Awesome people, took care of my boiler and got me back running on a Saturday when it was 20 degrees out. Very friendly and down to earth!

Dan and his team are always great to work with. Kody our normal tech is great. Always great service. Installed mini split system with heat 5 years ago now. Awesome process, very competitive pricing and not one issue during install or in the 5 years since.

We needed our boiler cleaned and serviced. I spoke with Jordan who was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. The team who came to the house was the same. Lavoie is a pleasure to work with. I'm so happy we found them!

We found Dan through a local supplier who highly recommended his company. We found Dan very reasonable and willing to work with us on our schedule. Very professional and courteous. Did not oversell us but gave us options and suggestions with approx cost per option. We choose the middle option and went to work. Full gut of the old Oil burner, pipes, external hot water tank. He built a nice clean wall to mount all the circuitry and pipes on.
Very impressed with outcome and improved efficiency of the system.

Thank you Dan and Cody. I have had other companies come out and failed to diagnose my issue and instead quote an entire system replacement. Cody just left my house, yes, on Christmas Eve. He diagnosed my issue in 5 mins (in my presence), replaced the part and has me up and running.

We needed boiler help on Sunday - right before Fern hit the area - at 4:00 in the morning. We called several companies who either didn’t answer the phone or reply to our texts or told us they could get to us on Monday. I called Lavoie and not only did they return my call within five minutes they were at my house in under an hour. Dan was awesome, helpful, professional and courteous. He solved our problem in no time at all and our heat was on. I can’t say enough positive things! Thanks Dan and Lavoie for showing what true customer service is!

Couldn't be happier. After waiting 48 hours for another HVAC company to come take a look at my Goodman furnace to no avail, but one call to Lavoie and within an hour and a half Dan was on my doorstep. Nicest guy, and he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Without question or hesitation I recommend Lavoie for their great communication, skill and integrity. They get all my future business and should have yours too!

Nick and the crew were very professional , efficient and got the job done right. Required staging because its a loft with high ceilings and a difficult water heater placement. Glad we knew who to call.

Nick was incredibly professional and informative about what he was doing and why. He made sure that there wasn't going to be a need to come back again by making absolutely certain the problems were fixed the first time.

Absolutely excellent service. Todd the technician was outstanding in quickly responding to installing a state of the art heat pump system especially after he discovered black mold in my A/C coil.

We scheduled an appointment, he came in and was really professional. Reviewed all of the concerning areas, he cleaned up and re inspected his work. To make sure Everything was working properly. I highly recommend and will continue doing business for any other issues I come across in the future.

We are doing a kitchen renovation. Nick came out and did all the pluming work. He even shortened down a baseboard heater due to new cabinets hitting the old one. He is very knowledgeable. You can tell by his work that he takes care and pride in what he does. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Nick with Santon Pumbing went out of his way to help repair a leak. He responded within an hour and also helped coordinate a clean-up and repair service and gave us all necessary information needed for our home owners insurance.
Nick was beyond professional and polite- Will use again for future plumbing needs.
