour.

After deciding I wanted to replace the unit, they provided several options and explained in detail the pros and cons of each model. The installation of my new unit went very quickly and workmanship was great.

I'm glad I chose these guys for my AC diagnostics and repair. No complaints here!

Jake came to check out why my thermostat or heat pump wasn’t working properly after a work order was submitted through my home warranty. He was very friendly, fast and talked me through the entire process. The staff contacted me quickly after the work order was submitted and got me scheduled right away. I would recommend their services and will use them if future issues arise.

We had our parents home A/C system went out on Friday before Memorial Day weekend and filed a claim with our Home Warranty company. R&D got the order. Received a call from Randy on Monday(holiday) for appointment for Tuesday, arrived on time, diagnosed the motor, explained that he’d have to order parts and as soon as they came in he’d be back. It was back up and running on Thursday morning as expected! Cannot say enough about this Contractor, the expeditious manner in which this repair was made! Another company has been fixing my A.C. for 1 year and it still wasn't working. R&D came out today. I now have working A.C. they gave me a short window for arrival so that I wasn't sitting around all day. Super friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommend this company.

Without even committing to a deal, the customer service I received was amazing. I worked with Allen to get a quote, and I was able to get it with a very fast turnaround time. Everything was explained well. Would recommend checking them out based on my first impressions alone!

Everyone at R&D is helpful and professional They show up on time and do not try to sell you things you don't need. They wont tell you something is wrong with your system just to make more money. Honesty is so important and they are honest. I have dealt with Randy, Jacob and Nathan and they have all been great to work with. When I call in to make an appointment, the office staff is kind and friendly. I highly recommend this company for issues with HVAC, or for preventative maintenance

Called last night after business hours. 11/26 they texted a little after 8 this morning 11/27 and was here at about 8:45. Heat is working, had to order our part. Very very happy with the service so far. The guy that came out was very nice and helpful.

R&D Indoor Comfort (previously Unique Indoor Comfort) in Lexington, KY, have serviced our HVAC home systems in two houses for well over 20-25 years. They have always provided excellent customer service in a prompt and highly professional as well as friendly manner. They have researched warranties and sought out proper replacement parts. I have recommended them frequently to family, friends, and acquaintances.

I would not use any other company besides R&D. When I call for help, they get me seen very quickly, and the techs come when they say there are coming! This is a big deal for me because my time is valuable as well. I feel their techs are honest and I can trust what they tell me the problem is. I don’t feel pressured to buy upgrades that are not needed, and they are not just part changers. They know what’s wrong and fix the problem! I have had great experiences with Jacob, one of their techs. He’s top notch!

I’ve used R&D for annual service (spring & autumn inspections, filter change, etc.) for several years and have had great response times. They kept me aware of the older system’s limitations and still provided service without fail.
This year the aging HVAC system finally needed replacing, and I felt comfortable enough to only get pricing from R&D. They provided three competitively-priced options and handled the installation smoothly.
I’ll continue to sign up for R&D’s annual service plan as long as I live within their coverage area.

After being without air conditioning for an entire humid weekend, Jacob made it earlier than they had promised for the service call. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it for a reasonable amount of money. They did a great job and I am very thankful for R&D

R&D installed our furnace and A/C unit for the bottom two floors of our house seven years ago when we moved in. We’ve used them to maintain and our upstairs furnace (different brand) ever since. They’re reliable and have always given us an honest opinion and a reasonable price. Recently a shutoff switch failed and we got prompt service. Randy fixed it and gave us some ideas for water sensor products for the utility area so it can be detected sooner. Will continue to use this company.

Always friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. Randy is awesome and follows through with any concerns. Had an issue that required he contact the company. He did so and got back to me within 2 days. Very trustworthy which is rare nowadays. I recommend them without reservation.

AC went out during the hottest days of the year yet. Another company cancelled on us at the last minute. R&D was recommended by my neighbor and they came first thing in the morning on a weekend not once but twice in the same day. They fixed our unit and did an amazing job. Tina was very kind and professional. She arranged for a service tech and explained what would take place during his arrival.
She was able to have one come out in less than 24hrs the very next day!
Jacob is very kind and informative. He asked questions I did not have answers to but he did and he shared that knowledge with me, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease in knowing that my AC unit would get fixed properly. Lost heat in lower level of home. R&D came out same day and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently! They put on boot covers before entering home to keep from tracking snow/dirt on the floors. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even offered advice on preventative maintenance I could do myself to prevent costly repairs in the future. Couldn't ask for better service!!

R & D worked with my home warranty company and responded to my original work order request within a couple of hours. They arrived in the exact window of time that they estimated, kept me informed of what they found and provided guidance on moving forward. The technician was friendly and courteous.
