Curtis was great. He was on time, communicated well before and during the appointment and was really patient in explaining what I needed. I would definitely recommend him and Michael Bonsby HVAC. The person who called to make the appointment was also lovely.

Excellent service! Technicians arrived on time and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. They were very respectful of my home and left everything clean. It’s rare to find such high-quality workmanship these days. 5 stars!

During our recent home remodeling project, we hired Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical for a full electrical panel replacement, and the service was top notch. What a great guy soft spoken and yet knew what he was doing to fix the problem immediately help me figure out what was good in your yearly plan. He’s a fantastic employee. I can’t say enough good things about him because he was so very helpful. He fixed my problem. He took care of making sure my filters were cleaned. I didn’t even know where the filter filters were how embarrassing for my me, but he took care of it and answered any and all questions that I had and told me that you guys would be back in a few months to reservice me since I got the service contract thank you again for sending such a great and smart guy

Zach was pleasant to have in my home. He worked efficiently. Found the problem with the toilet (crack in ceramic) and gave me options for resolving it. Good guy!

We had our annual service check up from Sam - very thorough and detailed in his explanation of our system and the recommendations he gave. We have had other service guys come out and they have been very pushy and tried to upsell us on different products and services; instead Sam explained things in a way we could understand and provided options that fit our needs. Hope to get him again for our next visit.

De’Andrew did a great job from start to finish. He quickly figured out what was causing the heating issue and took care of it right away. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain the problem and the solution. He also walked through the benefits of the Whole Home Membership, which offers solid value with its coverage, annual HVAC tune-ups, and safety inspections. Being able to see the service provider’s location before arrival was a nice touch as well. Overall, a positive experience, and I would recommend this company.

Our microwave disconnected 3x and we wondered if we had a problem. Your guys were knowledgeable and thorough and they checked everything. Nothing was necessary at this time but they gave us a proposal for future precautions. At present we will do nothing, but we will keep the proposal and decide whether we plan to do anything about it at some future time. For now, it seems to be working well.Ellen Cohen

I was in a major bind when I discovered a plumbing emergency after 5 pm, but Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical saved the day. Despite the late hour, they responded quickly and dispatched a technician to my home right away. It is often difficult to find reliable service after normal business hours, but their emergency plumbing service was prompt and professional.
The technician who arrived was fantastic. Even though I didn’t catch his name, his expertise was evident from the moment he started investigating the leak. He worked efficiently to contain the problem and performed a high quality plumbing repair on the spot. He was courteous, explained the necessary fixes clearly, and ensured that everything was completely resolved before he left for the night.
I am so impressed with the level of care and urgency provided during an after hours call. The entire process was seamless, and the peace of mind they provided during a stressful situation was invaluable. Michael Bonsby continues to prove they are the best choice for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly shows up for their customers in an emergency.

Curtis J is an excellent technician, who can clearly explain issues, provide solutions, and answer questions in detail. Our furnace has stopped working repeatedly and Curtis was very helpful in explaining the issues. He helped us think through the costs of fixing versus buying a new one, allowing us to make the best decision for our home. He clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge about furnaces and home care, and I’d highly recommend him if he can be your technician.

41 days to fix a bad compressor!
Our American Standard Platinum 18 heat pump was installed less than 5 years ago and stopped working properly on 1/22/26. The outdoor unit stopped working and we got several error codes on the thermostat. Fortunately, the system worked with our aux heat so we were not without heat. The repair process has been challenging and frustrating as it has taken 41 days and three service calls to resolve. We purchased the system from the same company that performed the service.
Their focus and interest was consistently on their company not us, their customer. No follow up, poor communications, and sending out an untrained tech out. The problem was potentially mis diagnosed as it took two repair efforts to resolve. Initially the inverter drive was diagnosed as the problem yet it did not resolve the issue. Finally the compressor was replaced and this solved the issue. While these parts were covered by the warranty, we were charged over $3,600 for labor! This amounts to 25% of initial system purchase price to repair a system that is not yet 5 years old.

I cannot recommend this company and I will search for a new HVAC company.

We contacted this provider for a clogged bathroom drain and were able to get an appt. for the next day. Tristen came within the time allowed, put on shoe covers, and got right to work snaking our drain and clearing the clog. He even took photos of before and after as well as a short video of the sink draining which was shared with us in an email along with the invoice.This was our first experience with this company, and we are 100% satisfied.

The inspector Sam was Great knowledge and honesty definitely give them a call. I even ran late he was nice enough to wait. If you have issues give them a shot.

The install team was disrespectful they refused to wear booties in the house. They showed up without enough drop cloths to cover the walk area. I called early in the morning about it and still caught one of their techs (Matt) without booties on. Just not professional. Think twice before booking these people look up IAQ MEDICS and their reviews same company! Should’ve went with James A. Wheat!

Kyle arrived and was professional and did a thorough job inspecting our units. He took his time explaining what he found and showed me pictures of the concern. He is always respectful when he is in our home and we appreciate his services.

Marco, who was scheduled to only conduct a service inspection, was a consummate professional going far beyond his appointment requirements and worked with a PWC inspector to ensure both HVAC systems (basement and attic) passed the county inspection. I appreciate very much his willingness to stay a few minutes longer to ensure the inspection was successful. He is a credit to your company and I appreciate him very much!

Received a quote for have replacement. Rep was very professional and knowledgeable. We did go with a different company that’s closed to us and also has outstanding reviews but came in lower on the quote. Hopefully we made a good choice in our situation because I don’t think we could beat the experience and professionalism of MB.

This is the second time I had Yonas as the service man for my furnace. He’s a really good guy and nice person, knows what he’s doing. Each time he’s been here he solved my problems and took time to explain to me what he did and why, and made sure that I knew what he did how to Operate anything that was new to me. Actually, I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve gotten from Michael Bondsby HVAC plumbing and Electric. Everyone that I’ve talked has been so nice, caring and helpful. From the back office to management to the people that greet you on the phone have very, pleasant experience. I’m not afraid to give them a full, enthusiastic, wonderful recommendation.
