Office people that answer the 800 numbers don’t know anything. The service reps are very informative but company needs to hire someone that knows about the service. Hire local!

Rodney Childers was great! He knocked on my door, introduced himself and told me the service he was providing today. He even picked up trash our sanitation trucks left in the road. Great guy and I appreciate him for keeping our neighborhood clean!

Do not trust TruGreen. This is not a serious company. I hired them through the Lawn Starters app, and they claimed they came last week to fertilize my lawn—but they never showed up. I work from home and have full camera coverage around my entire property, so I know for a fact no one came. Yet they still charged my credit card. If you care about transparency and getting what you pay for, stay far away from this company.

When Rodney arrived, he came to my door to introduce himself and let me know he was going to spray every area of my property. He also apologized for me getting charged last month for a service that I never received from another technician.

Rodney succeeded at getting every area and was very detailed oriented with my service, polite and customer service at it's best.

Thank you for your commitment to your customers, Rodney. He did a fantastic thorough job. A+++!!!

The guy that treated fir weeds did what was supposed to be done last time. He cover all the property on contract and did a great job.

Trigreen in an outstanding company. Their technicians are dressed professionally and with a pleasant personality. TruGreen has one of the best customer satisfaction surveys I have participated providing feedback. I've had all excellent interactions with TruGreen and they have sincere interest performing the work and ensuring they meet or exceed my expectations.

Stephen made sure he understood where to aerate, he was incredible!

Gabriel is very knowledgeable about his job. He is full of useful information and hits that helped us with our landscape issues. He patiently explained everything to me before he started working 👍

One year of service and my lawn looks horrible. Caught the technician treating my neighbors house by mistake, not the first time my neighbor got a free treatment. Had one technician treat during a thunderstorm downpour, and customer service had the audacity to say that the treatment would work in rain.
I now have dandelions, clover, and various broad leaf weeds growing in the front and side yard as well crab grass springing up in new places. Very disappointing and expensive failure.

Update:
A very knowledgeable lawn technician conducted a thorough fertilization and weed control application one month ago and the lawn is recovering. He explained that due to the mixed grass I have, they had been killing the fescue and encouraging the bermuda growth. This resulted in large dead areas that were previously fescue. Reseeding (done by me) with bermuda has taken and the lawn is recovering.

Recommend better explanation and consequences of recommended treatments to homeowners. Thank you for trying to fix the problem.

Rodney is a friendly guy who takes great pride in his craft whenever he comes out for my tree and shrub service.

TruGreen always does an excellent job for us. Their Rep, Anthony W, always remembers our past problems and what they did for them. Anthony made sure the past issue was addressed. He remembers our pets, is a nice guy, and does a great job on our lawn care. I highly recommend them..

Rodney did a great job of explaining what treatment he was doing today, is always friendly and asks if I have any questions.

I have been using this company for the last four years. The recent tech I had David H. did an excellent job. I’m requesting him to do my lawn services from him on out.

I am very happy and satisfied with tree and shrub services provided by Rodney Childers for some time now. He is very knowledgeable, considerate, and thorough with his work. I highly recommend him and TruGreen because of employees like Rodney.

I have paid for a treatment to my lawn a year in advance one week ago and no one has called me to schedule an appointment. I was told that I would receive a call the same day. After calling in and being told that my appointment was on Thursday between 8am-12pm, no one came to our home. When I called in again I was told that my appointment was actually scheduled for Friday. I spoke with a representative who made the situation worse when he said that he did not see where True Green had deducted the funds from my account. My bank clearly shows that the funds were deducted a week ago. I requested a supervisor, but was told that one would contact me back. I seriously doubt that I will receive a call. If this is not rectified I will have no other choice than to submit this as fraud to my bank.

Anthony and a team member treated my yard today. They both were polite and reasonable thorough. Anthony did state that they ran out of the weed/Nutshedge material and could not finish all treatment. The grass between the road and the sidewalk around the house still needs to be treated. I like Anthony as he provides insight into what he is doing and what still needs to be treated.

Because of my Limitations, with my yard Gregory C that works for Tru Green has been a Great asset. I'm on a Budget but can afford their WONDERFUL WORK done by Mr. Gregory C. I've recommended 2 more folks already, to Gregory C of Tru Green.

My experience with TruGreen has been awful. One year and a little under $1,000 spent with them...my lawn looks worse than at the beginning. I told them I was willing to spend whatever it took to get the results and I relied on them to provide the expertise, they promised it would not be a problem and delivered nothing.
I am very disappointing especially with the superficial job of the field teams and their customer service.

We have had trugreen services, lawn, shrubs, aerrating for many years with great results. About a month ago they spread fertilizer on the lawns and accidentally killed the lawn in at least 10 places. We called and complained and they sent Keith out to inspect . He agreed they were responsible and said they would fix the problem quickly. 3 weeks later and nothing has happened. So much for a guarantee. Would not recommend them anymore fir anything. And no local number to call...

I highly DONT recommend Trugreen. They dont care about there customers. Lies after lies they continue to tell about there services. Please pay attention to this review and BEWARE. You'll save yourself alot of frustration and wasted time and money for the worse service. Especially the supervisor I spoke to named Braxton. I wish I could put 0 stars
