I was dealing with a complicated frozen pipe situation involving a well system, and Brent at Warrior Plumbing was outstanding. From the start, he was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. What really stood out was how willing he was to communicate and guide me through the situation—even when he wasn’t physically on site. Brent made it clear that he was available any time of day to put my mind at ease .

Brent took the time to walk through the problem step by step, helped me understand what to look for, and gave clear, practical guidance to safely mitigate the issue and prevent further damage. In a stressful situation where timing and the right decisions mattered, having his expertise and steady communication made all the difference.

Most recently, just days before the snow and ice storm (Fern) would cover Baltimore, I was told by another plumbing company, after two expensive part replacements and days of no heat in the house in mid December, that they were going to "red tag" our boiler (more days of ho heat in the house just before the January storm), and that they would leave a contract for us to sign for the purchase and installation of a new boiler. If we wanted to move forward, a signature and partial payment would be expected - all on a job where little inspection of the existing unit happened and no reason for the red-tagging existed. I knew that I had to, at the least, get a second and maybe third estimate on the cost of a new boiler. I called Warrior initially for just this estimate. After speaking with Brent and letting him know what had transpired with the first plumbing company, he offered to have someone come out the next morning and take a look at what might be going on. Dave and a colleague arrived at my house - did a simple, but essential inspection of the unit - correctly observed the new pricey parts the other plumber had installed in December - and, saw one part that was in good shape but had two bolts missing that would keep it standing upright. A schematic of the inside of my boiler - pulled from Dave's back pocket - and, some very smart observational skills and knowledge of my boiler - allowed Dave to have the boiler up and running again with the installation of two bolts, which he had on hand in his truck. Our heat has worked better in the past two weeks than on any day in my recent memory. And, I was able to tear up an estimate from the former plumber for $11,400. Whether Dave is a super-smart professional or an angel dropped down from heaven, I don't know. I am inclined to believe he is both. I am deeply grateful every day for the professionals and people that I have met and have had the pleasure of working with at Warrior. Their work is more than solid; and, as individuals, they, too, are more than solid - really good people - genuinely proud of what they do - proud, especially, to do an honest day's work, and very proud when they can help you resolve your problems. Some companies say that you will be safer with them; but, Warrior really cares - about their work, about you, and about keeping the good reputation for excellence and honesty they have earned from grateful customers in Baltimore. Thank you so much, Brent and Dave! I've got you on "speed dial" - lol - the rest of Baltimore should, too!

So happy to have found a quality and reliable plumber right in my neighborhood!! I had a few plumbers come by to check out an odd issue with the showers in the house we just moved into. Prior to Warrior coming to visit, other plumbers just looked at it without taking it apart, and then said it would need to be replaced in full. Which was not only costly, but time consuming. When Dave from Warrior came by, he took the time to diagnose the issue properly and he was able to do the repair with the existing hardware. They were also SUPER affordable and Brent was upfront about the cost and process. We will definitely use Warrior again when we need plumbing work.

Excellent customer service.
Gave me tips on how to handle things before I might need to use them. Also, gave an estimate over the phone without having to come into the house. I didn’t have work done this time, but they did excellent work in the past:

The came out on the weekend for just a little more to fix my water but my pipes were frozen and they did everything they could to help me. Dave opened my wall so I could insulate my pipes. They followed up and turned my water back on and came right back out to fix a little drip. The best service ever. Brent and his plumbers were responsive, fast, friendly, professional and on time. Dave also cleaned up after he was done. 🥰 I would definitely recommend this company.

Was 4,400 to replace hot water heater. It works so that is good. The mess was mine to clean up. The old water heater was left in my front yard. They told me they would take it away and dispose of it. Changed their mind and it is my problem now.
For all the places that do this type of job I would choose a different company. Even Lowe’s will remove the trash.

I put in a request for an estimate last for sump pump and drain issues. They were able to come out first thing this morning. The master plumber was wonderful. He provided a quote and was able to correct the issues quickly. We will definitely be using this company again.

My experience with Roto Rooter was great. Vincente came out and had our main line unclogged within 3 hrs of my initial phone call (at 9pm on a Saturday). Vincente put my mind at ease by walking me through the process and explaining some of his preliminary findings related to the plumbing in my house.

I’m amazed at the responsiveness, knowledgeability, amicability, and actual ability of the team. Working with Roto Rooter felt less like navigating a plumbing emergency and almost more like booking a honeymoon vacation - at least in how downright pleasant every interaction was. Who knew that plumbing services could be done so well?

My technician, James, was great; he was quick and thorough and explained well what he needed to do to fix my toilet.

I chose RotoRooter to replace my original 90 year old sewer line because of their great reviews and they lived up to their reputation! Our estimator Doug Pope was friendly and professional. He came out at least three times - to provide the estimate, to camera and mark the line and then to get a deposit and answer my questions and alleviate my concerns (which he also did by phone several times too.) The work crew Alan Prince and Nick Hofmann showed up on time, answered my questions and went to work. I interrupted them several times throughout the day to ask questions or voice my concerns. Our property is very close to our neighbors and I was concerned that they might dig up or run over their flower garden. They were so careful to avoid the garden, both of our houses, the neighbor's car and other obstacles. No easy feat since it's a very tight space! (The backhoe driver has excellent precision and great skill!) There was one minor snafu - a miscommunication about how much line was to be replaced. They weren't going to replace the line from the house out to the long line that runs parallel to the house. However, once I brought it to their attention, they were quick to accommodate without attitude or complaint. I'm amazed at how quickly this whole process unfolds - from digging up the entire side yard down 6 feet, laying pipe and then putting it all back together again. They were very good about cleaning everything up and the lawn doesn't look nearly as bad as I thought it would, which was one of my biggest concerns. Well done!

Really shady business practices. The plumbing technician showed up at my house and offered $1,100 quote to snake the main drain. I told him absolutely not and after calling his supervisor back offered me $400. I would not trust their first quote that they give you.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Deborah when I first called with my emergency. Our service technician, Vincente, arrived in less than the 2 hours promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in detail and in a way I could understand, did the work and cleaned up. He was polite and professional. I previously had a bad experience with Roto-Rooter years ago, but I decided to try them again. I had a great experience this time in every way and will use their services again and recommend them. Vicente came and fixed everything in no time. Main sewer line backed up. At 11:30pm he was super professional and chipper. 100% knows his profession.

Tech was great. Responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. Price is a bit high imo, but that is not on the technician. He was great.

Earl came out after hours and took his time and made sure that my plumbing issue was fully cleared before he left. He was professional and vey courteous.

Service came right on time as expected. The repair guy , James was very efficient with his job. Overall, I am satisfied with the service made. Great job!

Quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. In my opinion, the price was a little absurd for the work that needed to be done. Still giving 5 stars though because the service given by the technicians was great and they don’t make the prices.

Noticed leaking water heater at 9:30pm on Thursday before Labor Day weekend. Went to Roto Rooter and skeptically selected Friday morning service and gave a time. I received an appt confirmation text that night around 10pm. Was texted in the morning that technician could be there earlier if I wanted.. Tech arrived, we discussed what was happening and I was given all options needed to make a decision within 10 minutes. Our technician then was able to completely replace our water heater within 4 hours - including time to have their team deliver the new heater. 10/10 in every aspect, complete professionals. Hopefully we don’t have to call them again too soon, but Trevor left me with his card and I will absolutely call him for any future water-related services.

The responding plumber demonstrated excellence across the board in service. He was professional, kept me informed about what was recommended and what he was doing, and exercised care, diligence and patience. He worked very hard. We may request him for future projects such as whole house plumbing (we have the new copper pipes on site ready for installation), installation of bidets and possibly assistance with installing plumbing for an upstairs laundry room. Will see.

Had a massive leak that caused a ton of water damage to a room. Plumber fixed it. Plumber then recommended installing a PSI regulator. Agreed. Shouldn’t have. Plumber did not shut off water before cutting the pipe, causing water damage to another room. On top of that, did a crappy job and it was leaking in the wall. Took 4 days to get them to fix it. The water clean up guys were amazing and took care of the other room without issue. Nicest guys. But all of the upper management folks? Ghosting us. Weeks later and I keep getting the same “I’ll get back to you.” Just discount my water mitigation bill to account for the damage your plumber did so I can move on. Your customer service is awful and I will never be calling you again. Hire plumbers who know what they are doing. By the way - your plumber asked AI how to deal with an expansion tank….

Min was very thorough and offered clear advice. My mother and I appreciated his complete inspection and careful checks to make sure everything looked good and was functioning properly.
