My experience with Flores Hvac Services was amazing. They were so kind and helpful. My unit was malfunctioning since a while ago, and I got in contact with another different company, they came two weeks after I called , and when they actually came they told me that many parts from my system were damaged and that my system wouldn’t work anymore, but I wanted a different opinion from someone else. That’s when I got in contact with Flores Hvac Services, they came the next day. They ran a diagnosis and told me that the only part that my system had damaged was the control board . And they bought the part and replaced it. They ran the system a couple of time until it was working perfectly fine again.

Wilson and his team are the best! They take care of all my HVAC and plumbing needs and do it in a timely manner while giving me a great price. I’m so glad I found these guys!

I knew I had a leak resulting in low pressure, but also that it was not easy to access it. They run their diagnostics, found the leak, re-pressurize the system, and fixed it. And while they were there, took care of my two other 2 units. Very professional, very clean. I definitely recommend them and have their phone number saved.

I called asking for a solution to the upstairs of our house not getting good air flow. They recommended a mini split system and did an excellent job with the work, including the electrical and drywall repairs afterwards. Highly recommend their services - punctual, skilled and friendly team.

Had Tempo Solutions HVAC come out to clean my ducts, and they did an awesome job. Super friendly, showed up on time, and explained everything clearly. I noticed the air feels cleaner and the system runs better already. Great service, fair price — I’ll definitely be using them again!

George came for a tune up on two heat pump systems. He was efficient, friendly, and helpful in addressing my questions. He even helped resolve an issue with noisy ductwork. Great experience!

Their customer service was great! Fit me in the next day on a Saturday morning. Daniel, the pro, was phenominal, diagnosed what appeared to be a tricky problem and got everything sorted out, and didn't try to recommend anything unnecessary. The only quibble I have is their parts mark up struck me as a little excessive. I get its business, but my opinion.

The tech arrived on time, did the diagnosis quickly and professionally, and explained everything well. We will probably schedule the repair soon. Very satisfied.
Update: the repair team came the next day, did the repair quickly and so far successfully. They explained what they did and what I should do to prevent a repeat. Very professional team.

These guys were recommended to me by a friend and have done good work for me. They service mini-splits, which has been harder for me to find, and they always show up on time. They are great communicators and I'm happy they are part of my homeowner upkeep team.

We lost our air conditioning on a hot day—it was 83 degrees in the house—and I called the emergency line at 12 pm on a Saturday. I spoke with Kerry, who was terrific. We were given a two-hour window from 12:30 to 2:30, and JJ, the technician, had everything finished by 2:30. Both Kerry and JJ were kind, professional, and communicative. We had a great experience for a tune up. Show up on time. Called ahead and educated me on our system. JJ was great
to work with. Unfortunately we have to replace our heat pump but I feel comfortable going forward with them.

Highly recommend. An easy, stress-free experience from start to finish. Fair prices and an all around wonderful group of techs working there - from the two guys who came out to remove my old unit, to the crew of four who came out 6 mos. later to measure for and install the new one.

Chris T. in the office was very responsive from initial contact thru every follow up. All involved were careful to explain what my options were, communicated with me clearly and were honestly concerned about aesthetics when running new pipe and wiring. I truly felt that they treated my installation as if it was being performed on their own homes.
