I've used the Atlantic coastal for over 10 years. I've referred them to numerous of my clients as a realtor I'm very careful about who I recommend. Jamie and his team Atlantic Coastal at the top of my list. I've always been impressed with the service and the attentiveness that all of the technicians and the owner have provided me in my clients. I need to use them for all my HVAC needs

Atlantic coastal is the best. Jamie the owner is so knowledgeable. They arr honest ( which is hard to find these days ). And very fair pricing. Highly recommend them for AC/ Heat / hot water heaters

I had the pleasure of meeting Hank and Jamie today, while they installed my smart thermostat. Jamie who is the owner worked with me on quote vs work to be done, was super nice, knowledgeable and I really liked his interaction and demeanor with both me as the client and his employee. They came highly recommended, their work was great and fast. They are genuinely nice people you just enjoy chatting to.

The technician was on time, courteous and respectfully wore shoe coverings inside the home. He took the time to explain the system, the work he accomplished, and what future issues to look out for. He asked questions and did some troubleshooting to get to the root of a slightly elevated reading. All around great service!

Billy from service is amazing. He gets the job done quickly and it’s always efficient! We love Atlantic coastal. We have been using this company for over 15 years. We also bought the twice yearly maintenance package which is worth every penny to have them keep your systems working perfect and keep clean. They change filters, clean system. Open / close duct etc. Plus they will be on call for emergency. We also bought new hot water heaters from them and New AC unit and both installs went smooth. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend Atlantic coastal.

Christy scheduled my appt. and conveyed my needs clearly. She was attentive and timely. I had an appt. scheduled promptly. Jamie let us know his ETA, arrived on time, is extremely personable, listened to our issue and offered a few potential solutions. He also problem-solved for some adjacent issues. We had some gas pipe configuration questions, HVAC questions and gas fireplace questions. He was more than patient and came across as genuine and practical - didn't try to sell unnecessary work. ACCH has a great track record and can assist with a wide variety of needs. Highly recommended!

Both the estimate and the installation were excellent. Both the estimater and installation team were very professional and courteous.

I had a bad experience with the remodeling of my bathroom. The workers weren't too friendly and understanding. I expected more for the price that was paid. A very stressful experience to say the least.
