These guys are super professional. They were able to fit individual HVAC system to each floor of our old and tiny house. Not only that but the work was done exactly as we requested. And it was not an easy job, as the house is old. The systems are working perfectly and we are so happy that we chose MAC. Thank you so much!

In the middle of the worst heat wave we have had so far in 2022, my central air decided to kick the bucket. Since it was a Saturday, I waited until Monday to call several HVAC places to see if I could get someone to come out quickly. The receptionist at MAC HVAC answered the phone and told me they could fit me in the next morning, but that they would let me know if anything opened up. Soon after, I got a call back from MAC HVAC letting me know a spot had opened up and that Mark could be at the house within 30 minutes. As promised, he arrived 30 minutes later and was very pleasant to deal with. I explained my experiences with our system and he quickly got to work on diagnosis. As he worked, he explained why he was checking certain things and what the issue could be, answering any questions I had along the way. The issue was resolved that day, and Mark got my A/C working even better than it was before it died. Since then, we notice the unit is not working as hard to keep up when it's very hot out and we are quite pleased with the service. Don't even bother getting several quotes, just give MAC HVAC a call!

As we are still experiencing this heat wave we were fortunate enough to receive exceptional service from MAC HVAC. The professionalism Danilo presented reassured our choice to trust this company. He was articulate, precise, and well experienced. We would also like to thank him for coming as soon as possible even during the late hours on a Friday night. It shows us that this company and workers are thorough and care for their customers.

MAC HVAC installed new drain pumps for three of my split AC units this week. Kevin and Chris did excellent work. They were very kind and professional. Cleanup after the work.

Great experience today with MAC HVAC. They had a technician out to our place to diagnose a burning smell with our central AC in less than an hour after calling. Danilo was able to solve the problem and replaced the part on the spot. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing. He also pointed out and took care of several neglected maintenance items for us as well. Price seemed reasonable for almost four hours of work. Would definitely call them first next time we have any HVAC issues.

Kevin & Chris came by today to service my central air unit they diagnosed the problem and kept me informed on what needed to be done. They got the part & came back quickly to fix the issue. Very knowledgeable & polite. Great service & would definitely recommend Mac HVAC !! :)

I've used MAC HVAC a few times now for yearly HVAC maintenance and most recently for a service call after a hot weekend and realizing that the system wasn't blowing cold air. I called and left a message after business hours and they called me back first thing the next morning and was able to send Derek out later that day. Unfortunately he couldn't get my 18yr old compressor going again (he spent 3hrs trying everything he could think of before we called it) so I hired them to replace it which they were able to do the following Monday. The price was very reasonable and the work was done in a day. Justin and Kevin were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job with the installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend MAC HVAC to anyone!!

We called MAC HVAC for our summer AC tuneup. Kevin was the HVAC technician that came to complete our service. Kevin was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable and explained the service to me before he began. He was polite and professional from start to finish! When he came into my house to turn on the AC he even wore boot covers which was really nice of him! I highly recommend MAC HVAC for all of your heating and cooling needs!

My technician Kevin K and his assistant were quick, precise, and knowledgeable so things didn’t take long. They were both great and friendly. They weren’t pushy and pitching “sales” like others. They told me what I needed, gave me options, not once did they try to push me to buy extra services or products that weren’t necessary. All in all a great experience yet again. I’ve used MAC HVAC in Billerica for several of years now and I’ve always been happy with their service.

MAC HVAC is great! We've used them for multiple services (preventative maintenance and fixing issues) and they've been a pleasure to work with. They have deep technical expertise, are extremely thorough in their work and recommendations, offer fair prices, clearly explain options and tradeoffs to let us make informed decisions, and are all very nice people who we don't have any hesitation trusting in our home.

I was recommended by a friend and it was the best phone call I ever made. MAC has done maintenance on both my heating and air conditionings systems and they both work perfectly fine. The first time they serviced my air conditioner I couldn’t believe how well they took care of it. Something the prior service company I had never did. They cleaned the unit inside and out. The technicians are great and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about MAC HVAC.

Mark and his team are always extremely responsive and have helped out every time I’ve needed them. I called early this morning and my problem was resolved by noon. He also installed a separate system in a different part of the house last year, and I am extremely happy with it

My wife and I recently purchased a new house and we needed to have the HVAC looked at. We Called a few other places who said they would be able to make appointments 3 to 4 months out. Google HVAC in Peabody and Lewis at Northshore popped up. Called him and was able to get an appointment in LESS than a week! They arrived right on time and performed the maintenance that was needed, as well as gave some recommendations for filter relocation! Will definitely be using them again in the future for all of my HVAC needs! A++!!

We had problems with our HVAC system and called Lewis. He came, quickly identified problem, and explained potential issues to cause this problem. He is very knowledgeable and solved the problem from the root of cause. Highly recommended.
