Steven was able to come out the same day we called to fix our system. He was quick, fast, and professional. He solved our issues without costing an arm and a leg. Will be using Bryant Heating & Cooling going forward.

You came out to my house six days ago to look at my sewer line that’s collapsed, charged me an exorbitant amount of money and took advantage of a single mom!!!
First, you all told me that you couldn’t get through my house through the street so you had to pull up the toilet which would be an extra charge. I believed you.
So you tell me I have a collapsed line, and you leave. I waited six days on a quote… six days with no return phone call. The only thing you said was that you would have to come back and redo it because you didn’t know what kind of pipes I had.
So I called a different plumber, who came out to my house and looked at this for FREE who went through the main line outside and told me EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO COST TO FIX IT RIGHT THEN IN THERE AND WHAT THEY HAD TO DO AND WHAT TYPE OF PIPES I HAD

YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED IF THAT IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS

Very great group of people kept us informed the entire process of what they was doing, from the very start we was told our options and was offered financing services, seemed very family oriented Charles was one of the guys names that serviced our house and he was great. Would use again most definitely !! Satisfied customer and thankful!

Thomas was the electrician that came and looked at our house. We are installing a hot tub but seemingly had no open breakers so I called Bryant to look at the box and see if there were any not being used.

He was knowledgeable and worked quick, so far I’ve been impressed and happy with the services provided by Bryant.

Our tech, Jason Burrows, was very knowledgeable, very proficient, and took pride in his work. He did a great job on our service ticket and made sure everything was done/working correctly prior to leaving.

Our technician Stan was prompt, efficient and courteous. He explained the service agreement thoroughly which helped us make our decision to purchase it. In short, he did a great job.

So thankful to have Bryant doing not only HVAC work but also plumbing. Charlie came to my home in Berea, Ky today and I had a list of plumbing things I had been trying to put off. He was able to take a look at everything from installing new toilets to replacing pipes under the sink and under the house. I told them everything I needed and were able to work with my budget to get done as much as possible. Thanks for always having wonderful customer service! Also loved the quick response time. No long waits when things need done!

There was a loud, hammering noise in my about 2-yr-old HVAC system. The installation company had not fixed it, so I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Dustin came out and analyzed the problem. He told me that I needed a new ECM motor and explained why the motor had failed so early. Instead of saying, "let us fix this for you," he suggested that I first check to see if the motor was under warranty and to ask the Installation company what they would do about the problem. He also gave me an estimate of what it would cost if Bryant fixed it (if I were unable to work out the problem with the installer). I appreciated his advice and contacted the installer. I found out that the motor was under warranty, and the owner of the company told me that he would take care of the problem. So, because of Dustin's knowledge and consideration (he also sent me an e-mail that detailed his analysis, so that I would know what to express to the HVAC installer), I feel that my problem will be solved in the most economical manner. I think his service was excellent, and I would not hesitate to call Bryant again and/or to use their HVAC service, should the need arise.

Had a main line clog under the house really late in the afternoon, I called a bunch of places and nobody either had availability or would come out to the Cynthiana area. Bryant not only said they would come, they came out first thing the next morning with no additional distance fee. Arturo was our plumber and he was absolutely outstanding, resolving the problem quickly but also going above and beyond explaining everything, answering questions, and helping me locate and dig out our septic access hole which was a huge help. This is definitely the company I’ll be calling for any future plumbing needs.

Steven was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything very well. He offered suggestion and solutions to our questions and concerns about our HVAC. He was very respectful of us and our home. Making an appointment with Bryant was very easy.

Had power outage in house. Called Bryant and they sent an electron. Did a through job of checking and found problem with breaker panel. Gave a reasonable recommendation and helped with financing. Was pleased with experience with Bryant. Very helpful and communicated throughout process. Jessica was most helpful with process I wholeheartedly recommend this company for service

Arturo is polite, fast, and answers all questions when working on the plumbing. I highly recommend Bryant for your plumbing needs. They were quick to come out to the house.

Absolutely first rate service. Answered my message late at night and had the water heater installed 2 days later. The plumber even advised on other water issues and a frozen pipe while he was here. Highly recommend.

Jared called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and had at great attitude along with a great understanding of the trade. He was very honest about the issue and came up with a great plan to solve the plumbing problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.

My 20 year old furnace decided to quit working the first week of December 2025. I had called several different companies for quotes. Then I decided to call Bryant. They quoted me the best price and had a new furnace quickly installed. They even offered very reasonable financing. My new furnace including a new thermostat is very quiet and I am so happy to have heat. I recommend Bryant.

Had my unit blowing cold air on Friday, called and technician Tony came out on Saturday and I decided a new system should be installed. Jennifer called me today and made the process go smoothly. Love Bryant Heating & Cooling. They always go above and beyond. Thanks guys. Today (Tuesday) Stan & James came and put my new unit in. They were awesome. Very friendly and courteous. They made sure that everything was properly working before they left. I really appreciate Bryant Heating for taking such good care of me. I've been a faithful and very satisfied customer since 2015.

Bryant's dispatch was great, very polite. They had a tech at my home within the hour. The service tech and install team that followed could not have been better if I chose them myself. All very respectful of myself and property. It was obvious they were masters at their craft. Five stars on speed and quality! One of them could have been a long lost cousin lol.

We had a great experience with Bryant Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. Our outside HVAC unit was not working. We called and had a technician at our home within a couple of hours. Montel was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed it and discovered the issue quickly, had the parts with him and got us back up and going quickly. Montel also advised us regarding the age of our HVAC unit and provided us with a proposal for a replacement unit. Although we did not go that route now, Bryant will definitely be a consideration when that time comes. I highly recommend them.
