Outstanding service!! After a power outage in my neighborhood my refrigerator stopped cooling. Contacted Josh's Appliance Repair early on Saturday AM and he came right out, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair promptly. Fair prices too. Highly recommend!!

The work was done quickly and professionally. We had a Samsung refrigerator that needed fixing. Part was not available, but Mustapher was able to order it and get it installed during the time stated. He was very courteous and professional. Work was done on schedule and I was kept in the loop on the status the whole time. These guys do excellent work and i would highly recommend them.

A first-class, five-star plus experience all around. My refrigerator stopped working at one of the worst possible times-- a Saturday. Josh's and Mustapher quickly responded to my request for help and arrived during the afternoon to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the part was unavailable until Monday. He kept in touch to let me know when the part arrived, when he would come back, and then worked tirelessly with his very nice partner to repair my refrigerator and make sure I was happy. Mustapher is so kind, friendly, professional, thorough, hard-working, and cares about his work and about providing great customer service. Even though having a broken refrigerator over the weekend was stressful, Mustapher and Josh's made it much easier. I highly recommend Josh's Appliance Repair!

I called Josh's Appliace Repair to fix my dryer -they were able to come within the same day to diagnose it. Their technician, Michael was respectful of my house and professional while doing his job. He found the problem and gave me the cheapest but yet best option to fix it. I was able to save money and got my dryer working again! I recommend Josh's Appliance Repair to everyone!

I contacted them due to the fact that they were close and were open to working on Saturdays. He found the problem and we paid him the diagnostic fee, he was very polite and fast. We called him back a month later on a Wednesday to ask if he could repair dryer, said he’d call back later. Never called that day, instead I get a message that Friday saying he would be at our house between 10-12. He called at 10 to ask if it was okay to come (since bf was home I said sure) but we had almost no advance notice. He gets to the house, gave us a check for the diagnostic fee and said he’d be back next Wednesday because he couldn’t find the part. No call no show on Wednesday. So I call him Thursday, he says he would be there Friday or Saturday with part to repair the dryer. Again, no call no show. This business is unreliable and very unprofessional.

We had recently noticed that the bottom freezer was working, but the refrigerator section was getting warm. Once again, Josh's Appliance Repair to the rescue. Mustapher diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement parts needed for our model and repaired it in a timely manner. Mustapher is very knowledgeable, responds quickly, and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Mustapher from Josh's Appliance Repair ilcame out to fix my dryer the morning after I called. He needed to get the parts. He would have been able to return and fix it later the same day, but I was unavailable. He did return the day after to complete the job. He was very professional, making sure I knew all costs for parts and labor. I now have a working dryer and am happy with the service

I rarely write 5 star reviews, but Moustaffer deserves it. On a Saturday afternoon our fridge stopped working (but freezer fine) and Sears and BGE home couldn't see us for 4-10 days, at a cost of more than $100 to just walk in the door. I called Josh's after reading the reviews, Moustaffer answered and told me to text him the address. 90 minutes later, he was on his way. He fixed it temporarily, but it needed a timer. Monday he picked up the timer and had everything finished for an incredible price. I was worried a small company might pad the bill, but what I paid for a diagnosis, part, and installation was far cheaper than I imagined. I would've been willing to pay more for how quickly he reached me on a weekend. I am so truly grateful and impressed💞

Bottom line: I will call them for ANY appliance repair concerns in the future.

I called in the morning about an issue with my freezer high temperature alarm. Mustapher was professional and honest enough to advise waiting until the afternoon in case the temp got back down to the right level, avoiding the need for a service call.

Unfortunately the issue didn’t resolve itself and Mustapher came right out. He assessed the issue immediately and came up with a fix. Monday being the soonest he could get the part, he was back that afternoon, and completed the job perfectly and in little time.

His advice for preventing the issue going forward, his honesty, and his care in getting it fixed efficiently are exactly why I will call this company for any future appliance issues around the house.

We contracted Josh's Appliance Repair and all I can say is WOW! The repairman, Mustapher, was right on time, spent a small amount of time fixing our dryer. It took less than 15 hours from our initial contact to it being fixed. It needed a new heater and he showed me the break when he took the old one out. Mustapher was efficient, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, and so nice I wanted to invite him for dinner. :) He IS THE BEST. All of these good things and to top it off, the price was extremely reasonable. Josh's deserves a 5 star rating on Google from us.

I was able to get a same day appointment when I discovered our fridge was not longer keeping cold/frozen. The tech was professional and knowledgeable. He gave us our replace/repair options. these guys are great! Came the same day to check on my refrid and found I had no freon so the freezer wasnt working, they tried to fix but to no avail, next day they gave me a refund....who does that anymore? Great and honest service!

Fantastic service, response time, and amazingly personable. Excellent price. From the time I called to have my dryer serviced to the time Mustapher left it was under three hours! Perhaps just a fluke that he happened to be in the area at the time of my call and have the part in his truck, but it still was amazing. Highly recommend.

My LG refrigerator was not maintaining a cool temperature in the refrigerator box, the freezer was working fine, Josh's Appliance Repair came out and did some troubleshooting and determined that I needed a compressor. After ordering the parts, the tech returned and replaced compressor. The refrigerator and freezer worked for two days. The tech came back again and said the refrigerant leaked out, He repaired it, refilled the refrigerant and it worked for two days and the refrigerator developed a loud humming noise and did not maintain temperature. The tech came out again and repaired and refrigerator. The refrigerator is currently maintaining the correct temperature, but the loud humming noise is still present. The tech said he was going to reschedule, and I have not heard from him in three weeks.

We contacted JAR late afternoon about our dryer not heating. We received an appointment that next morning. When the tech Mr. Mshihiri arrived he was professional and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about the dryer. He was honest about the cost and repairs. He was able to finish that same evening after returning with the part. Thank you Mr. M.

I really appreciate how they responded my last minute call but the price that they charge is unbelievable.. $89 for diagnostic ( which I already told them what’s wrong before coming over) but they charge $189 for replacing a screw plus the part fee.
Not recommended unless you need urgent help with expensive fees.

Mustapher did an awesome job! They answered on the first call and came out that night and explained everything with great detail! Very knowledgeable! He had all the parts on the truck and spent 2 hour replacing the failed compressor, dryer and access valve. He was full knowledgeable that our Kenmore Elite made by LG had countless compressor failure issues and would not stand behind their product. JAR provided a warranty on their work, unlike Kenmore. Highly recommend JAR.

Fantastic professional service! Contacted Josh's Appliance Repair late afternoon on a Thursday, and within the next hour, Mustapher was onsite repairing the refrigerator.

Mutsapher took the time to talk through the repair, throughly explain the costs, and was all around acceptional every step of the process.

Now I have comfort knowing who I'd immediately should any other appliance go on the fritz.

Josh's Appliance Repair provided excellent service and saved us $$$$! Our dryer stopped heating and we had determined we would need to buy a new dryer. Before buying a new one, we reached out to Josh's and they came the same day to check out the dryer. Turns out the main selection control was bad, and they were able to find the part and come back and repair it the same day, and all for a very reasonable price. I had called multiple appliance repair businesses & left message. Called Josh Appliance & decided not to leave a message since I had already contacted others. They saw my missed call & called me back right away before anyone else. This impressed me. They were so professional & respectful. They came the same day and identified the problem quickly on my GE side by side. They picked up the part the next day & even though they were booked solid they worked late so they could get me up & running that day. And price was reasonable.
