I've been consistently impressed with Lavoie Heating Service for both my personal and rental properties. Their professionalism is unmatched, especially in new installations and maintenance. With their extensive experience, they effortlessly solve any issue. Among all the companies I've tried, Lavoie stands out as the absolute best. I wholeheartedly recommend them as the top choice for any heating and cooling needs, without reservation.

After 3 days without heat and getting no response from my regular oil burner maintenance company, I called Lavoie. They came out to work on it that afternoon and restored heat within an hour after arrival. Kody and Kasey were fantastic and went above and beyond in not only replacing the nozzle and filter which were both clogged, but in explaining the work and getting things resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend Lavoie to friends in need of service!

We needed a complete new heating system (boiler, burner, circulators, control panel etc.) We had a number of companies come in and provide proposals. We chose Lavoie Heating Service and are thrilled that we did. Dan is so professional and easy to work with. He explained everything to my wife and I and answered all our questions and concerns. We had a proposal the same day. We accepted and set up two days to do the work. Dan provided us with updates and described the work that would be done. Dan and Kody did all the installation work, arriving the first day right on time at 7:30 am and finishing up at 5:30 pm. The second day again on time at 8:00 am and completing the entire job and clean up at 2:00 pm. They took the time to explain the entire system to us and make sure all our questions were answered. What a great job Dan and Kody did! They will now provide our service and oil deliveries. We highly recommend Lavoie Heating Service!

Dan and his team have been servicing my system for years. Last night my heat went out and I called Dan, and by 8 AM Kody was at my house to get everything up and working again. The service is always top notch and prompt and the pricing always fair. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Dan and his team are incredibly responsive, professional, and fair. It's hard to find quality people who will meet deadlines and do a great job. Lavoie Heating explained everything to us prior to the install and then installed our new system earlier than the scheduled date. He followed up to make sure everything was working ok and we couldn't be happier. We weren't even home for the actual installation but his consistent communication and updates to us during the installation were incredible. I would recommend Lavoie Heating to anyone. We just became customers and we expect to be with Lavoie for as long as we own our home.

I’ve been doing business with Lavoie for over 18 years. Once again I had an emergency. 22 out, no heat/hot water flooded basement .they messaged me twice, we got your message, then we’ll be with you shortly to set up appt. This was before they “opened”. We set up a time, then they messaged me they were running late. Three valve changes later, Betsy was up & running! Reasonable pricing. The fact they kept me in the loop while waiting is customer service at its finest! The tech explained everything he did, what happened, etc. Highly recommend for quality service all-around!

I didn’t have hot water. Tried to reboot furnace to no avail so called for service. Dan arrived within a short period of time. Gauge was broken on oil tank so I am out of oil. Coming tomorrow to replace gage. Excellent service. Dan arranged to have oil delivered earl this afternoon. They came and replaced the faulty gage. Excellent service.

My husband and I were without heat for 3 weeks in January. After calling a few people, someone told us to call Lavoie Heating. Spoke with office and within 24 hrs young technician was here and fixed the system which I guess was very simple fix. We are now warm and very great full. I would recommend them for your heating needs.

Yesterday, Cody (from Lavoie Heating Service) came out to service my HVAC and A/C systems. From start to finish, it was clear that he knew exactly what needed to be done, and he got right to work! Cody also noticed that my thermostat wasn't working, so he replaced it for me .. and what a huge difference this has made already! I must also add that Cody was very polite and patient with my many questions!

Late on the day after Christmas, we noticed water pooling around the bottom of our boiler. We called Dan who was on an install that evening. He asked if it was an emergency (it was not) - presumably, he would have come that night. Mid-day the next day, Cody came to assess the issue. He explained everything as he worked through a series of tests. He found there were two problems and was able to fix them both immediately. He was thorough clear, efficient, cleaned up after the repair and was very pleasant to work with. In less than 24 hrs from our call to Lavoie, the reasons for the leak were identified and resolved. Lavoie installed this boiler 12 years ago and we have called on them the 2 or 3 times it needed something. Highly recommend Lavoie Heating!

I highly recommend Lavoie Heating Service. We just had a new oil boiler installed and Dan and his crew were extremely professional. Everything was installed meticulously, in great order, clean and of course working really well. From the time we first called for a quote until the time Dan left after installation, the entire process was a great experience.

We had an emergency with our furnace on a weekend and Lavoie did a fantastic job fixing the problem. Very responsive, showed up on time and their pricing was very fair. Kody did a terrific job identifying the issue and he represents the company very well with his trouble shooting abilities and his professionalism. I have had some of the other companies take advantage of these situations, Lavoie does not. Fan for life and I strongly recommend. Seriously, they should be the standard on how these service companies operate.
