Alan Carcamo was great and professional. This was a standard maintenance visit but he took the time to confirm everything was working well, and answered some of my questions as a first time home owner.

Semi annual maintenance of Main AC/Heat and Mini-Split (Cassette) Semi Annual Service: Great customer experience with Erick Aviles from Mannix’s Chantilly location. Erick was extremely courteous, worked very efficiently, and provided the attention to detail that I have come to expect with my service and installation visits from Mannix Heating and Cooling.

Mannix technician Keith Hellin came to my home this morning to service my heating system before winter arrives. He arrived early (which usually never happens) and he was thorough with his work. I appreciated that he asked what my preferred temperature settings were and offered helpful tips to help keep my system running well. He was careful not to track in dirt from the outside and very respectful of my time. I bought the HVAC system from Mannix and the company has helped keep it in good running condition for as long as I’ve had it.

We’ve been using Mannix for our HVAC maintenance needs for well over a decade and today’s experience confirmed our decision. The technician, Silvio, was prompt, professional, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He exceeded expectations and explain in detail how our system worked and our maintenance needs. Today, Silvio the Mannix technician quickly resolved a heating and ventilation problem and changed a water filter that’s always a challenge to fix. I’ve never had a service issue that a Mannix tech couldn’t repair. Their prices are fair and their annual maintenance program ensures my HVAC system works perfectly.
