He very quickly showed up, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part which arrived in a timely fashion, and installed the part almost as soon as it arrived. Very happy with the service of Santon Plumbing.

Nick Nowak was very courteous, friendly and professional and did a great job repairing the pipe under my bathroom sink. It was a real pleasure dealing with him and I will not hesitate to request him for my next plumbing job.

I had no heat and a friend recommended Santon Heating and Plumbing so I called and they came out right away. The man who came out was friendly and professional and he told me exactly what was wrong, left to go get the part and came right back and completed the job for less than what I googled it would be! Working with Todd Hairyes is an absolute pleasure. He took on a very important project for us involving installation of floor fans to allow for our fireplace insert to heat our house, this is very important for us living in an all electric house. He then also created an exhaust ducting system for our heat pump water heater which led to a perfect cooling solution for our basement and allows the heat pump to work more efficiently in the winter by using the heat pump more than coils to heat our water.

So i had santon come out by 3 times since their fresh installation since Sep 2020. Last service which they performed was yesterday (Dec 19,2022) and today within 20 hours of the service performed the water heating is not working and when i call back they keep telling me it is new code so we can't come and look at it for free if we come it will be a charge but they are not ready to understand or listen that it could be due to their service which they performed. Ridiculous customer service, installation service.

Update: Jeff from Santon did call me right away and offer the help of troubleshooting and checking out the issue. They did find the issue within the installation and fixed it right away for us. Thank you for getting back so quickly and fixing.

Very positive experience when we needed to replace our hybrid water heater. Very good customer experience. Very efficient and got the job done. We now have a new and improved hybrid water heater.

Santon Plumbing was fast and efficient replacing our water heater. We also had a couple exterior faucets installed. Very fast, professional service. Highly recommend!

I bought a new washing machine. The existing plumbing couldn’t handle it. Water was everywhere. Santon Heating & Plumbing brought my washing machine plumbing up to code by replacing and updating the pipes. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fix it that day.

Matt is the best plumber around and he always makes time for his customers whether it is consults or fixing he fit me in his schedule with an emergency last minute multiple times. I recently has the pleasure of using Santon Plumbing & Heating twice. Once was for a small renovation of and existing bathroom and the other was for an urgent call for a problem with our heating system. In both cases the service techs were prompt and professional. In both cases the fees charged were very reasonable in relation to value added. I would recommend Santon for anyone looking for a local plumbing/heating/AC expert.

One of the most professional teams I have worked with in a long time. From first call, during a snow storm, Cynthia took my call and listened to what was going on. Not having heat for almost a month in the middle of winter, She got me right on the schedule and Todd H came out the next day. He completed his checks, took the time to explain it to me and show me where things went wrong. Came up with a couple options and laid out a game plan on the spot. Will be seeing him within the week to have a new unit installed. Completely knowledgable and just secured me as a customer for anything Hvac related. My experience with Santon was great. The technician was very personable and professional. He explained what he thought happened and made the fix. Unfortunately a few days later, another issue tied to the fix came up. It was during the heat wave we had. The technician made the effort to stop by on his way home that day to troubleshoot and fix. All issues were due to the original install being wired incorrectly so to be able to troubleshoot and unwind was a tribute to his outstanding knowledge. Santon will be my go to going forward!!

I can not rave enough about Santon plumbing! From my phone call with Dan to Nick showing up very quickly I couldn’t be more thrilled. My sump pump in my down stairs bathroom was no longer working and sewer was everywhere! Something no one wants to come home to.

Dan was very attentive on the phone and reassured me he’d have a tech over within the hour. Nick showed up right on time, could clearly see how stressed and exhausted I was from dealing with this situation and immediately put me at ease. He answered all my questions, was extremely friendly, patient, helpful and got the job done quickly and with the out most professionalism. I honestly couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Nick for all calls he truly was a God sent!

Had a really bad experience with this company. Will not advise to anyone in my neighborhood. The plumber was nice but you pay by the hour and he loved to talk and not work. Caught him smoking a cigarette outside and on private phone call. He went to his truck and disappeared for 20 minutes. The main aspect of our job was installing a gas dryer which seemed pretty standard. He needed to drive to go get a part which seemed super basic and was away for 40 minutes. More importantly he gashed our wall of our new construction home and didn't mention it. I saw it and called him out on it and he tried to blame the builders. Would never plan on using this company again - I would look elsewhere and don't let google reviews fool you. On Yelp I see they are rated low which I wished I checked before.

We have used a number of plumbers, but we rarely write reviews. Matt is outstanding! He is experienced intelligent and hard working. Once you speak with him you instantly know - you are dealing with a pro. We found their pricing to be reasonable and we will definitely use them in the future. You can stop your search This is the company you want in your home.

Had an issue with our furnace working only when it wanted to. Called Santon around 9am... Yes, they actually have someone who answers the phone during business hours. After quickly explaining the situation, the lady who answered the phone stated she can have a technician out here a little after 1:00 p.m. Same day service? Sure that's what they all say. Sure enough the technician showed up. Surprisingly it was the same technician that came to our house a few months ago when we had an issue with our water heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad flame sensor/ corroded flame detector. And even showed us how to do the yearly maintenance of the flame detector to help keep our furnace from malfunctioning. He had the part needed in his truck and was able to repair our furnace within an hour.
