BGE & BFD performed a forced entry into our empty home yesterday due to a natural gas leak. We called Brent at WP after normal business hours & he answered right away, quickly made an appointment for Brooks to come inspect the problem this morning, Brooks arrived on time, and quickly fixed the gas line and leak-tested everything. The final bill was very reasonable for a job that was done less than 24 hours after we first called Brent. Could not have asked for a better outcome.

Great company, great people and great service. They put the customer first and always focus on what needs doing without trying to upsell.

We had a terrible situation where the city sewer was backing up into our basement. The team at Warrior was fantastic. My wife and I cannot be happier with their service, knowledge, and professionalism. And talk about customer service! We had an emergency issue on a Sunday and Ryan came out fixed the problem. We found out later that he had to miss the Ravens game but he did the job without a single complaint. I wish all business operated like Warrior. Thank you!

The first time using Warrior did not disappoint. I contracted with them to fix a leaking cast iron pipe at my sister's condo. These guys are the best. They had great communication, were professional, and had reasonable prices. The service was prompt and the contracting and invoicing were electronic and easy to navigate. It's quite rare to give an A+, but in this case, it's completely warranted. Nicely done, Warrior team.

Outstanding service. Brent and his team were absolutely outstanding. They replaced a water main in Baltimore city (no easy job) and delivered exceptional service and quality. Thought had problem with sewer backup. Came out to give quote that never bothered to validate my thoughts (certainly on me). Communication and understanding of scope of job was extremely poor, write up of job did not match what they claimed to have verbally told me, and gaslit me about who informed them where sewer drained and tried to pin that blame on me, something I never told them.

Sewer was never an issue (something their own subcontractor said to me), and water in basement was from foundation leaking.

Actual work performed, both by sub-contractor and Warrior plumbers, was good, albeit ithe sewer portion was completely unnecessary. Unprofessionalism and poor communication means I'll never come back.

Brett and his crew are AMAZING! We had an issue after hours and contacted them on their website. Within a couple of minutes Brett called me and asked what was going on and helped us come up with a plan. He got our work done quickly and helped us navigate our home warranty company covering the costs. We are ONLY using Warrior Plumbing from now on.

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I had a late night issue with my ancient boiler and even though it was late on a Friday night, Brent got back to me right away and helped me troubleshoot the issue.

The team came by later that week to replace a part, and they were quick, professional, and left the place cleaner than it was before. The price was reasonable for their level of experience and knowledge. I will definitely recommend them for any boiler issue.

We've used Warrior Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs for a few years now. I appreciated from the beginning their communication style - if not in person, it was through text, and only calls when needed, which is perfect for me. When it came time for us to do a bathroom renovation, they provided a good estimate, and I knew the work would be done well. I've learned since buying our house that getting an estimate alone can range from being quick and simple to a several hour presentation. Warrior was thorough in my estimate but also didn't take up more time than I wanted (unlike other bathroom renovation company estimates I got years ago).

Our primary bathroom is really small, so I knew it would be a challenge to get everything I wanted to fit. It took about a month overall (would have taken less time but we decided to move a vent over to make space for a shower). We've had our new bathroom for a few months now and I couldn't be happier. Although this was a stressful time, they kept me informed of what was going to be done each day, when they'd be arriving, and when I needed to have certain things ready (like tile). I'm so, so pleased with their work and professionalism. Thank you Warrior Plumbing!

Area way drain was failing. Warrior came in and gave a fair price to put in a sump pump in a small place. They were easy to deal with and did a great job.

Had an emergency water leak repair, Warrior showed up within 20 minutes and had leak repaired in 5 minutes. Will use again, no doubt.

Warrior Plumbing and Heating did gas line work for my kitchen in Towson. The gas lines running to the old wall oven and cooktop were removed. A new gas shutoff and pipes were installed, and my new range was connected. They were able to fit me in the same week I requested service and did top quality work at a price less than I expected.

This is a fantastic company to work with. The entire process was easy and straightforward. The team that came out to do the work were polite, efficient, and professional. Pricing was fair and the quote was accurate. I’d highly recommend using this company for your plumbing needs!

We have had Warrior come out a few times and have been extremely happy with their work. Most recently they were able to come out, assess our issue and provide a significant fix with our septic pit within just a few days. All this was done for a great price as well - another company quoted us 8x more than Warrior did for just an assessment fee! Brent and his team are great to work with, thank you again!

I have used Warrior several times over the past few years, and they are consistently excellent. Brent has called to discuss my concerns prior to sending someone out, and at times that has avoided a visit all together. It is clear that they are more concerned with doing right by people than making a buck off folks. That's why recently, I reached out to them after a contractor i was working with had made some suggestions for pricey work. I just trust them, and each time I work with them I trust them more. Excellent work, reasonable prices. Will use them again and again.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Called ahead, sent photos of the issue, waited for a response. At first didn’t I hear from them, but reached out again and spoke to someone on the phone about scheduling. Showed up earlier than scheduled and was able to fix the leaking pipe in the kitchen. Cleaned up their work after they finished and explained what they did. I recommend using Warrior Plumbing & Heating

My husband and I bought a house over the summer and were working on doing some restorations and renovations. We decided that if we were going to renovate the outdated bathroom, we should get it done before we moved in. We contacted several places, but Warrior was the only place that answered right away and made an appointment to come and look at our house that same week. The level of communication throughout the entire process was just as great as that initial impression. We had a very specific design in mind for our fairly small space that involved moving all of the plumbing and incorporating the original clawfoot tub. Brent was super helpful in letting us know what types of materials we should consider using and answering every question we had. He and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job of making our dream bathroom a reality. Each member of the team who worked on our project was friendly, professional, and kept strict covid safety protocols in place. Everyone who has seen pictures of the finished product is in awe of how beautiful it turned out. Warrior is top notch and we will sing their praises to everyone and continue to use them whenever we need plumbing or heating work done in our home.
