We had him over for our annual HVAC inspection, and I really appreciate how he took time to explain everything he was checking and how are systems work. Great experience all around.

Called Vick on a Sunday night when our A/C went out and left a message on his answering machine. Had a call within 30 minutes and when I told him I have two dogs at home he said he would be that night if he want out of town. I believe him. Came out first thing Monday morning and addressed the issue after giving me short term and long term fixes. Was not pushy at all which I really appreciated. Dogs are now sleeping like babies.

I had problems with my HVAC unit regarding heating. I actually had another technician look at my system and told me a big part is broken and needs to be replaced. I called Sichivana to do the repairs and he came on time and checked my system. He told me that the part that was supposed to be broken might not be the problem and if he is right, he will save me some money. He was actually right and explained everything to me. I admired his honesty and dedication to teaching me what to check and look out for. He is a good person. I am very happy with my experience with Vick and when i have any problems, I would not think twice in calling him again and will be my primary technician.

Vick was great to work with. He answered my call on a Saturday and was able to promptly come out to diagnose the issue with our furnace. I really appreciate how he took the time to clearly explain the issue and found a cost-effective solution, rather than pushing to replace the unit entirely. We will definitely be using his services again will be recommending him to family and friends.

Vick is honest and charges fair prices! Our furnace was going in and out during a recent cold snap. The first time he arrived, the furnace had magically started working again. He didn’t charge me for the visit and then came back again later in the day when the furnace stopped working again to see the issue firsthand and troubleshoot. He explained what he was doing to troubleshoot and was honest about the possibilities. In the end we had to replace a part and paid about $400 total for parts and labor, including 3 separate visits to our house.

Vick is an excellent person and very reasonable. My heating at our Dental office went down, he came in and had it fixed in a day. Went above and beyond to make sure that he can provide us the best service. Very honest and straightforward. Definitely recommend him.

Very responsive and professional - I am a reptile owner and I have some species which cannot live at higher temperatures. With a very hot Sunday in the forecast and a nonfunctional AC unit, I was in crisis mode. Vick rearranged his schedule to fit me in and fixed my AC unit, saving my lizards’ lives! Thank you, Vick!

Vick is a hard working man with integrity. His workmanship is outstanding. He is very detail oriented and even skipped lunches to finish the AC units at my house. Vick saved me from another heat wave! My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night, and even though I texted him outside of normal business hours, he responded just a couple of hours later. He came out the next day, diagnosed the issue as a faulty motor, and gave me a clear recommendation—while even encouraging me to get a second opinion. Vick’s professionalism and integrity are rare in this industry, and that's exactly why he has so many loyal, returning customers. I continue to recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

FIRST REVIEW JULY 2023:

My AC malfunctioned on a holiday that happened to be one of the hottest days. Out of sheer panic I started calling around town and spoke with a number of HVAC companies. Vick stood out to me for a number of reasons - he took time to explain possible causes to the error code my system was showing; was direct and honest in his responses to my questions; and provided transparent and competitive pricing which was refreshing.

He arrived promptly during the one-hour slot he had provided, and was extremely professional and knowledgable. He explained the inner workings of my unit, provided tips for maintaining my unit in between maintenances, and quickly and accurately diagnosed the root cause (faulty battery). The whole process took under 45 minutes, and I was left with a perfectly functioning system that will keep me cool and happy for the rest of the summer.

I will definitely be going to Vick for my twice-a-year maintenance work, and would highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

The only heat company that was able to help out during a snowstorm. Arrived just 2 hours after we called, despite the horrible road conditions. Was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue; owner is clearly knowledgeable and experienced in the field. Very fair price, especially considering the circumstances.

Excellent service. Vic came the same day I called. As it is an extremely old heater, he had an associate with more experience with very old heaters also check it out. They fixed the problem without the need to purchase any parts. They worked quickly and efficiently and now my furnace works!
