Michael & Son was able to come out quickly the morning of calling to fix a jammed garbage disposal. Their technician, Deangelo, was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He explained the problem to me and provided me with options. He quickly fixed the issue.

We had great service from Richard Ernesto! Our water heater started gurgling so we scheduled an inspection. Richard did an extremely thorough job, taking time to share information and explain what was going on with our heater, as well as what we can do in the future to maintain it. He went above and beyond with his service, checking out some other issues in the home, and making sure he was able to complete our service when there was a missing part. We will make sure to work with him again for any future plumbing issues!

I am very pleased with the First Alert Smoke &Carbon Monoxide Alarm installation by Michael & Son. Douglas Santos, the technician was very professional, efficient, and ensured everything was working perfectly. Douglas Santos provided excellent service and support, and I highly recommend him. I also would like to mention my driveway was impacted by the recent snow storm. He made a path to get to enter my house safely.

The service was excellent from the time I called up through the work being completed. Communication regarding arrival time in advance and directly from technician the day of was great. It was a fairly small and straightforward job, and completed in a short period of time. My only suggestion would be a more detailed invoice. Specifically some indication that the $69 trip fee was not charged since I went ahead with the work being performed once they arrived and quoted a price. My invoice only shows one line item with a description of the work done.

We recently took on a proactive repair and partial replacement of our 55+ year old sewer line, and Michael & Son Rooter & Drain made a stressful project feel manageable from start to finish. Ted came up with a smart hybrid plan that let us replace most of the exterior line and reline the portion under our front porch. Andrew and Brandon handled the excavation, and Jay, Jesse, Adrian, and a few others (wish I remembered every name) took care of the relining. Everyone was calm, friendly, and easy to work with.

They handled all the permits and scheduling, kept us updated, and explained everything in a way that made sense. The job itself was no small task — our setup includes a hung sewer line tied into a below-grade ejector pump, plus the run under a concrete porch slab, an asphalt driveway, the gas line, and even close to a utility pole. Ted’s quick pivot to the hybrid plan probably saved us from having to remove the whole porch slab, and we’re so thankful for that.

We’re really grateful for the entire team and feel a huge sense of relief knowing the line is finally in great shape. For something this complicated, I honestly couldn’t imagine a better crew.

The Home Warranty company sent two repairman to change the wax seal in the toilet. They were unable to replace it. I was informed that I need to hire a Contractor to come in and replace the subfloor.

I called Michael & Son which made me a same-day appointment. The technician James diagnosed and completed the changing of the wax seal in 40 minutes.

Great Job. I will highly recommend Michael & Son and a company and James as their best technician.

Boson was provided exceptional service. Bronson also had to go the extra mile due to a crawl space to retro fit the unit. He was able to answer all pinning questions and very patience. Hobson was punctual and worked really hard to accommodate the instal. With his experience, he made a hard job look easy. Outstanding work!!

Excellent experience with Spencer and his assistant. Called on Sunday afternoon after Thanksgiving with a whole house sediment water filter leaking problem. Was able to schedule an 8-10:30 window for next morning. Great caller intake and scheduling process.

Spencer arrived at 8:10, listened to all my concerns and observations, reviewed my issue and made good recommendations for solutions. For peace of mind I went with new sediment filter unit - contractor grade and recommended by him.

Excellent installation and commitment to care and fine details. Good copper piping used and nicely sealed fittings. Showed me how to operate upon installing. Fair pricing.

I had a very positive experience with Bobson Samura from Michael & Son Plumbing.

He came to fix a toilet that wouldn’t stop flushing. The leak was very small and barely noticeable, but it ended up costing us several hundreds of dollars before we realized what was happening. Bobson quickly identified the issue and fixed it efficiently.

From the day I called to the actual appointment, it was less than 24 hours, which I really appreciated. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.

Tech Chris arrive on time. Friendly & courteous. Showed him the issues I was having with my Koehler toilet. He was able to diagnose quickly and showed me where my leak issue was coming from. Parts on truck and he was able to successfully repair issue. Tester and made sure leak was no longer a problem. He provided after repair info, very helpful. Excellent experience. I recently had a Michael & Son HVAC technician(Kayvon) visit my home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Kayvon arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire service.

Not only did he quickly diagnose and fix the issue, but he also went above and beyond by checking the overall system to ensure everything was running efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, courtesy, and genuine care for the customer, but Kayvon delivered exactly that.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will absolutely be using Michael & Son for all my HVAC needs moving forward. Highly recommend!

Mr Bobson Samura gave the worst plumbing experience I have ever had. Im not a plumber but plumbing 101 you cut the water off first. This guy started using a electric saw to cut a copper pipe with the water on and cause the pvc pipe to bust causing water damage all though my ceiling walls from livingroom through dinning room. He eventually turn the water off to finish however he turned the water back on only to have the same thing happen again. This after he assured me he was a master plumber. I was not comfortable with his work so I requested to have another plumber from Michael & Son to come out to check Mr Samura work. James Bey came out and saw that the pipes were still leaking. He fixed the problem. I asked him to change a tube spout the Mr Samura stated could not fit. Mr Bey change the spout in two minutes.
I would never refer Ms Samura to anyone.
