Installed new HVAC for me a couple years ago, and just signed a service agreement for this winter and the coming summer. Extremely friendly and informative about my system, and excellent price. Would recommend to any friend that needs new HVAC. The new system has saved me hundreds throughout the year and has provided a very comfortable environment.

We needed our outdoor compressor unit relocated and shopped HVAC professionals around Olney. Ronin took the time to evaluate possible options and explain each one. The work was done in a timely manner and the cost came in less than expected since we didn't need to use as much refrigerant. Highly recommend.

I wish I met Roman from ADI years ago. Not only he is professional, smart, and helpful, he knows what to do and what not to do. I had an addition put onto my house and they replaced the heating and AC unit 4 years ago. The install was poor, cut corners, and I have had issues every year. A friend of mine introduced me to Roman from ADI and he has been the first person to figure out what is wrong. He doesn’t do patch jobs, he fixes the root issue. I can not thank Adi Heating, Mr Ronen Chazoom, enough for the support, genuineness, and professional work he and his crew provided to replace my heating and air conditioner system. He is also a Veteran Soldier!! I initially called Ronen for help with my sudden loss of air conditioning power during the most recent heating spell. He came by my home same day, taking time out of his busy day to provide an estimate. He recommended the best option that was reasonable and economical for my house and family to replace my 26 y/o unit. He sold me what I needed, not for profit. He undercut the competitor by $2,400, who tried to sell me what I did not need! Even better, Ronen recommended - Amana - Made in the US. It that works smoothly and definitely cools my house! He scheduled my installment as quickly and reasonably as possible, considering how busy he was. He even cleaned all the debris and dead rodents that collected around the old unit for so many years! You would be foolish not to call Adi Heating and Air. He will give you an honest no nonsense estimate and I can assure you, you will be absolutely pleased with his character and professional work!

I have been using ADI for many years first for repairs and then later for a whole new system. ADI is dependable and responsive and their prices are reasonable. I would recommend ADI Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone, when I lost my air conditioner due to a storm, the owner came out immediately and gave me an estimate to submit to my insurance company, the insurance company contacted him and we were able to move forward quickly. My home is now cooler than it ever was and with the system that he installed we can turn down the air while in bed with on our cell phone. You know that being without air conditioning in 90 degree weather can be pretty tough, we were up and running in no time. Thanks to ADI Heating & Air Conditioning. Do yourself a favor if you need any repairs to your unit give them a call.

We have used ADI (Owner: Ronen) for various repairs to our HVAC system in the past. He has always been prompt, reliable, thorough, and honest.

Recently, we chose him to put in an entire new HVAC system. He clearly explained the various options for different units, as well as rebates and how to finance our replacement. He also gave us some valuable additional recommendations for how to improve our heating and cooling systems, including some structural changes to our home that will make a difference.

I've been waiting to write this review to give a correct review of my upgraded unit. I got my unit installed almost a year ago and after going through that stretch of hot weather in July and that brutal cold we had around Christmas, this new Amana unit made a hugh difference compared to my old, builder grade unit. One thing I noticed during the summer was that this unit did a great job of keeping the air crisp and cool. During the winter I didn't find myself having to grab a extra layer of clothing as this unit kept the house very warm. Ronen and his team did an excellent job with the install and he's always been there if I had a question. Would highly recommend ADI.

Our recent experience with ADI Heating & Air was terrific. The owner prepared the estimated personally and gave us a detailed written quote shortly after his visit. He was very responsive in answering all our questions. Once we signed the contract, he oversaw the installation of our new HVAC system himself. His employees were professional and hardworking. We love our new system. We will use ADI in future for all our HVAC needs.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Ronen and his crew were outstanding. They covered every surface they walked on and left our house spotless. Not only was his bid the lowest, he gave a further discount of $1,000 for doing two systems at once. He uses Amana equipment which has the best warranty in the business; all are much quieter than what we had. Plus he has a master plumber who installed a new water heater at the same time. To show this man's honesty, another plumber wanted several hundred to change what he said was a defective whole-house water pressure valve; this plumber turned the adjustment screw on it and our water pressure is normal.

Inevitably our older (previous) HVAC system broke during the coldest week of the winter. Ronen and his team came to the rescue! They were extremely fast and professional. Also their prices are great - a couple years ago when we knew our system was on its way, we had gotten quotes from other companies that were much higher. We’re glad to have found this company and team. I highly recommend and happy to have his service warranty as well. Thank you!

Mr. Ronen Chazoom/ADI Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended to us by our brother in-law in December 2023. We were having serious heating problems with potential carbon monoxide issues with our old gas heat pump system. Mr. Chazoom came to our home and confirmed the seriousness of our problem. He examined the house and taking into accounts our budget within 48 hours he dad proposals for 3 different HVAC systems. We went with the Amana straight AC/straight gas heat systems which was far more efficient than the old Carrier system we had. His team came to our house on a snowy January 24, 2024 and the complete system was installed in a matter of one day, by the evening we had good heat. Mr. Chazoom was personally involved in the details, installation, and fine tuning of the system. Mr. Chazoom also came during the spring of 2024 to make sure that our AC was properly working for the summer and the system was equally efficient during this hot summer. We are extremely pleased with the equipment and the level of professional service provided by ADI. We highly recommend ADI and Mr. Chazoom. Thank you ADI.

I’ve worked with a couple different HVAC companies and gotten a bunch of quotes as well, so I know from experience that ADI is great - extremely quick timeline for installation and great pricing. I needed more temperature control in my historic home so I’m very happy to have these mini splits!

Ronen is awesome! ADI installed our furnace and AC in 2015 and 10 years later I gave him a call after another company couldn't figure out why the burners shut off after a few seconds. He didn't have availability to come out that day but was so nice. He asked if he could lead me through the issue because he knew exactly what the problem was. He patiently directed me to shut the system off, unscrew and remove the furnace cover, locate the part that needed cleaning (he described everything over the phone precisely). He explained how to clean the probe and return it. When I turned the system back on, it worked just fine! I could have paid thousands to replace a part that wasn't even broken. Thanks Ronen!! I'm so glad you took the time to help us when we were in the cold.

I give Mr. Ronen Chazoon and ADI Heating the highest rating of five stars! Mr Chazoon installed our gas furnace and air conditioning unit in 2015 and this was the first time we needed his help on it. Mr Chazoon responded quickly with a scheduled house visit, to which he arrived on time and prepared. He had the parts we needed on hand, and had the furnace running within an hour. His service was exceptional - prompt, professional, and efficient, and his costs were reasonable. He knew exactly what was needed and answered any questions I had with patience and a very open and friendly manner.

I'm so glad I found Atlantic Coastal. First: it's an actual small business (not one that masquerades as a small business but is actually a huge corporate chain) and the woman who handles scheduling etc is wonderful. The tech who came out (Paul) was great. We have a whole house minisplit system (2 external compressors and 4 indoor air handlers). The system was installed by a local business that was subsequently bought out by a private equity firm and since then their service has been terrible and extremely expensive. They wanted to charge us over $1,000 to clear the drain line on one of the indoor air handlers, and said it would take 2 service personnel to do it (after they attempted to clear the drain line from outside and failed for which they charged us $350 for a 5 minute visit). I was so fed up with the old company that I searched for a new service provider and found Atlantic Coastal. They came out very quickly, sent one guy (who actually had experience with mini split systems) and he cleared and tested it from inside in literally less than 10 minutes, for like $75 (plus the service call fee, which is industry standard). So they did a job for $75+$130 that the other company (okay it’s GAC from Gaithersburg) was charging us over $1,000 to do.
