Monica was super helpful today! She was very helpful on the telephone. To help with our contactless transaction, she went out and took pics of soil and pansy flowers for me to choose and sent them to my phone. She gave me great advice and help me choose what I needed. Then she loaded the back of my truck when I got to the store. Very great employee! Five stars!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for nursery that sold high quality pottery and plants. I thought the Greenery was lovely and had a great selection. In my short time here in Owens Cross Roads, I have bought 2 wreaths there and several plants. About 2 weeks ago on a Saturday, I went there and bought 3 house plants and 2 of the Italian made pots, spending $80 in total. I took them home and 2 of the plants have done great but by the following Thursday the third plant had completely shriveled up and died. It took me another week to get to the greenery to show them my dead plant. When I brought it to the front counter and showed them the plant, they quizzed me on when I watered it and where I put it and then proceeded to tell me it was a very finicky plant 🌱 and I stated my other plants were fine and hadn’t had a plant die in 4 days ever. I suggested a replacement but they just made me feel like it was my fault it died so tough luck. They were not rude but also not helpful. I walked away from the counter shaking my head. I feel like with so many competitors and options of places to shop that in the end helping me and switching it out would have been no big deal at all. It was a $14.99 plant. In the end, I left deciding to not return to that location. There are plenty other places to buy plants and pottery.

I have been there many times over the years. I live about an hour away, but it is always worth my time to visit when I’m in the Huntsville area. They have a wide selection of indoor and outdoor plants. They have a great selection of pots and other accessories. The staff has been gracious and very helpful when I’ve had a request for information or assistance. I look forward to my next opportunity to visit!

Great selection of plants, staff members are very friendly and helpful! William was especially helpful in finding the exact plant I needed for my zen garden and offered a great deal of plant advice, I could have sworn he went to school for this!

Simply lovely in many ways. To name a few... Statuary and planters are impressively curated; the prices may seem steep, but are actually quite competitive at this quality level; a surprisingly chic stock of home decor items from exquisite pottery to unique, elegant wind chimes; and a lovely, pleasant staff eager to help. I can't wait to come back and check out the plants this spring!

Excellent selection of plants with unique varieties. The plants are healthy and vigorous, you'll pay a bit more than a box hardware garden center but you'll receive value as the plants will likely perform much better. Plus you know you'll be getting plants that have been proven to grow well here in Huntsville.

The Greenery has an excellent selection of healthy plants and trees in a beautiful setting. Their plants are priced competitively with the big chain nurseries and their selection and quality are far superior. I love supporting a local business while still getting a great price. And you can't beat the customer service and expertise of the team at the Greenery. Here's a photo of a some flowers I purchased for my flowerbeds and pots.

My husband and I always enjoy our adventures to the Greenery! We have many statues that are perfect memorabilia from them in our landscape. We both take pride in our flowers and plants from the Greenery. One of our favorite flowers is the New Dawn rose that grows in our obelisk in our front yard!

This is lovely nursery! Most of everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items we were looking for. We will definitely come back here for our landscaping needs.

The Greenery is as nice a garden center as any you'll find around North Alabama. Sure, Atlanta, Nashville or Birmingham have really good ones, but The Greenery should be considered if you're anywhere in the Tennessee Valley and Huntsville area. There's always plenty of staff who are busy working the expansive grounds, and they're always very knowledgeable and helpful. Staying aware and catching their sales saves my wife and I time going off somewhere to save a buck or two, and that's part of the appeal of how convenient to our area The Greenery is. We highly recommend this awesome plant and garden center. Don't forget their free selection and super nice gift shop.

Our tech, Rodney, did a great job! He was very professional and had good communication about the services he provided today!

Specialist came to my house to service lawn. I wasn't home because I wasn't told that they were coming until I was at work. Son was home taking a shower getting ready for school. As he was leaving, the person then got angry at my son and cussed him out. I will never use this company again!!!! I do not recommend a company that hires such awful people.

The employee that actually provides the services for lawn treatments has been excellent, knowledgeable and informative.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with tree service. Damaged a very expensive established tree, and the company “expert” came right out, with a promise to get back to us….that was a month ago with several calls asking for his diagnosis. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Call to customer service last week who stated that the problems I have had warranted this issue to rise to a corporate level with, again, an assurance that they take issues seriously and someone would call….no later than 2 days ago . STILL WAITING
Do not fall for promises made by sales/scheduling.

Today’s service was performed in an outstanding manner. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

This was a follow-up on weeds in my yard and the tech was very attentive and listened completely to my concerns. He promptly retreated my entire yard and offered some great suggestions on how to handle the problem areas in my yard that get no sunlight.
I appreciated his insight and suggestions.

Josh has been taking care of our yard for quite a few years now. He is consistent in spraying for the right weeds that might pop up and telling me what is going on. We have been very happy over the years with TruGreen and Josh makes it especially nice. You can't go wrong with him.

Tyler did a fantastic job and was very thorough in the treatment of the lawn. He definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you very much for a great service.

I had a very pleasant experience working with the tech who was knowledgeable and courteous!
