We are extremely happy with the high-quality work Tom, Richie, and the rest of the crew did to replace the heating system in our 70+ year-old house. On top of doing complex work for long hours, they were very respectful of us and our home, kind to our grumpy old dog, and patient with me as they taught me quite a bit of plumbing terminology and logistics. Also, Tom is a very effective leader and the team overall works really well together. (I manage a team in a customer service department and have very high standards that they naturally meet!) I highly recommend Genove!

I've been very happy with Genove, both in their timely deliveries (I'm on auto-delivery and their algorithms work!), and when I schedule tune-ups - in the knowledge and timeliness of their employees in getting the work done. We had the heating system shut down a couple of winters ago just as temperatures plunged over the weekend and their emergency response was also wonderful!

I'm was assigned Genove through Green Energy Consumers Alliance, which I also highly recommend for its savings, and couldn't be happier.

I've been using Genove for years and they are just amazing. This past month we had one of their techs, Jake out for our annual oil furnace tune up and the system never sounded/worked better! They are just amazingly responsive too. We've had small tech issues over the years and they've been down either that day or, if we figured out a work around, the next day. For oil heat, they are the best.

We had an emergency situation where our boiler stopped working. The team at Genove provided immediate assistance in replacing the boiler. The team was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. They were able to prioritize their busy schedule to accommodate the emergency at hand. If you're doing research on your next company, you can stop now and go with Genove. I won't go anywhere else and am glad I found such an ethical amazing company

Working with Genove on our heating system replacement was a great experience throughout. Armando walked us through the quote and scheduling process, and Shawn and Kevin did a really great job installing the new system. Quick, responsive, and very helpful - can't recommend highly enough!

I had a leak in my tankless hot water heater. I called Genove, and they told me that they already had a guy in the area. Frank was in my basement 20 minutes later diagnosing the problem. It's hard to beat that for a quick turnaround. Armando sent me a quote later that day and was very responsive in answering my follow-up questions. I had the Gold Service Plan and they honored the 25% discount on parts and labor. Shawn showed up right on time to do the repair and had the whole thing wrapped up before noon. After the work, he walked me through the whole setup and explained all the work he did. It looks great, and it works great.
It's never fun paying a lot of money on big unexpected home repairs, but I'd rather see my money going to friendly, fair, and professional people at a local business like Genove. Thanks for the great service and great work!

We recently had Genove install central air conditioning. They were able to fit the unit into a basement that many said couldn't be done easily. The project went really smoothly, was done in a week, and works seamlessly! We're so happy!

Genove regularly services the oil and gas furnaces in our two-family home. Their technicians always arrive on time, are friendly, and professional, and do a thorough job. Communication was often lacking with other service companies that we dealt with in the past. The office personnel at Genove stay on top of the appointments and let us know ahead of time when one needs to be changed. What else could a customer ask for?

We've been customers for almost 5 years and Genove has been fantastic. We get our annual tune up on our furnace each year and the few times I've had to call for a repair, they are there, same day! In fact, I was called back to reschedule my annual tune up when they had a cancellation - it turned out to be more convenient. Shawn was our technician today and was polite, efficient and gave us a review of our system before he wrapped up. Thanks for the great service, we really appreciate it!

The absolute best! Armando, Shawn and Tom replaced our 80 year old boiler with a new one. Armando was amazing to deal with on the sales end and Shawn and Tom were probably the most competent tradespeople I've ever had in my house! Fantastic job guys!!!

We've been happy, and grateful, to be Genove customers for about 30 years. It all started when our furnace failed, in a frigid January, and Genove was able to install a replacement in a much shorter time than our oil dealer at that time was able to do. That quick response was probably because Genove, as part of their excellent customer service, has always maintained a team of heating system professionals, some of them very long term, and are able to mobilize quickly even for major system replacements.

Astoundingly, this past January, we had two failures in two weeks; the thermostat failed and the next week a return valve failed. Both problems were fixed the morning of the failures.

These guys are the best! We’ve been with them for years- really great, honest, capable team.

I had an issue with my 30+ year old fuel oil boiler last night leaving me without hot water. I requested a service call sunday night (non-emergency) and a technician was at my door first thing in the morning. Jake was very professional and was able to repair my boiler within a few hours. Great service from Genove Oil. I had been looking for a long time for an honest reasonable HVAC company. I was pleasantly surprised. Very knowledgable and they found an issue no one had ever found. Have already referred them to others and look forward to using them again!

Our heating system wasn’t working for the baseboard heat… they were ice cold and our thermostat was hovering at 52 degrees. After buying multiple space heaters, it was only making a difference in the rooms we had them on. I called Genoveve Oil yesterday morning and by the time I arrived home at 4PM our house was nice and toasty. I cannot thank their Technician Frank Dutton enough for his prompt attention to our needs during this frigid early winter.
