I had an issue with my new hot water heater after an install. I had hot water for 5 days and all of a sudden on Saturday morning, cold water. I called GEM Plumbing and Heating for an emergency appointment.
I had GEM arrive in the late afternoon, replace a broken heating element and I had hot water for s could not hours.
Brandon and his apprentice were very respectful of my household and mindful of keeping my cats safel when entering and renting my home.

I give Mason 5 stars for being courteous and respectful in my home while he worked and also for explaining things as he progressed through each issue I had. However, I did feel the prices were a little steep and thus why I gave 4 stars versus 5.

Came promptly and took care of the repair very quickly. They were polite and treated property with respect

GEM’s team was extremely fast and knowledgeable. They showed up within an hour of when I called and immediately diagnosed the problem and set to work repairing it. When an issue popped up with the repair they were back immediately within the scheduled time frame and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. We were very happy with our service.

Christopher was fantastic! We will be asking for him in the future. He was patient friendly and most importantly knew our system. He was determined to find the cause of our problem and fix it. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

Nicole Tradd is so helpful and informative. Best interaction we have had when it came to plumbing. Her knowledge is top tier.

Gem and their service tech Will came out to service my plumbing issue caused by built up sediment in the pipes. Will was very knowledgable and familiar with the issue. He was very informative and equipped to get the job done in a respectable and fashionable time frame. I would highly recommend Gem as well as Will.

Nelson was very professional, competent, and knowledgeable. He gave good advice about various heating systems. He cleaned up after himself.

Chris replaced some of the rusted away piping on my boiler. Now I have no leaks and he taught me a thing or two along the way. Very happy with the result.

Joey and David were honest, efficient and kind when fixing my furnace. Joey was and very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge well with David.

This guy is amazing Furst of all he listens and secondly , he doesn’t mind a little extra work to solve a problem . With his partner Gennaro they explored every aspect before discovering
G what had not been done to my setup. And after correcting that , they did a review of Step 1 EXPLAINING OPERSTION . Each new install should start with this approach by Joshua and Gennaro.

John arrived early. I was notified that he would be early. Happy that I could be flexible too. I thought he had been here once before. I showed him the utility room and trusted he would do the work so I got out of his way.
When he was finished he showed me the the photographic record of everything he checked. And his notes. On his way out he saw a statue that reminded him that he had been there before. Good level of trust.

Our Oil Tank Replacement was very quick and efficient. It took much less time than I had thought it would have taken. Everyone involved was very professional and knowledgable.

Great service from Edward G., he fixed a very slow drain in the kitchen sink that has been a problem for a long time. Knowledgable, polite and friendly, he got the job done and made sure the leak was resolved. GEM is now my go-to for any issues related to plumbing, really happy with the service

Called Gem because heat was not coming on. They were able to send a service technician within a few hours. When he arrived, he checked a few things and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable about this type of system (oil furnace). In no time my system was up and running and has worked perfectly since then.

We recently had GEM install a new furnace for us and they did an amazing job! The service team of Lydell, Jaydin, and Walter were very knowledgeable and professional with how their work was performed! They were extremely customer oriented with how they thoroughly answered all of our questions along with provided us with timely status updates throughout the day. At the end of the project, they left the work area extremely clean and they clearly explained to us all the functionalities of the furnace system.

We were extremely pleased with the final product and I would strongly recommend hiring GEM for any plumbing, HVAC, or electrical related needs. They were very transparent, reliable, and responsive throughout the entire process which made us feel confident they were the right team to hire for this job.

Nick Yeo was sent immediately over to my house due to no heat/hot water. He was very informative and pleasant. He was able to get my system working, but unfortunately, I need a new heating system. I highly recommend GEM!
