Atlantic Coastal does great work at a reasonable price. The service people are always on time and very professional. It is easy to book an appointment. We have had our HVAC maintenance contract with them for several years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

I have used Atlantic Coastal Cooling and Heating for years. They have completed maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning units. What I love about them is that they are honest, they don't try to sell me unnecessary items or "create" repairs that aren't needed.
I recently had BOTH of my a/c units stop working at the SAME TIME. I called Atlantic Coastal for an emergency visit and they were out within a couple of hours and got everything up and running again.
Billy is my favorite technician. He’s AWESOME! He is thorough, knows what he is doing and takes the time to explain what needs to be done.
From my experience, not all HVAC companies and technicians are created equal. Atlantic Coastal is definitely one of the best in my experience. I am grateful to have a company that I can TRULY rely on to provide the service I need for my heating and cooling and feel confident that they will do their best and be honest about my needs.

We've relied on Atlantic Costal for years and they've been really great to work with! Easy to make an appt, quick to respond, and always professional. We've had them do everything from fixing minor issues, to 2 different full HVAC installs. It's hard to find a team that's dependable and honest like these guys, and I can't recommend them enough!

They replaced our AC and furnace and we're happy with the equipment, installation, and bidding process. Not only were they the most competitive in terms of pricing (controlling for equipment and thoroughness of their proposal), Jamie's no-pressure sales approach was much appreciated. We're satisfied customers and hope to stay that way for the years ahead.

Atlantic installed 12 Mitsubishi mini splits and 3 external heat pumps in my 100 year old duplex. Steve from sales was super responsive, and the price, while high, was reasonable compared to other vendors. It was a difficult job and took a little longer than expected (8 days vs 5), and they had to rethink a few of the placements - which I wish they had figured out before they got on site. Also wish they had communicated more effectively about how to prep for the work and things like arrival times and departures. Cleanup at the end could have been better. On the big stuff, I give them an A+ and on some of the smaller details that very few contractors get right I’d give them a B. Would definitely recommend them and the system.

ACC&H came today for my regular 2x a year maintenance. The specialist was fast, precise and suggested methods to keep my system working longer.
Have had my unit for 10 years and it's working like a charm! Plan on it lasting me 20 years, doing the maintenance, 2x a year!
Ready for winter!

Install my HVAC furnace and compressor 10 years ago. Still working like magic! They come out twice a year for maintenance on it and this is the reason why it works so well! They just did the AC service maintenance contract.

They installed my HVAC in 2015 and am extremely happy and satisfied with it! The unit is extremely efficient and I am saving on gas and electric!
I buy a yearly service plan, where they come out in spring and fall to do scheduled maintenance. They make sure I am running well for summer and winter!
The unit works year round, like brand new, while it's been almost 9 years since they installed it!
What would I do without them! No more HVAC headaches!

Atlantic Coastal had to redo our complicated ductwork and later installed a new HVAC system and an industrial sized dehumidifier for our indoor pool. They are great to work with and everyone seems to be very knowledgeable. We have never had any issues with the work they did and most importantly, I think the owner and everyone there are honest and reliable. I see a lot of recommendations for them on local Facebook and email groups so it appears I'm not alone in recommending them.

Sometimes you get lucky in life, and we were lucky to come across Jamie and ACCH. Jamie was one of the most honest businesspeople I’ve come across in my entire life. Service is always excellent and when there is ever an issue with anything, Jamie will always honor his word. Also, the last time we had our system serviced; it was done by a gentleman named Billy. Billy was professional about his work and gave professional recommendations without applying any pressure and he answered any and all questions I had.

James was very responsive and able to help in diagnosing an issue with our heater that we have had for a number of years. He came to our house quickly and was very thorough. We are continuing with a service plan with the company- that's how impressed we were with the service!
