I can't say enough good things about Vic and his service. He has excellent skills and the best customer service I have ever experienced!
He installed my heating and air conditioning systems 2 years ago and I called him in a bit of a panic on a Sunday morning when my furnace stopped working on a day I was scheduled to hold an open house to sell the home.
Vic doesn't work on Sundays but for an existing customer he made an exception and came right out. He quickly diagnosed a safety switch that looked to have been broken during a home inspection, he corrected the issue and had me back up and running and everything back on schedule in no time. And I couldn't do any better on price!
You can't do any better than Vic and Sichinava Heating and Air Conditioning!! I wonder if I can get him to travel to my new home in New York?!

Vick and his team at Sichinava Heating and Air Conditioning are phenomenal!  Over the last 10 years, we've had a number of heating & AC companies do minor work in our house and each time, the quality of service, price, and overall value have been mediocre, at best.  Recently our heat system broke down.  We called the same company we had called in the past and their first available appointment was 4 weeks out.  For a house with no heat, the best they could do was four weeks out.  We Googled and we found Vick.  Vick came out immediately and came up with a plan.  From our first contact with Vick, he was highly responsive, engaged, and he also did exactly what he said he would do, and when he said he would do it.  I can't recall the last time any home service company, or worker, has provided outstanding service, at a fair price, and in a highly responsive manner.  Vick and his team excelled on all of those measures.  In addition to all of this, Vick's knowledge and communication, throughout the entire job, were exceptional!  I wish I had found Vick 10 years ago, but glad we finally did.  Thank you, Vick and entire Sichinava team!

When I have HVAC issues and reached Vick, I know I’m in good hands. He is demonstrating what true customer service should be. I had an excellent experience with Sichinava Heating and Air Conditioning. Vick was extremely responsive and was able to come out the very next day, which I really appreciated. He provided honest, expert service and never tried to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. What really stood out was how he took the time to explain how my HVAC system works, what was the exact problem and educated me on ways to prevent future issues. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable, transparent, and customer-focused and I am glad to have him in this area. Highly recommend!

I called Air Quality to fix my system because I was not getting any cold air. I was provided a window of time and Andy came out right on time. He was very quick, wore a mask and was in and out within about 2 hours. Will absolutely be calling them again when I need HVAC work!

Andy McPhillips (owner of Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning LLC) came to my home within one day of my call. He listened carefully to my HVAC/heating system concerns and then examined the system and diagnosed the problems. He then explained what he needed to do to fix them and then gave me a VERY reasonable cost for the repairs. He never tried to sell or upsell me anything. I gave him the 'OK' and he had the furnace fixed within about a couple hours or so.

It was like having an good friend come over to help me out.
He earned my absolute highest recommendation.

The team is excellent and they responded immediately! They had the heat back on within an hour which was great as it was a really cold day! I cannot say enough good things about Hecox and their entire crew!

The best service providers I’ve ever dealt with: honest, dependable and thorough. They never try to sell you a complete new system when all you need is a minor repair, which most of the big name companies seem to do these days.

When our AC wasn't cooling in June of 2017, three of the big name HVAC companies, including the one we bought a new system from just 12 years earlier, all told us we needed a complete, new $12K system. The Hecox team found that the problem was only a sticky valve, and we've had no problems since that $450 repair. When we do need to replace our system, we're calling Hecox.

Got a new gas line installed last week, so they just came out yesterday and swapped my silly electric resistance unit for a proper gas furnace. Night and day difference, fair price, tidy and elegant work. And today when I had some thermostat concerns, they responded to my email in minutes with precise details of the likely issues. I'm really glad I went with these folks.

Edit, two and a half months later: our A/C wasn't blowing cold. Eli came out first thing the next morning, diagnosed and explained the problem, and was done inside of half an hour. These guys are ON IT. Don't hesitate -- give 'em a call.

Zach came out on a Saturday morning. Don't be fooled by his young age, he is more knowledgeable than HVAC persons my age, 66. I would trust him to do any HVAC work perfectly. He double checked voltages, switches, extremely careful thorough perfectionist. He answered all my questions and taught me what to watch for in case of any failures of any kind in the future. Very valuable. Very honest. This is a tight family business that doesn't need to advertize because they do so many things the correct way. The cost was less than we expected for an emergency call on a Saturday. Even the phone call to Bella for the appointment was the bright spot of my day when I called on Thursday. I'm close to being in shock that he was so customer focused, checked and double checked, knew EXACTLY what he was doing...and explained specifics of our custom Rheem system so I now know the symptoms to look for that are the older or weak points of our older 1996 system. Cheers Hecox! All the businesses with which we consort should take lessons from this group; they set a new high bar for competence, caring and excellence.
