Just had an excellent first time experience with Saffer Plumbing. Received positive referrals from neighbors. Quick efficient service! Technician was super nice as well as the phone staff.

I used the services of Saffer Plumbing, Heating & Electrical to detach my old kitchen gas range from the gas supply line, and then return later the same day to securely attach a flexible gas supply line to both my new gas range and the gas shut-off valve, using the correct fittings and sealant, and then checking for leaks. Curtis, Will and Gary all did a great job. They were knowledgable, efficient, and very personable.

Saffer has helped with our plumbing needs twice already and Gary in particular has been spectacular. He was able to clearly explain why my shower was not producing hot water and came up with a plan to get it fixed. He gave me several recommendations and was kind and respectful the entire time. I could not recommend Saffer enough!

Gary did a fantastic job! He was professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and documented the problem and answered all questions thoroughly and in a straightforward manner. When he returned to do the work, Gary expertly replaced the pipe, which was in a tricky and tight space. I’m very happy with the results of his work and wouldn’t hesitate to call Saffer again in the future!

I had contacted Saffer concerning replacement of an existing sump pump with a duplex battery backup system since the original pump was aging out of useful life and was beginning to exhibit operational issues.

The technician arrived at the expected time and presented several replacement options for consideration. After selecting the option best suited for my needs, he procured the materials and proceeded with the work. The old pump was removed and 19 years of debris and sediment was removed from the basin. The new system included a packaged main sump pump and battery backup pump by Zoeller, along with control panel, new check valve, and new basin lid. All piping reconnections were made and the basin lid was sealed with silicone sealant since the basin is the point of extraction for the radon mitigation system.

Following completion of the work, the technician reviewed operation of the pump and control panel with me, and left all relevant operation and maintenance materials.

Overall, as good an experience as I've come to expect from Saffer, being a repeat customer for 10-15 years between three different service locations.

Customer service was polite, but the pricing changed multiple times after a verbal agreement was made on site. I would not recommend if you’re looking for work completed at a fair market rate. Pricing would benefit from being more transparent and labor based with reasonable estimates. I was hoping to support a local business, but even a small task separate from the main reason for the visit was declined despite the $60 service fee. They tried to get me on their membership plan to do the job and then added an additional $300 to the total after agreeing to the job and realizing it was more than just sticking their hand down the disposal. I would not recommend.

Matt and Steve were both very accommodating when timing issues arose. I appreciated the phone calls and status updates from the office staff and the technicians. Everyone I spoke to helped to ease my mind as challenges came up. I would recommend Saffer and I will definitely be using them in the future.

We had Saffer out twice in one week due to a tricky job that resulted from an emergency and resulted in us needing a second emergency call. On the first call, Joseph was an excellent plumber and plumbing educator. I feel like we learned so much from working with him. We felt like he really cared about helping us and making sure we understood what was happening. Very professional, kind and reassuring. I would 100% work with him again.

The second call was an SOS midday and involved the county as well as our property. A tricky situation. We made the call and Kaylea and Thomas came to our rescue within 30 minutes. They had to call out for more line, engage with us as well the county techs and work through a complicated back up situation in a freezing cold garage. They stayed until all was clear and helped us understand when and what we might be able to do to prevent a similar situation in the future. They were patient, professional and got the job that several others couldn't get done done. I would 100% work with them again.

Saffer pluming... what can I say... I asked them what they would charge to replace the thermocouple unit on our gas hatwayer heater.. they said they work on a flat rate system and a $66 fee to come out which goes toward the service if they do the work.
Tech came and replaced the thermocouple (as I had told them it was). They didn't call me with an estimate before doing the work....
Now A thermocouple unit costs about $50 bucks. And the labor takes about 20 minutes.

So Imagine my shock when they billed me $442.00... without giving me a call with an estimate!

I told them it was outrageous! To pull it out and I'd go to HD and replace it my self. They lowered the price by $100... which still is about $200 more than the job should cost. The only reason I excepted that price was because I was out of town...

If you have a hot water heater where the pilot lite won't stay lit it is most likely the thermocoupler.. look up a video on how to replace it your self and save about $300 to $400.
I mean At that price you can buy a whole new water heater... of course Saffer would probably double the price and then charge about $1000 to install it! Sheesh!

I will say the service guy was a good man.. pleasant to talk with and understanding of the issue...
But he probably gets paid $30 to $40 per hour... I hope they give him benefits...
Still their pricing and shell game practices makes the company a bit despicable.....

Brad was amazing! Exceptional service from start to finish. I was a previous customer of a company that rhymes with Jen the Plumber, but I experienced less than subpar services unfortunately. Luckily, Saffer came highly recommended, so I decided to give them a try. Long story short, they lived up to their recommendation. Long story longer, here is more about my experience. Scheduling was easy with great appointment window. The receptionist (Samantha ) was so professional, I thought she was AI! (haha) Anywho, Brad came to diagnose my problem and was able to spot the leak and the root cause. He then got to work and explained his process to me, a person who knows NOTHING about plumbing. I am highly satisfied with my service. I will now switch over from them. Thank you BRAD!!!

We experienced our water heater springing a leak this morning, (An understatement). We called Saffer and they quickly responded. We had the pleasure of Christopher A. arriving, who offered his expertise for our situation.We immediately purchased a new water heater, based on his recommendation. This arrived very quickly as well. He installed it and cleaned up. I was so impressed with his knowledge, as well as his personable approach. My dog loved him! We will be calling this company for our future needs.

I recently had plumbing work done and couldn’t be happier with the service Tod provided. He was quick, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and got the job done efficiently without any issues. It’s hard to find reliable plumbers these days, but Tod definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Hire Saffer when you’re absolutely desperate because they’ll almost surely take advantage of your wallet. First of all, I was not made aware of their outrageous diagnostic fee of $300 for a residential boiler ( I don’t even want to know how much it is for a garbage disposal or something I can fix on my own). Then you feel stuck after feeling heavily invested (this is how they get you) so then you feel compelled to pay for the service which went up 2x over the course of the day. What the hell dows a “rejuvenation” even mean? This is plumbing we re talking about and not fixing aging skin! I know I got ripped off big time after talking to another plumber!

The price of $2450 is so high that I cannot even mark it here in Google.

I complained to the tech about the pricing but since I had stupidly authorized it and it was almost completed I had no recourse other than to call the office and leave a voicemail. Guess what? They have an AI switchboard. I left a message with him or more like, it, and never heard back about being RIPPED OFF. If only I had provided a space heater to my tenants and waited for my awesome, reasonably priced plumber to be available.

The only thing that I like and appreciate is the explanation provided to my tenants and me as well as the fact that the work did take a day but that still comes out to $300/hour! Any which way you slice it , the price is not justified for the work done.

Don't waste your time and money with them. Bad experience, failed installation, suffered one year until I found another independent plumber who fixed their failed installation in 2 hours. Will never deal with Saffer Plumbing again. To your comment below: I didn't want to pay the bill so you failed the installation, or the other way around? A business owner with such a logic capability is not far from failure.

Saffer was wonderful to work with. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and explained everything to me. The team was wonderful. Will definitely use them again.

Knows his stuff. Prompt, courteous, efficient. Understands our concern in maintaining the integrity of our 50's vintage home. He & Saffer offered the solution vs. others that just wanted to "rip everything out." We'd have him/them back again.

Gary & Steve came out to check on a plumbing issue at my work space, and made the experience incredibly smooth and easy!!! They were communicative, prompt, knowledgeable, and so kind! They were able to pinpoint the problem right away as our water heater, explained the whole thing to me with ease, and had an installation plan ready to go right away. I am so appreciative of how seamlessly they took care of everything which completely eliminated any stress on my end. We have used Saffer Plumbing 3+ times and its an A+++ experience every time. Thanks guys!!!!

We had a toilet pipe break- within 5 minutes of putting in a contact request on their website, I received a call. After sending pictures of what we were dealing with (turns out it was minor), Brent walked me through how to correct the issue myself. He was super clear in his instructions, along with letting me know what we may deal with in the future. I will definitely be contacting Warrior with any future plumbing needs!

Edit: We had the same pipe break and realized that this would be a recurring issue. Again, after contacting Warrior, I received a quick call back. After explaining the situation, it seemed like a straightforward fix. I was able to get an appointment on the books quickly. The repair itself took maybe 40 minutes. All in all, we are quite happy with the level for service and the quality of work. Thank you!

Found out we had a gas leak on Sunday, they were out at our house the following day to fix. Appreciate you guys! Brooks and the person with him were great! They even combed over the rest of our pipes to make sure there were no other leaks. Highly recommend. Great service and affordable price.

Warrior Plumbing installed a backflow for an irrigation system. They stood out among others as actually knowing what they're doing. A class act.
