Amazing service! I called about an issue with a space heater, and Sergio was nothing short of exceptional. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service — even my tenants loved him.

After two other techs recommended a full replacement costing over $2K, Sergio diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes, saving me thousands. I’ll definitely be using RCL again in the future.

My hot water was a trickle and spotty. Water pressure in general was good. At first we cleaned the strainers and faucets due to an on going calcium buildup from the water. When that did not work, we called RCL Mechanical. Matthew was able to come out that afternoon and found that our mixing valve on our boiler was to blame. Not only was it faulty but it was not needed for our system. He also found extensive calcium/ mineral buildup from the water. Matt was very professional and explained exactly what was happening. Unfortunately it was late and they would come back the next day. Matt returned with Eric and they completed the job efficiently and without issue. Job well done!

My mother's boiler stopped working during one of the coldest weeks of the 2026 winter. Another company helped us the best they could, but it was determined she needed a new boiler. I'm based in NYC, so I got online and started calling companies that had good Google reviews to see who could give us an estimate and perform the work the next day. RCL had an estimator at her house within a couple hours, and a new boiler and technicians on site the following morning. Their pricing was competitive, communication was clear, and the work was well executed. My mother and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience during this stressful time. Thank you RCL.

I strongly advise caution when considering RCL (167R S St W, Raynham, MA 02767). After giving them two chances, I experienced poor service and questionable practices. Their call center dispatches technicians who provide only temporary fixes, creating repeat visits and additional charges.
To validate my concern, I spoke with four other customers—each reported similar negative experiences. While I appreciate businesses that strive for excellence, this pattern is alarming and undermines trust.
Please do your research before engaging with RCL. Your time, money, and peace of mind matter. Choose providers who prioritize integrity and long-term solutions.

Would highly recommend based on the help I received for an issue. Stephanie was very understanding when my toilet was removed and the drain couldn’t be unclogged in one appointment by the technician (why I called). I did leave a one star review out of frustration with the situation (unclogged it myself with toilet removed), but Stephanie refunded some of the charges based on the drain not being unclogged. RCL above and beyond to make it right. Offered new options for a water heater (and maintenance). Very grateful and will be back. They earned this and many other 5 star reviews! Here was the drain that refused to unclog for some time.

Matt was incredible. He even took the time to talk to my kids when they wouldn’t stop talking to him and show him all there toys. It’s very nice to have a family man service your house and make you feel well taken care of. He was very reassuring and fixed our issues in a timely and professional manor. Will be using them for all future issues.

Hello My boiler was 86 years old original was without heat for a week but I’m super happy that I looked for a company that was from A-Z first Devin in sales came in was very helpful not trying to sell me expensive boiler but just the wright one. The 2 guys that came to installed the unit came in on TIME and started to work and kept working until they were done. Only had to take 1 day off work. No struggles, No over prices, No HEADACHES!! Highly recommend this company over and over again. 5 stars I don’t post but they deserved more then a 5 stars review 10 star is what they deserve!! Very SATISFIED! You will TOO!! Technician's Kevin and Max installed the new boiler and hot water heater in 2 days. They were friendly and informative and they did an excellent job with the installation.

I had an old electrical system that sparked a couple of times. I had no hot water,lost lights in some areas of the house. My stove also wouldn't work. Fortunately , I didn't lose my power to the refrigerator and freezer. I had to have an entire updated system installed to circuit breakers!

RCL Mechanical was recommended and I called. The guys that came were awesome! They went above and beyond! I would 100% recommend their services!!

We called and less than 24hrs later we had a tech arrive for some upgrades as well as rutein repairs. Sergio arrived today, with a giant smile ready to work. He was very respectful of our property and belongings here, and even went above and beyond teaching me a few things I could do myself to improve maintenance. The shower is looking GREAT, there is no longer ANY leaks ANYWHERE. My wife and I couldn't be happier so close to the holiday season.
