When our HVAC suddenly started leaking water through the floor and into our garage overnight a few days ago, we called Vik first thing in the morning because all of his great reviews. He promptly returned our call and set-up a time to come inspect our unit the same day. Not only did he fix our unit, but his communication was great and he is obviously passionate about what he does. We had a lot of questions and he patiently provided very thorough answers to each of them. We are so glad to have found Sichinava Heating and AC and will be using them again!

Our AC compressor stopped working on Sunday, which just happened to be one of the hottest days of the year so far. Unlike other businesses I called, where I only got voicemail, the owner answered and agreed to take a look at our compressor.
He arrived in time, quickly diagnosed the problem (dead battery) and replaced the battery. The cost of his visit and repair was very reasonable, especially considering it was Sunday! I would definitely recommend him!

Our furnace broke and we had multiple contractors from big companies come in and try to sell us completely new units. Vick came and did the repair work quickly at a fraction of the price. He was very trustworthy and reliable. I would hire him again!

If I ever have an HVAC emergency, I will always, from now on, call Vick. My ststem was broken during the hottest time of the summer, and he fit me in day-of without prior scheduling. He assessed the system and showed me that all I needed was a replacement for my dead HVAC battery. While other vendors might've tried to convince me on a new system, Vick did not. After the battery was replaced, he showed me an old trick to cool the system. He was very affordable, and kind. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you, Vick!

AC down in on a hot day is not a good! Sichinava came to rescue, readily available to service my house. He immediately identified the issue and fixed the issue right away. Good service in a tough time and will call again !

Vik was great. Our AC broke at the beginning of the Summer right before our long trip. We had very little time to get quotes and get the HVAC replaced. We got several quotes and decided to go with VIK because of pricing and personalized service. As he says, he is a technician not a salesman, and that shows in how he approaches his work. Before our AC collapsed, he had been the only service that was willing to provide an old coolant. In could tell he was trying to be helpful. But before we could fix it, the AC broke completely. Vik was able to do the work and in a timely manner and we were very satisfied and happy to have out HVAC fixed before our Summer trip.

House was not cooling. After a very negative experience with B&B, I called on Vick for a second opinion. Vick provided more helpful information on the initial phone call than B&B did over the course of two onsite visits.

Vick came out the next day, diagnosed the issue and recharged the system, which now works great. He also provided helpful information on the likely root cause, what I should expect as the system gets older, and what we will do if the issue resurfaces.

Pricing was very fair, and the level of professionalism and care was excellent. Will definitely call on Vick again in the future.

Vick really did an excellent job of taking care of my indoor/outdoor unit needs. He did so for a very reasonable price. I called him before opening hours and he answered anyway and explained the breakdown of charges. He's extremely kind, professional, and reasonable. 10/10 would recommend his company and will use him again should I have any further issues, which I do not suspect because he does such great work. I recently got my hvac system installed. I am very satisfied with a service i received.The whole install team was very polite and knew their trade very well. Phenomenal experience, highly recommend!

I’ve worked with several HVAC companies and employees before in all of my years of renting and owning and I have never experienced someone as thorough as Vick. He came out to look at our upstairs AC and walked me through an easy way of fixing the issue myself and also helped fix a leak with our downstairs unit. Super fast, affordable and friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

My experience with Sichinava Heating and Air Conditioning was absolutely excellent! I was very fortunate Vick was able to fit us in same day. He went above and beyond to get the parts to fix our heater. We would be freezing without him!

After shopping around for a while I came across Vick with Sichinava Heating and I am glad that I did. Vick is very responsive and knowledgeable. When replacing my HVAC system, I could tell how much care he puts in to making sure that the customer gets the best experience and a quality installation. The best recommendation that I can make is that I would definitely work with Vick again in the future.

Vick is a life saver, literally. He came and addressed our leak with precision and detail. Our air conditioning was iced over and Vick went through various steps and procedures to make sure our system returned to normal. He came out next day and made sure to stick to his time estimate, and returned same day once the system thawed. He is a man of his word and has assisted us many times in need. Highly recommended.

We contacted Sichinava HVAC after our 10 year old furnace stopped working. Vick came out quickly given the winter cold and provided a reasonable estimate to install a new furnace and thermostat. We have had Vick come out and help us twice so far, once to replace our air conditioning unit and the other when our heater was struggling during a snow storm. Each time we have been extremely pleased. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He goes above and beyond to make sure that we don’t have to spend more money than necessary and ensures that we are educated on the issue. He is dependable and reliable. So, I will make this easy. I don't write reviews much but there are a few instances where the company really deserves the recognition. I had an issues with my parents heating system, It was a Saturday mid-day (long weekend). As soon as I told him this was for my elderly parents, he agreed to come in. This meant more to me than anything in that moment. This showed me he has values.
when Vick got here he diagnosed the problem quickly, (bad fan motor). We were able to find one and he installed within a few days. I felt great working with him and totally trust him. He gave me a great price to installed the motor.

So if you need a trustworthy AC/Heating technician that will not be over charging you, he is your guy.

This is two years from my original post,.... I had to call Vick again and he helped me out one more time. He saved. the day by trying to work with a mouse nest mess we had in the Compressor. Fast, Efficient, this is so refreshing to see in today's world. Actually a company and person you can trust. Thank you Vick

Vick made replacing my heat pump a stress free experience. He was able to come out to take a look at my current heat pump same day, and of all the quotes I received his was the most affordable without compromising on materials or warranty. He was also very responsive with questions as I was evaluating a few different quotes. Once the work was done he tested the new system and cleaned up all materials. Overall it was a great experience and I am happy with my new heat pump and the service received.
