Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you something, Santon Plumbing, they did a tremendous job, a really tremendous job. I mean, nobody could have done it better than them, nobody. These guys are smart, they're tough, and they know how to get the job done, and they get it done fast.
Let me tell you, I had a big problem with my plumbing, a huge problem, and I didn't know what to do. But then, I heard about Santon Plumbing, and let me tell you, they came in and they fixed everything, and they did it in no time at all. I was blown away, absolutely blown away.
Their team was incredible, they were professional, they were courteous, they were everything you could want in a team of plumbers. They knew exactly what to do, and they did it with precision and skill. I was so impressed.
And the price, let me tell you, it was very reasonable, very fair. These guys are not only the best at what they do, but they're also very affordable. That's a winning combination right there.
So, if you have any plumbing needs, I highly recommend Santon Plumbing. They're the best in the business, and you won't be disappointed. Trust me, nobody knows plumbing better than these guys.

We wanted to upgrade the a/c, air handler and furnace, and make it all dual fuel. Todd came by, took a look and understood exactly what we wanted. He's detail oriented, knowledgeable and an all-around great guy; absolutely trustworthy. The work was on time, on target and as quoted. The company was responsive and answered questions within a reasonable timeframe.
We now have a gas furnace, heat pump + a/c and a thermostat that deals with it all very nicely, switching from heat pump to gas at set temps to deal with the area weather.
All other staff at Santon were very nice to work with, and the two times I visited the office they all wore smiles as well.
From my perspective, if they continue to set high expectations they're going to need to hire more people to remain consistent - which is not always easy.

Great company! Able to quickly assess our problem and do a temporary fix until pipe replacement could be completed 1 week later. Matt was so nice. He took time to explain all parts of process. He even took photos of his work to discuss it with me as I cannot use my basement stairs myself to go look. Also, he didn't try to upsell work that could wait, or push things on us. He worked well with us, within out budget, which was nice, as this was an unexpected expense! Highly recommend this company! Will use them from now on for all our plumbing needs!

Todd from Santon Plumbing & Heating provided us exceptional service in replacing the motor on our air handler that died in the middle of the August heatwave. He quickly diagnosed the issue and as soon as the part arrived the next day he had it installed later that same. Through the whole process there was great communication and professionalism. We are so appreciative of the level of service we received and plan to use them for an upcoming project.

I manage 130 properties in the Blackstone Valley area. I have used other HVAC companies in the past but none more reliable than Santon plumbing and heating. They not only respond promptly but they fix the issues the first time. I would highly recommend them for any residential or commercial properties.

Had a great experience with Nick from Santon Plumbing and heating today. My mom’s furnace wasn’t firing and with cold weather approaching I wanted to know that her heat would be in good working order for the winter. Nick responded promptly and professionally. He quickly assessed the problem and had the furnace running within minutes. He didn’t try to oversell the repair, instead he treated it like he was fixing something in his own home. I recommend Santon to anyone for their heating/plumbing needs.

It was my first time working with Santon plumbing and I am greatly satisfied with the responsiveness, professionalism, and ease of the process. We had a report of some condensation near pipes surrounding the furnace, so I quickly scheduled a maintenance service to get it checked out. First of all - the website has a very nice user interface and is easy to navigate and submit the service request. Santon plumbing was able to send someone within 48 hours. They were able to explain there was some corrosion and replaced the bolts as well as some new piping. Now all looks good as new. They also explained some tips and precautions for going forward. Lastly, the ease of paying the in invoice was great, with Apple Pay as an option. Thank you! Will use Santon plumbing again

Great service. Got someone out to my house the same day and fixed my issue. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised with this business. I would recommend to anyone with a pluming or heating issues.

We recently hired Santon plumbing to replace the shower valve system in our shower. Keith had to make several trips during which we ordered new parts to be installed. He was extremely courteous and professional and the work he performed was outstanding. In the 50 years that I have owned homes, he and everyone at Santon are the best people I have ever worked with.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 10/10. 100/100. Would recommend to royalty, astronauts, and time travelers alike.

This plumbing company didn’t just fix my leak—they restored my faith in humanity. I called with what I thought was a minor issue, but they treated it like a top-secret mission. Within what felt like moments, they were at my door, tools in hand, ready to do battle with the mysterious underworld that is my kitchen sink.

The service? Impeccable. The professionalism? Off the charts. The vibes? Immaculate. On 3/21/25 we had an excellent experience with Santon Plumbing & Heating. Todd came to service the boiler. We were having trouble receiving hot water and he did a great job fixing the problem. Todd was very professional and knowledgable. We were very pleased with his services.

They diagnosed our heating issue quickly and educated us on what to do in the future. Great company to work with.

Edit: As of July 2025, Santon has been working with me on a number of issues including our water quality. The office was extremely flexible with scheduling, did a thorough installation, and gave us peace of mind sampling the end product. Really appreciate your help!

We had been paying another company for years to come and do maintenance on our HVAC systems. That other company didn’t even slide the filters in properly, and they once charged me to price work they couldn’t do.

Santon on the other hand has a team of experts, they charge a fair price and their office and support staff are friendly and responsive.

I rate them Top Shelf.

I had a very positive experience working with Santon Plumbing and Heating!

On 9/24/2021, I heard a hissing coming from my heating closet and found my hot water tank leaking around 7AM. I called Santon at about 7:30 that day and was greeted with a nice representative who set me up with an 8:00 AM appointment that morning (even for a 1st time customer). The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and discussed all the options with me. After getting informed, my wife and I made the decision to replace the tank. It only took about 4 hours from the technician’s arrival to getting brand new tank and hot water again in the house. He even needed to drag the old tank out of the house full of water due to a drain issue with the old tank. I would recommend Santon Plumbing and Heating to anyone for their heating and/or plumbing needs.

Had a plumbing emergency and called my regular guy. Turns out he retired and sold the business to Santon Plumbing & Heating. Turns out Santon is just as "Reliable".

Keith showed up on-time today and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He even pointed out some other areas that will need attention in the near future. Can't recommend this company enough.

8/27/25 UPDATE: We had a second plumbing emergency late last month, and Santon Heating & Plumbing was there for us once again.

We were fortunate to have Keith back out -- on his birthday, no less! This repair job was considerably more involved than the last one, but Keith fixed everything and had our water back on in just a few hours. He even held off on invoicing so he could talk to the office and get us a better price.

So to Keith and the folks at Santon Plumbing & Heating, thank you. Your work is of the highest quality, your prices are fair, and your customer service is exemplary.

Keith came down and observed the plumbing that needed to be done. Keith had an estimate forwarded to my email promptly. Keith arrived on time and worked diligently with a great attitude. Very positive, answered all of my questions and explained everything regarding the shower fixtures and plumbing install. I would highly recommend Keith for any further work. I've been using this company consistently and they never disappoint.

A big thanks to Santon for their prompt responsiveness and scheduling a technician quickly to troubleshoot a heating problem during the coldest wave of single digit temperatures this winter. The issue was resolved within an hour b/c technician was knowledgeable- HUGE! I encourage anyone who has an HVAC issue to call Santon.
