They were perfect!! We moved (3) houses, (2) were in storage for a week, moved in over (2) days. They were quick, professional, tended careful to the delicates, helped us pack and moved some very, very heavy pieces. There was NO damage to what was moved or the houses. We highly recommend!

Zip Moving and Storage is the moving company of choice. Both customer service and movers were top notch, polite, quick response, and the actual move went seamlessly, with excellent quality care of our antiques, and no surprises.

We will call them first for our next move.

Had an amazing experience with Sergio, Denis, Melki, and Gerardo! Very professional workers. They wrapped, blanketed, and put tape on all big items (even the ones that were poorly done by my previous movers) to ensure proper transfer. They were very careful when going up the stairs to not damage the walls and even unscrewed light bulbs to protect them. Efficient, hard working, polite - great crew! 1000% would use them again!

Milos and Manuel were easily the best movers we’ve ever had. The customer service is fantastic from start to finish. Very reasonably priced and will go out of their way to make the job as stress-free as possible. Highly recommended!

FANTASTIC experience with Zip Movers - from the beginning of booking till the end. Our moving team had a challenging day ahead as we opted for a full pack move in our four story townhouse. I should also add that I am not a minimalist- it was a ton of stuff to pack. Everything was packed so carefully, every single bowl and dish made it here perfectly. They were so efficient, and built everything they took apart. It was such a long day for the team and all of them were in good spirits and so helpful till the very end. The estimate was exactly what we were charged and there were no hidden fees. Zip movers is 10/10!!!

I was very stressed because my move was happening in the middle of Covid-19 Pandemic. I was moving locally within DC area. The team did a great job with my move. They respected my request of wearing gloves while moving my mattress and mattress box and they worked very efficiently. Although one of floor lamps and my dining table were slightly damaged during the move, the company was very prompt in compensating the damage. I definitely recommend them for your move and I will be using them for my future moves, as well. Their rate is more reasonable than other company I tried, and they create this account page that you can modify and update yourself.

Edwin moved my entire apartment's worth of furniture in under two hours total, that includes packing up the old apartment and unpacking everything (including putting my bed frame together) into my new apartment. It was, by far, the most professional moving service that I have ever experienced. Edwin was on-time, everything was moved perfectly and nothing damaged or broken, and the end cost was $200 cheaper than I expected it would be. I highly recommend Edwin!

The 2 crews that came out were total professionals . Very respectful to our moving and set up needs. They worked hard and never took a break. Zip movers is a good quality, good value and very responsive company.

Juan and his crew were phenomenal! We moved from an apartment to a condo in DC - and of course, we completely under counted the number of boxes and our crew thought that might extend the time - and hence the cost - it'd take, but have no fear, they were absolute machines and got it done in the original estimated time. As an FYI, they can't move bags - ie big ziploc bags or garbage bags with clothes and pillows - so, to keep it easy, we moved those by car.

I was also originally quoted a $550 flat rate from another DC moving company and I was confused since it under half the cost I was quoted from Zip Moving and several other companies. Too good to be true right? I shared that price with a sales rep at Zip Moving and he said - "wow, we can't match that price. Have you looked at their Better Business Bureau ratings?" - sure enough, they got an F and Zip Moving has an A. Very happy I went with quality and not just the low ball price that could've ended in hell.

Much of our stuff damaged and it took all day with about 10 guys. There guys did the work of ten and were extremely professional. Never did they complain. They did the work and came in under budget. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.
