If I could rate lower than a 1, I would. I had a problem with my AC unit and called ADI to make an appointment. Whoever answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. I explained my problem and he refused service. There are lots of competitors out there. Choose someone else.

The whole process of selecting and installing 2 high-end dual fuel systems for us was top notch! The crew showed up on time, was professional, courteous, and immaculate. Those systems have worked perfectly for the past 4 years saving us $$$ on our utilities bills.

Right in the midst of a extreme heatwave our A/C began to fail.
We called ADI heating and cooling the next morning and Ronen
showed up in less than an hour. He identified the problem within 10
minutes and he had the needed part right on his truck.
The A/C began to cool the house within 1/2 hour of his arrival.
He was a total professional, very friendly plus his fee for the
part and labor was very reasonable. We also feel like we have a trusted friend to help us with any heating or cooling problem.

The owner, Ronan, was very careful to explain in layman's terms my choices and his suggestions. His quote was less than the others and
his crew was polite, clean and thoughtful. In the end, he went above and
beyond by replacing an electrical box that was rusty and a pipe that was
fraying , both of which were not considered part of original estimate.
I highly recommend this company.
