Lamont was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and explained everything before starting. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem!

Lamont came out while my power was out and assessed my issues and diagnosed what was wrong. Came out the next day and fixed the issue and talked to me about the whole process as he was completing his job! He is an excellent technician! Would 100% recommend him to anyone who needed plumbing needs!

If you are gonna send workers out in your vehicles make sure they know how to drive! The truck was going 20 below the speed limit on the highway and when I finally passed the truck - the man driving was on his phone with absolutely no awareness that he had a line of cars trying to get around him. I have already made a post on my facebook with 500+ friends telling everyone to never use your services. Be smarter next time with who you hire and let on the roads, as it seems like other people have experienced poor driving from your workers before.

If I could rate them at 10 stars I would. They are quick, very polite, very professional team of guys. They came quick at a odd hour. I am happy to call them MY PLUMBERS. Tears of joy over their work effort....... 10 stars!!!!!!!!

Lamont did an excellent job fixing my mother's drain problems. After inspecting the drain with a video camera, he determined the trouble to be in the vent up on the roof. He found a blockage in the stack and snaked it clear

I had electrical work done rewiring they’re very reasonable electrician. Let me know what is going on from start to finish. I knew what the pricing was from the beginning and I had a few add-ons that was reasonable. This is a great company to work with I will definitely use them again.

The appointment set up was easy. I was able to get a fast appointment. This was my first time hiring a plumbing company. Lamont did a fantastic job. He listened and asked questions. He got an understanding of the issue and layout then explained what the problems might be. He did a few things, gave the diagnosis, and then told me what his recommendation was. Again, this was my first time hiring a plumber, so this kind of active listening was helpful. I can definitely tell the difference between now and what others had done to fix the plumbing issues. Everything is running smoothly now!

I had a serious water leak that was flooding my bathroom and kitchen and becoming a real issue. Lamont from Stilwell came at short notice and even stayed well past his normal hours to ensure that everything was fixed and done properly. He was very professional and got the job done, my only regret is that he wasn’t called in sooner. 10/10 would recommend for all your plumbing needs!

My experience with the maintenance tech guy(Lamont) was very nice talking about how he going try fix the problem telling me how it happen and really treated me with respect and like a real human being if I could give him 10 stars I would fix the problem and cleaned up after he was done even sprayed a lil smell good air freshener I really appreciate the effort and the hard work he put in and the explanation

I've updated this review as I truly appreciate companies that care about their effectiveness and image. I don't expect a company to always solve my issues.Problems happen and to Stillwell's credit they read my earlier review and called me to discuss the issues. The pleasant young woman who called seemed to truly care. She offered a refund without me asking. I certainly didn't expect that. They chose to do the right thing and I do appreciate that. Five stars for effort and ethics.

The plusses - They came out in the middle of the night to try to fix a stoppage in my septic outlet to my outdoor tank. They also sent a very pleasant young man.

The negatives - The young plumber was simply out of his element and experience. I suggested the stoppage was outside of the house as we had experienced that issue before. He insisted it had to be in the distance between the toilet and the ejector pump in the house. Over 12 hours the young man tried diligently and snaked several hundred feet all within the large house. He got nowhere. He also managed to spread waste from the bathroom shower and toilet to the bedroom and the hallway.

He left unable to solve the issue. I hired another plumber the next day. He snaked from the septic tank opening in the yard back toward the house. He was able to open the clog within 45 minutes. He also diagnosed that the problem was the cast iron pipe that exits the house had separated (due to settlement of the house) from the PVC pipe that runs to the tank. The waste paper was getting clogged at the separation. The long term fix requires a pipe repair in the back yard a few feet from the house.

Stilwell sent me a $900 bill which I paid. Nice people but no results and I'm out $900. I also, had carpet and floors requiring expensive cleaning techniques.

I would recommend Stilwell for all your plumbing needs. Lamont was very professional and very detailed about what may have cause the my basement Toilet backup. Lamont also check the areas in my basement and gave me recommendations on other things that needs to be looked at such as my slump pump that I didn’t realize was broken! Thanks again!

We have always used Stilwell for our plumbing needs because their service is excellent and prices are great!! We recently had Lamont come and fix a few things and he was awesome! He was courteous, prompt and fixed all our issues same day. He is a true asset to Stillwell!

Stillwell Plumbing sent Lamont in one day to repair a leak from my 2nd floor toilet. Lamont determined that a thicker wax ring was needed to fix the problem. He had the toilet put back, tested for leaks, cleaned up, and was on his way out within approximately an hour. This was excellent service. I will call Stillwell Plumbing again and highly recommend them to others.

I am totally grateful and thankful for the technician that came out to my home this morning. I have been dealing with this issue with my kitchen sink for the longest time. Maintenance guy came out from my rental property and instead of him screwing something back on, he tied a shoe string to hold the hoses together and after awhile it caused the faucet to leak. Your technician came out, went and got me a new faucet and showed me exactly what the guy did previously to “patch it up”. I truly appreciate this company for resolving this issue and kudos to your technician once again. Thank you so much!!!

The plumber Lamont was very professional and respectful. His mannerisms were greatly appreciated. He fixed my sink which had low pressure, tub spout and my toilet that made this irritating noise. He explained everything to me and why it needed to be fixed. Some of which I thought I knew. This is a great company with knowledgeable employees. I will definitely use them again.

Lamont arrived promptly. Quickly saw where the water was coming from. Replaced wax seal on toilet and siliconed the base. Cleaned up the area. Very professional job. Would recommend.
