I had been dealing with a leak for three months, and no other company could figure it out. When Vicente arrived, he diagnosed the issue within five minutes. I was so relieved. Three other technicians had come out and were stumped by the leak, but not Vicente. Not only did he locate the source of the problem, but he also repaired it the same day. I can’t thank him enough for his knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Roto Rooter Baltimore location, gave impeccable service. We have had a cold winter in Baltimore this year causing major plumbing issues in the area.. first I called Constillation due to a plan I have with them and when the guy arrived he informed me that they do not cut into walls, so I called Roto Rooter as soon as he left and they had someone out the next day.. due to a high volume of calls it took a little longer for them to get to get to me, the following day.. but they called through out the day to let me know they were still coming. The guy showed up at 7:00 on a Sunday evening and didn’t leave my home until after 10:00. The wall was opened and the burst pipe was found, but it was on the corner of the pipe that happened to be behind two studs, so basically a more difficult job to take on at 7:00 at night. The Plumber was kind and fixed the pipe… needless to say I was very happy with the service. After two days with no water, I was now relieved to have the pipe repaired and the water turned back on. I was also surprised by the cost.. I felt the cost of the repair was beyond reasonable. I will definitely call Roto Rooter in the future and am very pleased with the service given. Highly recommend! 10 stars if I could! :)

Mr. Paul was very friendly and helpful. He drove 45 minutes just to work on my leaking pipe. He came out, looked at a pipe leaking issue I had. He explained what needed to be repaired, what sort of pipe I was dealing with.... in the end he repaired it.

I highly recommend them.

I had a leak from the snow from last month and the temperatures wreaked havoc on my pipes. I tried fixing it my self, but it kept leaking. I called Roto Rooter and they came and fixed the problem and I'm very happy I don't have anymore leaks.🥰🥰😍😍

Roto Rooters is the best . I had a headache this weekend and the last company that i called saved my life plus had a plan . Kiana changed the water heater very clean plus water restoration .

My toilet was backed up but it turned out to be so much bigger problem I had to have the toilet ,pipe and valve replaced. The technician took care of everything with pleasant demeanor. He did an awesome job.
