I would definitely recommend Warrior Plumbing for your next project or repair. They’re so easy to deal with and their prices are reasonable. The guys who came out for my project were really nice. They were very neat and cleaned up everything. I would actually give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Warrior Plumbing provided excellent service amidst a trying situation. Our drains were backing up on a Sunday afternoon and we called roto-rooter out to snake the main sewer line. After over 4 hours, they not only failed to clear the clog, but then tried to jump right to suggesting a costly replacement of the sewer line. I then sought out local options and Brent and his team at Warrior were super helpful talking through the issue and someone came out first thing the next day. He cleared the blockage and walked me through scoping the line. The acute issue was largely resolved, and he did suggested that we may want to look at jetting out the sewer line to keep the problem from coming back too soon (a much more cost-effective and reasonable solution). Warrior got a jetting appointment scheduled for a few days later and now we are all set! All staff were super professional and communicative. We will be using them for all plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend their services.

The boiler tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and he arrived when he said he would. The tech even took the time to check and clean the chimney pipe. So very high marks for service, skill, and professionalism.

Minus 2 stars because they are very pricey. They charged me $400 for a boiler service, and the tech was only on site for 45 minutes (that's over $500 an hour). In their defense I knew the price beforehand. In talking with them on the phone to schedule the service, it sounded like they were going to do more than some of the other companies I'd quoted out. But seeing how long it took the tech to do everything they'd said, I realize now that I just fell for the sales pitch, and that they were just giving me the same service I would have gotten from other reputable companies (who were charging more like $150).

They also charge you a fee to pay with a credit card, but they don't offer an easy way to pay with another method.

This family owned business has pulled me out of two emergencies so far. And I have no hesitation to call them the next time.

We were so lucky to find Warrior. Great people, great service, and we felt like a customer- not like a service ticket. Organizations like this are rare these days- when you need help, you really need it, and Warrior steps up- great communicators and so respectful of our home.

I have owned multiple homes for 35 years and you can't do better than Warrior Plumbing. I had a cast iron sewer pipe crack and a tight timeline to get it fixed. Warrior Plumbing got me through it. Brent guided how to get get it done less expensively and kept me focused. They came on time (actually a little early) and did the job fast and clean. Tested and explained everything. Communication was great throughout process. I had estimates from larger companies, and Warrior Plumbing's price was better, largely because their advice was better. He actually charged us LESS than his original estimate. How often does that happen? There were no gimmicks, special add-ons, or membership club. It is a family business with the capacity to do bigger jobs. Supporting a veteran is always a good thing. I highly recommend this company.

Warrior is the best! Professional, timely, gets the job done up to code and 1-year warranty on their work. Very communicative and experienced. Understood what needed to be done and completed excellent quality work. Will use again!

I recently had a water line leak which resulted in some wet wood inside the house as well as removal of some siding to address the outside issues. Warrior was quick to respond, found the leak immediately and all work was completed in a short time, owner kept me notified and informed of all work to be completed. All crews were respectful and professional taking great care not to scratch my wood floors while moving the refrigerator which I greatly appreciated.

If you're looking for someone to service your row home boiler heat, look no further. These guys know the ins, outs, and idiosyncrasies of Baltimore boiler heat systems. Great for inspections or repairs. Would recommend.

I called on a Sunday and I spoke to Brent, who could not have been more helpful. We had no hot water as our hot water heater went out. By Monday afternoon and by last night we had hot water. The staff are helpful and made sure the job was done properly. I will continue use them for my plumbing jobs.

Brent (the owner I think) is a good dude. Water started coming out of my basement floor and my sump pump was going crazy... gave them a call at like 11pm and he actually talked me into the smart play of having 311 come out and check it instead. Will be going to them for all my needs in the future for their honesty.

It is difficult to express in words how grateful I am to Brent, his plumbers, and the skilled and precise remodeling team who took my kitchen from a flood zone to warm, functional, and modern. Brent’s expert counseling, organizational and problem-solving skills were invaluable across the six months it took repair both the plumbing, and the kitchen itself. This was a complex repair with no clear resolution from the start, and Brent’s patience and advice was invaluable. There is no one I trust more than Brent and I will never recommend or hire anyone else to help with plumbing or home remodeling. As the situation developed over time, I knew every day I had Brent as my counsel and his plumbers and workers on site performing repairs and restoration under very difficult circumstances. Finally the plumbing in my house is sound and the kitchen looks great. I’ve worked with a lot of plumbers and contractors over my lifetime, and Warrior is simply the best in the business. People who take pride in doing a perfect job in any field are unicorns. Warrior Plumbing really is the best in the business and Brent, CJ, Brooks, and Walter are genuinely terrific people and truly amazing in everything they do.

Please use this company - as a new homeowner another plumbing company tried to charge me $30k for “major plumbing repairs”.

Got a second opinion from Warrior and they were honest and transparent throughout the whole process. They shared the video with me of what they saw and told me that only a $2.5k jetting was necessary. Huge relief is an understatement. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again.

Great company and great people. They took the time to explain everything, up front with their pricing, and honest with their recommendations. I had a sewage back up, they came out right away and took a look. They attempted to clear the blockage but ran into some other issues. They quickly addressed the other issues and cleared the blockage and advised me the city main was also blocked and informed me the city had to come out w/in 24 hrs to clear the blockage.
