Many thanks to Erick Aviles and Rem Ber from Mannix for their professional work on my HVAC system. They were prompt and super friendly even as I checked in a number of times and they patiently explained the work progress to replace a faulty gas heat exchanger. Also they emailed details to me via email, including before and after pics. Great job gentlemen and thanks to the rest of Mannix for working on my system, especially for catching the carbon monoxide issue early.

KP was here this week for our seasonal inspection and like everyone else I’ve worked with at Mannix, he was on time, professional, and incredibly courteous. They take great care of our equipment and they’re easy to work with.

Mannix is a good HVAC company and, judging from how far in advance they’re scheduled for routine service, people apparently know that they’re good. Our most recent technician, Emanuel, was prompt, capable, informative and polite.

6 years ago Mannix replaced my HVAC and I’ve been a devoted customer ever since. Techs like KP Pham are the reason why - helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, fair, and always go the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service.

Mannix heating did an excellent job from the same day visit to estimate a furnace replacement to the installation technician who did an excellent job installing both the furnace and a steam humidifier. I used them for my other furnace 3 years ago and that was also a great experience. I had other estimates and they were the most competitive too. You won’t go wrong with this company.

I was really looking forward to working with this company based on the good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. As soon as the technician walked in, he looked visibly annoyed. Maybe it was just a bad day, but the attitude came across right away.

I asked a few questions because I didn’t fully understand what he explained, and instead of listening or clarifying, he raised his voice and said, "I already explained it many times." He wasn’t even listening to the actual question I was asking at that point, which felt pretty disrespectful. After that, I just stopped asking and waited for the visit to be over.

We didn’t resolve the issue, which I understand isn’t always possible in one visit, but the tone and approach made the whole thing feel uncomfortable. I’ve had several other technicians come out for various things over the years, and all of them have been respectful and professional. This visit, sadly, wasn’t one of them.

If you're reading this, please just treat customers with patience and respect. That matters as much as fixing the issue.

I’ve been using Mannix for about 3 years and have had very pleasant experiences throughout. KP came and patiently described to me what was happening with my AC system and to a level of detail that I’ve rarely gotten with other providers - these guys are professional.

I have been working with Mannix Heating & Cooling for 4 years since they installed my heating and cooling systems and I have no complaints. In fact, only good things to say about them which motivated this review.

Today was a great example. Technician Erick Aviles visited me today to check my heating system. He did a great job because he carefully evaluated the issue, found the root cause, made the necessary repair and explained everything in a way that is easy to understand. Erick is a great example of the professionalism and high quality service offered by this company.

My A/C blower motor was flooded during Hurricane Helene here in Florida. The technician (Than?) was amazing! Prompt, excellent communications, and knowledgeable. His diagnosis (wiring harness connections failed due to water damage) was 100% correct.

We appreciate KP! He’s patient when asked to explain things twice, polite, takes pics for our review and helps us in any ways he can. We love having him do our checks each season to develop a relationship and feel secure he’s keeping tabs on things over time. It’s great collaborating with earnest people who love helping others. 🌞

Mannix has been very reliable and easy to work with. Recently KP and Emanuel performed a service on our home. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed a minor repair. They were polite and worked independently. I would use them again.

I have used Mannix for almost 8 years on recommendation from the previous owner of my home. They are always responsive, provide reasonable prices and great services. I especially appreciate their quick response when my air conditioning unexpectedly failed one evening. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my system operational within an hour after arrival.
