The install guys did a great job. They were prompt, professional, and in good spirits throughout the install, despite 100 degree temps. They worked as a team. The resulting install looks great. Can't thank them enough!

I had a burst pipe and the flood stopped my water heater The came quickly, offered a fair price for the work, and did a good job. They were very considerate and kind and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Waking up to no heat on an extremely cold day is an unsettling feeling (especially with little ones). We called RCL mechanical and an hour and a half later, Nate arrived. Nate was kind and professional. He had the problem solved quickly. We are extremely grateful to Nate and the RCL team for making our experience stress free.

I called to have RCL move the outside refrigerant lines because I am having windows installed. First they booked the appointment then refused saying they weren't able to do this kind of work this time of year. Now I have to find another company to move this work that rcl installed and is saying they can't possibly find time in the next 3 months to do.

Installed a mini split system. Where the refrigerant line and wires go into the house from the compressor was left unsealed open to the weather. When told about it they said they'd come back eventually after it rains while I have a hole in the side of my house open to the elements. Crew was great at the house but this was obviously an oversight. The lady I called was polite but did not seem to understand that they made a hole into the side of my home and did not seal it or put anything around it. I can see light from the basement looking at it. It is supposed to rain Monday and they said someone could come out Tuesday. That does not seem acceptable. Now I have to go find a retrofit gasket that fits this buy it and install it after just spending 11k on this system. I am very disappointed. Not to mention one of the heads was installed slightly tilted and the other vent doesn't close entirely when shut off. I am surprisingly disappointed. I also had this vent installed in my bathroom. I asked for it to go where my foot is pointing a foot plus more away from the bath tub. Downstairs they were supposed to go off the main heating duct from the top knock out the blocking and go above the main beam so it was flush to the ceiling but they went with a short cut. Literally because they didn't bring a the vacuum for when the cut the tile and put so much dust into my house the fire alarm not only went off but broke from being so clogged with dust. I spent 750 to create significantly more work in fixing what they did. They didn't finishing cleaning up nor did the secure the extra electrical line in the basement.

Great work Jesse and the RCL team! Jesse was amazing! Installed a new boiler in one day due to impending snow storm the next day! He worked without complaints and still answered my questions. Jesse is professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and very experienced at his work! I’m so pleased with all the hard work he and the team put in!
Office staff also very friendly. I spoke with Jessica at the office by phone two different days and she also was so nice and answered all my questions. Great customer service!!

RCL installed a duct less mini split at my home. The crew was clean, professional and excellent to deal with. From start to finish the communication was great. I am very happy with my choice to go with them for my home project. Highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

The team over at RCL does an amazing job and are extremely diligent. They came and worked on hooking up my commercial kitchen appliances and pulled all the permits. Sergio was my tech and was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what needs to be done. They then assisted me and communicating with the town to ensure we passed all inspections.

Our experience with RCL Mechanical was nothing short of spectacular. What a great company to work with. From start to finish, the process was flawless to install a new HVAC system and evaporator coil in our house.
Devon was great to work with giving us an estimate for the job and very promptly. Kelly in the office was exceptional at scheduling the appointments and keeping us up to date and getting the answers to all of our questions. And lastly, our installers Billy and Ethan worked tirelessly to get the job done and on time as promised. They worked very neatly and answered all of our questions. We had an issue with the boiler and our tenants were without heat. Eric diagnosed the problem efficiently, and got the water tank up and running the same day. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done professionally, and most importantly; the tenants now have heat! Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Thank you Eric and RCL crew!

Such a great two man job! While one was down working on my faucet in the kitchen, the other plumber was up in my bathroom hooking up my tub. They had great communication, were super friendly and got the job done in a quick and efficient manner! I highly recommend them!!

5 Stars all the way! RCL went above and beyond! The techs kept me updated on everything they were doing with replacing the furnace and the office was always available to answer any questions I had. They are now doing the other side with replacing the furnace and oil tank. Thank you so much RCL you guys are a kick ass team!!

We are, overall, satisfied with RCL Mechanical's service, although there was a bit of miscommunication and misunderstanding. On the day of the service, the teachnician, Nathan, came on time, and did a great job to replace our water heater, along with his colleague Chris. He also shared with us the basics of water heater operation. Greatly appreciate it.

I had no heat after working in snow operations. I called and they sent Sergio out and he diagnosed the problem quickly and got me back up and running. No high pressure sales or anything. Just an honest good guy.

I have had exceptional service for both my gas space heater and a busted water heater. Today Sergio came on a day off to help me get some hot water back and he was fabulous. Not only was he very efficient, but more importantly to me, extremely pleasant, polite, and understood our need to keep our precocious kittens away from his work area. Kevin and Max were great. They were prompt and polite and finished the work in 2 days so that we were able to get heat back quickly. However, within a couple of hours of the install the system started making a high pitched sound. We called the service line - Eric came over promptly and determined there are some issues but staying in the house would be safe. As of this morning the heat is working but weakly. Eric said he would rtrn on Monday to fix the issue.

I reached out to RCL to service my Lochinvar heating system. I can not say enough about the service repairman, Nathan. He was professional at all times. In addition, RCL is great about calling ahead and then following up post the service to inquire about their work. Highly recommend this company!
