I noticed this morning my furnace had turned off. I called D&A. By 1 :30 a technician was at my home and resolved the problem in an hour. We were expecting a snow storm in a few days, and our furnace will be working just fine for the cold days ahead.

D&A came out for a annual maintenance service call to look at two different AC units on our property. The scheduling was quick and easy and they followed up with a reminder. The technician was prompt, courteous and informative. We had a minor issue which he described in detail. I found him to be very thorough. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I found the price to be very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

We replaced our upstairs heat pump with D&A and everything was smooth and professional. Communication with Chris was excellent, scheduling simple and the installation team was efficient and made efforts to keep things clean in the house. No complaints whatsoever.

Like many folks in this heat wave, our air conditioning stopped working just when we needed it most. These heat waves are when the Heating and Cooling companies are busiest.

I had called D&A because they had done a really nice job installing the heating and cooling equipment on several projects on which I was the architect. D&A was able to shoe horn us into a very busy workload and so managed to come out the same day that I had called.

I have not been a customer of this company, so I cannot speak to the quality of their HVAC services. However, I did witness one of their vans driving at an unsafe speed estimated to be over 50 mph in a residential neighborhood. Such driving behavior raises concerns about safety and the company’s attention to professionalism.

Rick from D&A came by and did the annual HVAC check up. He did it all like a pro and educated us about best practices for maintaining our system. Have worked with D&A for the past 6 years on various projects and they always do a solid job. Greatly appreciated!
