Had two HVAC techs come out and they did a great job. On time, knowledgeable, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly and the work was done right. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed. I had met with three different HVAC companies and all were difficult to schedule, didn’t explain much and two had done repairs for me prior that then needed to be redone.

EML was all over educating me on options, they were super responsive and timely and the day of the furnace replacement I was floored by the professionalism, quality, attention to detail and communication.

I have used a few other HVAC companies in the area but EML is the one that helped me resolve the problems. They are professional, thorough and prompt despite their busy schedules. In addition, they have the lowest price!

The AC and the heater always break at their busiest time. I am switching to them for our routine maintenance from now on. I found them through our realtor’s recommendation and I will definitely recommend them to others with no hesitation.

I was referred to EML Mechanical from a friend, they have been top notch professionals from start to finish. Initially I reached out in 2022 due to a Mini Split unit that was not working, Eddie and his team member Marcus were able to get me scheduled quickly. Once they arrived they quickly identified the issue, repaired the problem, and serviced the system all within a few hours. They were able to get us up and running the same afternoon at a fair price with excellent customer service.

I was impressed by Eddie and Marcus and hired EML again to add additional Mini Splits to our home. Eddie assisted me through the entire process from picking/ordering the systems, understanding the available Mass Save programs, and installing the units in our home. This was a complicated installation as the compressor needed to get to the roof, we live in a very old home. Eddie and Marcus rose to the challenge and completed the installation on time, the results are excellent and we are enjoying our new mini splits. Eddies vast experience is evident throughout each piece of the process, there was honestly nothing they encountered that he could not navigate.

This is the 2nd time in a month I’ve called EML. The fan motor on my furnace had seized the night before so I called at 7.30am next morning and Marcus arrived at 8.15am. As before great service and reasonable pricing with swift response, detailed billing S soon as the job is done, couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommend this company.

I recently had EML Mechanical out to my house to install an ERV/HVAC system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and thorough. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in plain terms, and made sure I understood all my options before doing any work.

Ed was super responsive when our heating went out in the middle of a cold snap. He knew exactly what the problem was, was at our house in less than an hour and had our heat back up and running super quickly - a real lifesaver! Great service, we'd definitely recommend EML Mechanical!

EML does great work for reasonable prices. I joined the maintenance program, and the company does a great job of checking my equipment making sure it’s operating efficiently. They caught 2 problems today before they became large headaches for me

Marcus came to my house to remove mold that was built up in my split hvac system. I originally was going to do it myself but quickly realized I needed someone with expertise and equipment. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. The owner Eddie is extremely response and honest he was really easy to schedule with. Anytime I have someone give me an estimate I'm hesitant but he walked through everything and felt extremly happy. I can't say enough good things about this company I highly recommend. I will be a repeat customer.

Eddie and his team, including Sam and Marcus, were amazing. When my furnace started malfunctioning, they were in there on the same day to look into what was wrong. They scheduled me for repairs the next week (already super fast), but when the furnace just totally gave out over the weekend on one of the coldest days, they were able to squeeze me in on Monday to do a complete replacement. They were total professionals from start to finish—great communication, you always knew when the technician was about to arrive, clear invoicing, super helpful attitude. Most importantly, my tenant says the temperature in the condo feels more comfortable than ever now.

I highly recommend EML Mechanical. We had work done at our home years ago and we were very impressed. I am glad I saved their business card so I could use their above average services again. They have excellent work ethic and thoroughly know and explain the job they are performing ... they go the extra mile to make it a great experience!

EML Mechanical came out to my home in Everett to fix an issue we were having with our HVAC system. Marcus was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose the problem. He explained everything clearly and had the repair completed the same day. Our heating system is working perfectly again. We had Brian MacFarland to look at our broken heater and quote for a replacement. He was very kind and knowledgeable, he took his time explaining and showing all the issues to us so we understood everything and could make the choice that was best for us. He was informative without pressuring and was very nice to work with I’d recommend and would do future services with them again.

Brian came to check on a very urgent issue and was super knowledgeable and professional. He had the right equipment to diagnose and evaluate the issue with a rooftop furnace, and offered reasonable solutions for us to think about. Ide highly recommend brian for any hvac job and glad we reached out.

Jaden provided excellent service to replace an internal motor in my boiler. He was on time, and while his service was excellent, it was also done quickly and he had us back up and running in an hour.

12/15 update: another great interaction with Sila representative… this time is was the plumbing specialist, Roy. I don’t typically go out of way to right reviews, but Roy is worthy of the recognition and high praise. He was the perfect combination of polite, helpful, straightforward, cool and informative (plus my grumpy old dog even liked him so that must means he’s a great guy). Anyway, just wanted to say it matters when speaking a lot of money on appliances that at least you feel like the company helping you 1) seems professional and 2) treats you with respect. And Roy passed with flying colors and I just wanted to give him a much deserved shout out.

Just had diagnostic appt with Brian and can say the guy is the salt of the earth. Easy to talk with because he provided clear communication and came across very honest. Made a genuine effort to help and try and fix the problem vs immediately trying to sell me and I appreciated that. Would recommend Sila specifically because of him

My boiler broke at midnight the day after Christmas. My usual plumber was out of the country and I had a hard time finding someone to come help. Sila sent Brian McFarland who was *excellent * and explained his thorough diagnosis of the issue. He was patient and clear and gave me a good idea of what to expect with cost for different options. Great experience.

Brian is very knowledgeable and was able to identify the problem with furnace at my apartment quickly. I’m a construction project manager myself and I know a professional when I see one. Would definitely use this company for our upcoming projects. He showed up in a few hours even with this heavy snow. The unit is fixed and running!

Very efficient and friendly service from expert plumber Adam. He explained the process as he worked and answered our questions. He made suggestions and recommended products that would help us in the future. He rescued us on Christmas Eve and fixed our leaks. The price for the service was quite high considering the retail cost of the parts, but it was reasonable under the circumstances. Like many homeowners I have some plumbing knowledge and want to fix problems myself if I can. I could easily change a cartridge if everything went smoothly but old leaking valves can be tough to replace and require the special tool to extract the old parts, so when the fixture is shooting water from the handle on Christmas Eve might not be the best time for amateur plumbing.
