I recently had Healthy Duct come to my home to clean out my air ducts. After initial inspection, some mold was found in the duct, along with dust/construction debris. The team (Berk, Max, and Henry) showed me their findings both by direct visualization of the vent and with photos of their full inspection. They educated me on how my system works, what they found, and options for moving forward. They reviewed their findings with the larger team at Healthy Duct and a plan was suggested for remediation. While remediation comes with a pretty hefty price tag, John at Healthy Duct was not pushy at all and even encouraged me as I reached out for a second opinion. In the end, I had Healthy Duct come back out and they did a 2-day remediation of my air vents, and cleaned out my dryer vent as well. The team was extremely thorough, and I loved that they took pictures and showed me what they did- especially the serious findings in our dryer vent that was definitely a fire hazard (thanks previous owners!). I feel that the money for this project was money well-spent. The team was extremely professional, kind, and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on in my home. I will definitely use this team again if I have any future needs!

HealthyDuct is an incredible company offering outstanding services. It has been a while since I’ve felt so inclined to leave a review. Max, Henry, and Berk were our team of experts and cleaners. Not only are these folks friendly and knowledgeable, they have an outstanding work ethic and know their craft. They came out in August to quote our job, which was cleaning our central A/C ducts. The process was seamless and informative. While they offered to do the cleaning same day, we opted to schedule it for another time. They came back early October and did lovely work. I believe they went above and beyond. Our vent covers were shining white and the air feels/smells so clean. This is an A+ company with an A+ team! I highly recommend them.

I had a team of three technicians clean my system recently: Berk, Max and Henry. They arrived on time and began to check out the air system, giving me an update on what they saw as they moved from room to room. I decided to have the system cleaned since it had been many years since it was last done. They were there about 5 hours all told. They kept me posted throughout their visit about what they were doing. They also identified and rectified a couple of problem areas which I had not previously noticed but which were plain to see when pointed out. They also gave me pointers about how to upkeep the system for best performance. The information was clearly delivered, and they showed great attention to detail. At the end of the cleaning they showed me what had been done, and provided photos of before-and-after views of the (now clean) ducts. Definite improvement!! They left my house in clean condition just as they had found it. The team was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Healthy Duct to others needing a thorough cleaning of their house's air system.

Truly outstanding service. The Health Duct team did an above-and-beyond job at cleaning our duct system, repairing leaks, and mitigating a mouse-intrusion problem. Berk and Max were very professional, explained everything as they went, and were great with kids and dog. They cleaned up a mouse nest they found, tried for hours to locate the source of our mildew smell (ultimately determining it was likely holes in the duct work in our unfinished space), and left the work area cleaner than they found it. They encouraged me to ask questions and explained everything as they went. They insulated and sealed our duct work for a reasonable price. Communication was clear and prompt with John to plan the assessment and work. They don’t overbook themselves and can perform work day of assessment. I had received quotes from other companies, but none of them were as thorough or communicative as Healthy Duct. Healthy Duct was also ultimately cheaper and more comprehensive. Will be using them in the future and recommending them. They even gave the dog a treat when they were done. Thank you Healthy Duct!

I scheduled a residential duct cleaning with John over the phone and Berk, Max, and Henry came over to my place to service my ducts.

I was impressed by the team's thorough initial assessment of my air handler and ducts. They explained the work that needed to be done and also why specific things like building a new air filter frame had to be done. The team got to work and was done about 4 hours later.

They showed me before and after photos and then explained how I should maintain my ducts and air handler in the future according to the standards of national HVAC associations. Overall, all the staff from healthy ducts have been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend healthy ducts for the good work they do and the peace of mind. They are great people who will take of your home.

The team at Healthy Duct was very professional and knowledgable, and did a very thorough and careful job inspecting and repairing our HVAC duct system. They explained everything they were doing, the tools they were using and why, and what the current issues were with our HVAC system. Berk and Max ran the project and were excellent to work with. They used special equipment to thoroughly inspect and scrub all the way through the vent system. They also spent extra time repairing cracks and other integrity issues with the vents that helped the system work more efficiently. After receiving the maintenance service from Healthy Duct, our HVAC system has been operating much better and we feel much better about the cleanliness and freshness of the air circulating around our house. It was well worth the price to repair the HVAC system using Healthy Duct, and we only with we had hired them earlier. Healthy Duct personnel were on time, friendly and very professional. They were very thorough and explained every step of the process, showed us pictures of the inside of our ductwork. They were very clean and no mess was made. They were very efficient and we were very happy with the results of their work. We would not only use them again as needed, but would recommend them to our friends and family.

John and his team were great. This is the first time a duct cleaning company gave us an assessment with pictures in order to determine and price the work to be done. Max and Henry were on time for the cleaning, thoughtful of our property and extremely thorough. They not only cleaned the ducts but looked for air leaks and performed repairs. I had a 1) review of my air ducts undertaken and 2) the installation of an air purifier performed by Berc and Henry today. It was a very positive experience. Both of them were knowledgeable, engaging and willing to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. I cannot say enough good things about the Healthy Duct team. Berk, John, Henry and Max were all so professional, friendly, polite and communicative. We had never cleaned our HVAC ducts throughout our house in the 20 years we have lived here, and we hired them for the job. They explained everything clearly up front that would need to happen. The whole process was better than we thought. They were so nice when their team had equipment spread around the house. The only bummer is that our dog misses them now that they’re gone…

John was super responsive in scheduling my duct assessment. Berk and Henry showed up on time, and did the assessment in about 15 minutes. They were efficient, professional, and absolutely delightful. They took photos of source and return vents throughout the house, explained what they saw very clearly, and happily told me I do not need duct cleaning service. I was ALMOST sad I didn’t need to do the work since they were just so responsive, clear, and lovely to work with.

Healthy Duct was professional and thorough throughout their assessment and work process. They are well certified and knowledgeable and we felt they truly did a quality job and didn’t just fly in and out to. They were also communicative and helpful and our dog loved them! We have had our AC “serviced” in the past and it was not done with such quality. We feel our AC system is much safer and cleaner with Healthy Duct!

We really appreciate the thorough job they did remediating mold, cleaning our ducts, and our dryer vent. They helped teach us about air circulation and how to remedy our humidity issue.
