Victor from GEM plumbing was amazing. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was more than willing to explain the problem and the solution. He also cleaned up after his work. Plumbing is expensive, especially on the weekend, but O believe their prices were aligned with prices in this area. They also have a military discount which was helpful for us.

Walter and his assistant responded quickly. They called to let me know their ETA and when arrived the work was quickly done without making any mess. They replaced my well tank, pressure switch and components. I would definitely call them again for our needs.

Dory and Diego showed up on time, they were very knowledgeable and friendly. They replaced the filters and explained why the system was showing a fault. I was very happy with the attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile

Amazing service! We had to have our whole breaker box and meter replaced in November. They came out promptly, were professional and offered financing! I would recommend their service over and over again!

Had Tom Galvin out for a well pump replacement. He was courteous and prompt. He kept us informed as to what the process was and at what point he was at in the process. He was efficient and worked all day making sure everything was completed and in working order. Can’t say enough about him. Thanks to GEM and especially Tom

Technician Christopher was friendly and professional when he arrived. Throughout his time servicing our system he kept me updated and explained what he was doing. He took the time to answer my questions and thoroughly explained his recommendations. Would definitely recommend him and look forward to having him service our HVAC systems in the future.

Last night around 11 p m Steve and Erickson arrived at my home for an emergency plumbing call. The aquastat on my boiler failed. It was an emergency service and they had all necessary equipment and tools to perform the job. They got it done faster than I expected. both were very fun people to talk to and they knew what they were doing. The process was complete and I went to bed with a warm house. I will highly recommend GEM to anybody who asks.

Nicole did an amazing job on our emergency call. Super helpful, taught us about our system, caught a potential and totally unrelated issue, and got us back on our feet in a few hours. Would definitely recommend to others.

The guys came to my home to tune up my generator. They were here quickly after I called. The service was done in less than an hour. They were friendly and very efficient.

Joe was great to work with. Both of the techs were super knowledgeable and helpful with what me and my husband asked. They taught us how to do our water filter for our well and how we need to proceed with water testing. Would highly recommend them!

Our boiler broke and it was 40 degrees in our home. The repair man arrived within a few hours of my phone call and did a wonderful job even though our boiler was very old. We have a baby and he was here for hours determined to get the heat back on for us. Excellent service, thank you Dory!

We had a furnace that wasn’t working. We contacted GEM, we do have a contract with them. They sent out Nick, who was familiar with our furnace. He diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate. We approved, Nick drove to pick up the part and then installed it. We were very pleased with his work and keeping us informed. It has been a great company to work with.

Michael and GEM were of great help. on the coldest day of the season, thus far my heat took a dive. We made a call and was able to schedule service on same day. Michael was very thorough and explained the entire process of maintenance to be done on a heating system. I am warm and cozy now and very appreciative of my goal and the GEM team.

We called GEM because we were having an extremely difficult time getting our heat to come on and stay on. Our home was very cold and uncomfortable. GEM sent out a technician to help alleviate our problem.
Xavier is the best technician we’ve ever had diagnose and repair our HVAC system. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the entire system. He was kind and patiently answered all of our many questions about the many issues that we’ve been having with our heating system.
Many others have been here but he was the first to correctly diagnose the issue and fix our problem! We are so very grateful for his excellent services.

Our well pump died Thanksgiving evening. Gem came out the next day but it was more than just the pump-the pressure tank was also kaput. Since supply houses were closed for the weekend, they scheduled the repair work for Monday morning.
The work was completed in less than a day and they tested the system after installing virtually the whole water system from the well to the pressure tank with all new equipment installed in a proper manner. They were very responsive and respectful of our situation and cleaned up afterwards.

I came home after working to no heat on Christmas Day. My son-in-law called GEM, and they sent Nick within the hour— for an emergency call which was only $199.00 on Christmas Day!! Thank goodness!! Nick was friendly, kind, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain how the furnace works and what he believed was causing the issue. He stayed to ensure it cycled on and off properly, then recommended a new filter and some cleaning, which he completed quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful for his help. Huge shout-out to Nick for coming through on Christmas Day and taking such great care of me!!

Was bamboozled from the beginning, told over the phone that there was a dispatch fee of $149 that would include a diagnostic, as soon as the plumbers showed up they “quickly” stated that they had a service fee of $400+ that would cover their time and service they’d have to perform. They have you sign off on that, diagnose the issue which is a quick google search- don’t fix anything and try to talk you into purchasing their equipment only to charge you the 400+ service fee. Nothing repaired, nothing replaced. Just 2 guys unscrewing the face plate of my water heater, getting on the phone with tech support, telling tech support they assume nothing is wrong with the gas pressure since there were other units in the house when asked if they tested the gas pressure (the error code was an ignition failure)- the other water heater is in a separate unit/apartment with a separate gas line. I ended up calling another plumber who came out and diagnosed a gas pressure issue, saved me $1000s on a new water heater, and got everything up and running the same day in less than 2 hours.
