Mustapha did an amazing job. He came out next day and diagnosed on the
spot. Ordered parts and came back within a few days from that. Excellent customer service and super honest and told us to take our time on deciding. He even went over our options with us and gave us pros and cons. I did my research on the issue and he was spot on. Highly recommend and will definitely use again and refer to friends and family. No one wants to make repairs but if you have too use them!

We needed our washer repaired and Josh's Appliance did a fabulous job. Mustapher did the repair. He was great! He arrived when he said he would and was very professional, nice, and did quality work. Josh's was also a far better value than other companies. I knew exactly what was wrong (door boot seal needed replaced) so was able to compare estimates for the same service. I absolutely recommend Josh's and will definitely use them again.

Josh did an awesome job today! Installed a new motor in my Samsung washer. Did you know he works on all Samsung appliances! Would definitely use Josh again.

My dryer was making a horrendous noise. I called Josh's and within less than 12 hours they were at my door. Mike was very professional and friendly. After 15 minutes he discovered that I had a drywall screw that completely ruined the bearings on the drum assembly. He immediately told us that we would be better off getting a new dryer for the cost it would take for him to fix it, even though our dryer is only 2 years old. He came over 45 minutes away for a nominal fee. He even recommended some brands for a new dryer. Hope I never need them again but they will be my go to business in the future.

Our fridge/freezer broke. I called and got an appointment for that day. They were professional and troubleshot the refrigerator. The inverter module was bad. Had the part the next day and came out and had it installed by 5 pm. Opted for repair as that was 1/3 the cost of a new fridge.
Would definitely call again. Great to do business with.

He is pretty bad person and lazy and be aware of him. He will report incorrect lies to home warranty companies. Do not allow him to enter into you are home.he repaired our dryer 5 times and it never worked more than 15 days.

Had an issue with our Washer/Dryer combo and talked to Mustapher. He scheduled quickly with us for a Monday (we called Saturday), came out and diagnosed the issue and said he'd order the parts to repair after giving us an estimate and he expected he'd get the parts Wednesday. He got the parts early, scheduled for Tuesday and came out and fixed our Washer. He even made the repair for cheaper than expected because he was able to replace a capacitor instead of the whole motor, so we saved money thanks to his expertise. Great service, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

My refrigerator started leaking from the bottom last Saturday afternoon. My search on the BBB website led me to Josh's Appliance Repair. I called around 4:30 Saturday. Mustapher said he would be there by 6:30pm. He arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to wait to order the part until Monday but set up a return appointment for Tuesday. He replaced the broken part quickly and the refrigerator is dispensing water once again. I was so impressed with Mustapher's professionalism and friendliness. And the fact that he was willing to come to my house on a Saturday evening speaks volumes as to the kind of company this is. Highly recommended!

Mustapher came the same day I called and completed the repair quicky and efficiently. My refrigerator developed another problem a few days later, and again Mustapher came promptly and did the repair quickly. He communicated arrival times well, cleaned up when he was finished, and even gave me a little break on the labor charges. Highly recommended!

Called and was able to schedule same-day service with replacement part to fix my LG's failed linear compressor (this is a big problem with LG fridges!). 10000% recommend! My dryer was no longer producing heat, in the middle of doing laundry, so a lot of wet clothes lying around. I called the company at 2pm and they gave me a time, same day, for 3-5pm. Mustapher was able to not only diagnose, but fix everything on the spot. He even swapped some parts that I already had, just so it was all new with no additional cost. If I ever have an issue again, I highly recommend.

Very good website and reviews. I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment. They were able to come the next day. They gave me an appointment window and updated me on their way. Mustafa arrived as scheduled.
He was pleasant, professional, and went right to work assessing our concern. He determined that our washing machine was functioning fine and there was no repair needed. He charged for the visit which was reasonable and expected. I would highly recommend using this company. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service that I received. Came and “repaired” my refrigerator less than 2 months and $400 later same problem returned-not cooling. Called and was told they would be out next day. Never have heard anything and that call was made 2 months ago. Start out great but then crickets. Will never call again. Do NOT recommend
